A Land Without Time - Chapter 4 Chapter Four
This girl looks like she has never been outside before. Walking around the streets of Mill-Vill as if it’s a rainbow during winter. The sparkle in her eyes make me ever so curious to talk to her. So following her around town seemed like the best option, I didn’t know when it would be a good time to approach her so for now I decided to follow her.
“Hello young boy!, care to buy an apple?” Asked a woman selling apples.
“Oh sure.” I said. Since that girl had stopped and I wanted to buy some fruit anyways, now was the perfect time.
“Thank you.” She said counting the coins I handed her. I looked up trying to pinpoint the girl again. My eyes swiftly traced the streets as I searched for her through the crowds.
“Where did she go.” I said to myself. I ran through alleys, asked people around the streets but still no leads to where she was.
“Excuse me, have you seen a girl with long curly brown hair, sky blue eyes, black glasses, and she is looks about my age.” I asked.
“Oh yes, I seen a girl like that headed in that direction.” Pointed a store clerk.
“Thank you.” I say running off. I hurry towards the direction I was pointed. Suddenly out of nowhere I ran into something and knocked off of my feet. After resuming my standing position I seen that what I ran into was the very person I had been searching for. I guess now was the time to approach her.
