“Hey, talk to me.” he tilt his head and search for her eyes.

Running her eyes away from him, she just reply with a short sentence.

“Hungry?”

“Yeah. Lunch?.” he said to her and release his hand.

Lee Zhing’s shake her head. “No. I had another meeting after this.” she already stood up and brush her coat before she walk to her desk.

Jack walk behind her, when she turned around, she bump her head to his chest.

Grab her waist, he hold her so that she will not fall down.

She nodded again and release his hand.

“See you again.”

Jack quickly grab her hand when she want to passerby him.

“Hey..” he pull her to his embrace and hug her lightly.

Whisper to her ear, he said. “I miss you. Let’s have lunch together after you done with your meeting okay?”

With a heavy sigh, she nodded after that.

It’s not an important meeting, she could just send Ms. Yun to attend but since she was a bit emotional with Jack, she decide to join the meeting.

Jack did not stay at her office while waiting for her, he go out from her office and go strolling to other department around the floor.

A few worker and lab staff start gossiping and whispering to each other when they saw Jack go out from their lady boss office.

Lee Zhing’s staff know how their boss is not attract to any men and had no boyfriend at all.

Seeing a man who is wearing a black Under Armour Hoodie with a jeans and sport shoes made all the staff wonder who that guy might be.

The man not look too old nor too young. Just perfectly match with their lady boss. His face also not too handsome but rather he has a cute face with a great body, even he wear the hoodie, they still can see a trace of his muscle.

Most of the female staff will go and greet him, he just bow his head a little. After Lee Zhing’s done with her meeting, she walk at the walkway to her room when she see her boyfriend was surrounded by a female staff at one department.

She walk inside the room and cough a little.

“Baby, didn’t you said you were hungry? What are you doing here?” she said with a fierce looking face.

“Oh, Lee Zhing. Are you done with your meeting?” he ask nonchalantly.

“Yeah, let’s go.” she turned her body around and walk back to her room followed by Jack behind her.

All the women that were surrounding him pouted after he was leaving.

When they pass the reception area, Caramel suddenly stood up from her chair and said with a cute voice.

“Mr.Jack, are you leaving now?”

Jack froze a moment and then he nodded his head toward the girl.

“Oh. Have a safe trip Mr.Jack.” she smile and then she hurriedly make a hand gesture like-picking up phone and whisper.

“Don’t forget to call me.” she smile when see Jack just replied her with a smile too.

Lee Zhing’s eye caught the action and she just hurriedly walk to the foyer.

“I park my car over there, come on.” he said to her made her turned her head to him.

“Aren’t you going to pick me up here?” she asked.

Furrowed his eyebrow, he said. “That will be wasted of time. if we can just walk to my car, it’ll only take less then 10 minute.”

Lee Zhing’s sigh and follow behind the man. She wearing a heels and now she need to walk to the parking lot with a hot temperature outside.

She furrow her eyebrow looking at his car.

“What’s wrong? Did my car look too shabby?” he asked when seeing her face.

“No. You drive this car?” she asked him curiously after seeing his red Ford Mustang which is custom made with a sporty design.

“Yeah. Get in.” he open the door for her and led her sit at the passenger seat.

When he drove out from Lee Pharma building, she ask him again.

“But, aren’t you just a soldier? How can you afford to buy this car?”

Took a quick glance at her, he asked. “I’m not just a mere soldier. After all, this car is my birthday present three years ago.”

“Birthday present?”

“Yeah, my dad send it to me.”

“Who are you exactly?” Lee Zhing ask again.

“Me? Don’t you know who I am?”

“I mean, your family background.”

“Why don’t you just check on me. Lee had a big secret service base right?” he smiled looking at her.

“But, I must tell you. I’m not from your circle. I’m different than you.”

“I don’t mind that.”

“So..are you done now with your sulking?”

She turned her head and look at the outside of the window.

“I’m not sulking.” she murmured.

She actually being jealous with him being surrounded by the girls and not only that, her receptionist also dare to flirt with him in front of her.

Hey, which girlfriend will stay calm when her husband being target by many women?? she thought to herself.

Ruffles her hair, he chuckle when seeing she puff her cheek.

Not long after, they arrive at the restaurant and start order their lunch.

“Jack..”

“Hm?” he didn’t looked at her.

“How about you meet with my family this weekend?” Lee Zhing suggesting him. She need to bring him and greet her family before she could ask him to marry her.

“Isn’t this too early for me to meet your family?”

“No. It’s not. After all I want to declaring you as my boyfriend around my circle too.” she said with a big smile on her face showing that she really want people to noted that she is taken and now is his girlfriend.

Seeing her excited face, he couldn’t say no to her. He nodded his head at last and said “Okay. I will meet your family this weekend. But promise me. Don’t do like what happen today, okay?”

“Huh?”

“I mean, don’t ask madam Yu Rin to spare us time together. If I had time, I will surely go and find you myself.”
