5th Rated God - Volume 1 Chapter 26 Restructure
The restructure is the process in which they started to reform the world in their image. New guidelines are needed to be taught and new principles that the god adheres to are to be implemented into the new society .The key was needed for this as the origin of the key is naturally the original primordial god that created the current would they were residing in.
With his fathers help, Apollo was able to seal the god and use it as a key to control the world. The reason why they had to specifically seal and not kill the god was obvious.
Many worlds are created by the gods themselves, either form their blood, bones, and own bodies. Through out many mythologies many celestial bodies, bodies of water, mountain, and eat.. where in fact made from god parts. Just about anything from a god can churn out a life form. Piss, sweat, even from an armpit, you name it. (If anyone can know the armpit reference, good for you)
If they kill the god the world and things they created might also disappear along with them! The god was not powerful and newly formed in a new dimension, it had yet to develop a strong following, so when a big shot like Zeus came in, it was easily taken over.
Just like what Apollo once did with the world, they are doing it again. It was pretty common knowledge and procedure of conjuring worlds.
They first implemented a forced culture change and started years of brainwashing. In this period they must closely monitor and guide the humans and intervene a lot. They must scrub the annals of history and restart anew.
He would not make the same brash mistakes he did in the past. If killing didn’t work, then he just had to “teach” them to worship and respect him. Also to create a whole new batch of humans would wast to much faith and resources and even if they would replenish his power over time with their worshiping, it would take too long. He didn’t know how the war that the Greek pantheon was involved with, will turn out.
Tezcatlipoca was currently busy sorting out abandoned authorities that Apollo’s party left behind to gods and monster in his faction as he promised. What they did with the authorities and its power that it grants them them would create new legends and myths. Once these stories are popular enough, they would be passed on by humans and serve as a form of worship. Once they succeeded they would gain faith and a have a stronger standing.
He and the monsters that joined his faction made an agreement and were even given god titles and positions in exchange for them rebelling against the Apollo. It was extremely hard for monsters like them to reach divinity and also to get rid of the discrimination, it was a perfect deal.
With his all-knowing mirror he knew exactly how to sever its connection with the crummy god. He grabs an obsidian knife and stabbed into its punny body. Just like that he plucked a formless energy that is the key. With his access to the key, he is now able to bestow the abandoned authorities for his minions to govern.
After Giving out the authority he started to chose one for himself.
“I shall be a sun god once again!”, shouts Tezcatlipoca
Apollo has left the world and the authority of the sun is no more. As a god who was once the sun himself and held the same authority once, he easily integrated with the authority.
Using some little tricks as a god he can easily alter his appearance. The dark and black appearance was replaced with a more lighter complexion with gorgeous bronze skin. Now that he looked the part it was time to announce his godly presence and rule over the realm.
Grand temples of the god were destroyed. Countless murals and art depicting the old gods were similarly disposed with.
Sculptures and buildings were destroyed, book were burned and the new ear was coming. Tezcatlipoca was very please with him and he could wipe away his shameless defeat and begin anew.
“There is a temple that we couldn’t destroy sire…”, a meek minion said.
“Take me there!”, huffed Tezcatlipoca
Within a flash he arrived at the said temple, and he immediate understood why his minions couldn’t even put a dent in it.
It radiated with a mysterious power and he could see electric energy fluctuating.
“That crafty bastard!”, he understood that the temple was not made of ordinary materials and was definitely created by Hephaestus and infused with Zeus’s authority. As long as this temple remains, some rebellious forces may remain. In fact a cult would even form and cause a fraction of faith to still flow towards the god of thunder.
“Just seal it!”, scoffs Tezcatlipoca.
That would have to do for now.
