Hai Rin was silent for a moment and then she put her hand on her chest.

“Aww..Andy, I like you too. You are my best friend. Of course I like you.” she smiled happily.

Andy Lu slightly smile look at her. He want to say ‘I love you’ but he knew, there is no way he could said that, so instead he just said ‘I like you’.

“i knew you would said that.” Hai Rin giggle after hearing Andy’s replied.

“Oh! how about the girl that you said last time? Did she know your feeling?” she suddenly remember how Andy said to her about one girl that he like when they on their vacation.

“Hm. Unfortunately the girl that I like is also same kind with Richard. Super slow.”

“Aww..tch! Just forget about her. You have a good face and strong body. Anyone will fall in love with you.” she looked at his face and said again.

“If someone doesn’t want you then you should find another one. There’s plenty fish in the ocean right?” she patted his shoulder.

Smirking, Andy turned his head to her and said “Are you advising yourself?”

Hai Rin dumbfounded a moment before she clench her heart with her hand and said with a hurt face. “Ouch Andy. Ouch.”

Andy chuckled seeing her reaction.

“You already sober up, right? Let’s go back. Richard must be worried.” he said and stretch his hand out to Hai Rin.

Hai Rin looked at him and tilt her head “Andy, is there any possibility that the girl is me?”

He smiled and ruffled her hair before he start leaving Hai Rin. She hurriedly follow him from behind.

‘Of course it is you.’ he only said inward.

They both walk back to the gate. When they step out from the gate, suddenly Andy Lu sense some presence behind them. There is something flying straight to Hai Rin.

Whoosh!

Andy Lu noticed as he immediately hold her shoulder and quickly pull her body to the right as his left hand caught the steel rod and hide it behind his back without Hai Rin noticing.

Hai Rin was a bit shock by the sudden movement, she ask. “Why are we going to the right?”

“Uh.. it is late, we better go through here. You should hurry up go to the bedroom. Go now. I left my jacket in the car. I will go after I fetch my jacket.” he put on the smile on his face.

Hai Rin just nodded and walk back to her room.

Sensing there is no more presence around them and Hai Rin also already back to her room, he look at the arrow. His eyes turn dark.

‘Clever. That person knew if he shoot the bullet i will trace him, so he use the arrow. Since here is the resort place with a lot of activity of course I couldn’t find the culprit. There are a few archery field here. Who that person might be?’ he thought a moment before he back to his room.

In the dim light room, Su Zhin got a call from the man that Rong Yue hired to assist her.

“Is it done?” she ask the man in the end of line. Her voice was deep and cold.

“No. Her butler hinder the arrow.”

“What? Andy Lu is here? When?” her eyes grew wider.

“I think he just arrived here few hours ago.”

“Go to the next plan.” she instructed the person before she cut ended the call..

She throw her phone on the bed angrily.

“Dammit! Why is that guy always protect her?” she gritted her teeth.

Hai Rin walk into her bedroom and found that Richard already sit on the couch in the living room staring at her.

“Where did you go?” he asked her with a cold voice. His gaze turn to her outfit as he knit his brow after that.

“I was hungry when I woke up, so I go out and find me some supper.” she said calmly and walk to the bedroom.

Richard follow her behind and said again “Why are you dressing like this?”

“Is there anything wrong with my dress?” she stop her pace and look at his face.

“it’s too open and you will catch a cold if you not cover enough your body.” he walk to her and caress her hair. His voice turn soft and gentle from before.

“Don’t worry about my clothes. I already used to be alone when you are gone. I can take care of myself now.” she turned around and ready to go to the bathroom.

“Rin, after you done taking your shower, let have a talk.” he said when Hai Rin already wanted to close the bathroom door.

After 15 minutes, Hai Rin walk out from the bathroom with a wet hair and wearing a bathrobe. She wrap her hair with the towel and sit in front of Richard in the living room.

With a calm face she said “Speak what you want to speak.”

Richard lift up her brow a second when he heard her serious tone. He look at her eyes before he start talking.

“I don’t get you, Rin. You said you love me before. But then you treat me like I am your enemy and angry at me without any reason. What do you want exactly?”

She curled up her lips. She lean her body forward and turn his gaze back at him.

“I do love you, until now I still love you. I treat you like an enemy? Did you know how I treat my enemy? I angry at you because I have a reason. And the reason is I hate seeing you with her. What I want? Hm. I know you know what I want. Tell me which part are you still not clear yet?”

Richard silent a moment. “I didn’t ask her to come here.”

“I know.”

“Then why you throwing a tantrum on me?”

“urghh..” she groan. “I H.A.T.E seeing you and her together.”

“i know. That is why I asked Xia Shang to take you back. I tried to make sure you didn’t see her with me.”

“…” They turned silent a moment before Hai Rin said again.

“Richard, where are you going after this, she surely will follow you again.”

“And if you keep following me, we will always end up like this again. I don’t want us to keep arguing like this.”

“i can’t force her to go too. It’s cruel and unfair for her.” his eyes show a trace of sympathy.

Seeing his eyes, Hai Rin closed her’s. She rub her face hard a few time. “Then, there is nothing else we should talk about. I’m tired. My mind and my body are tired too.”

She already stand up and walk back to the bedroom. But before she walk inside, she turned her body around and ask him.

“If.. I tell you, that she cheat on you. Would you believe me?”

Silent a moment he ask her back.

“Do you have any proof?”

“Proof? Huh..because I tried to get some proof, I almost lost my life back then.” she said with a low voice.

“What did you just said?”

“Nothing. Forget it. If I happen to get some proof, will you break up with her?”

“I will.”

Her face turned a bit lit up when heard Richard’s word. She walk inside the bedroom and lay on the bed.

Richard on the other hand, walked to the balcony and close his eyes a moment as he look at the night sky.

He take a deep breath and exhale it. “I love you Rin. I already have my answer. It just.. it’s not the right time yet.” he mumble to himself.

He stay at the balcony until 2 AM before he walk back to the room.

When he walk inside the bedroom, he saw Hai Rin already sleep. He flip the blanket and cover her body and him.

Sensing some familiar fragrance, automatically her body turn around and snug into his embrace unconsciously.

Seeing that, his gaze turn soft as he kiss her forehead. He whisper to her ears “Even your body can not resist me.”

In the next morning, both of them wake up later than usual. Hai Rin was in his embrace and her legs already wrap around his waist.

Feeling ashamed, she immediately lose her grip and try to get up slowly from the bed.

Before she could go, Richard’s arm already pull her body back to his embrace.

“Where are going?” he ask with a husky voice.

“Emm.. taking shower. I have something to deal with today.”

“Could you stay with me today?”

“No I can’t. But,maybe after I settle my things later?”

“Mm..kay..” as he hear that, he let go of his hand from her waist.
