A spoilt princess - Chapter 233 If I matter to you don't marry her 27
Having accomplished her first role in playing all innocent and sorry, Linda pushed the door carefully so that she steps out of the car. Xia was her last target, if she could get liked by Xia then her other plans were going to be extremely easy.
“This is your last chance girl, play it well…” Linda was cheering herself inside her mind, she wanted to feel free through this whole acting before the next morning, all she had were hours that were less than sixteen.
After careful thought, An kai who was about to knock on the door in front of him suddenly posed and turned to Linda, ” Go ahead, it will be easier with someone they know.” said An kai as he moved aside to create away, so did his driver.
…
Xia was inside the kitchen when she heard a car parking outside. they didn’t get a lot of visitors in the years they heard spent in Kitega though some of Ming’s friends used to pass by. it was a long time Xia had stopped controlling Ming’s lifestyle. she was a grown-up woman now who needed total freedom to enjoy the things she had missed in her teen years because of work and lack of money. it has been five days since Ming left home with an excuse of attending a friend’s celebratory party. she had said that the party was taking place in the friend’s hometown in the far north. it was probably going to need her some few or a week for her to be back but Xia didn’t mind, all she wanted was for her to make herself happy.
Ming called her on the first and second day away from home, the third, there was no call and two more days had passed, yet no one had called so she was planning to call her once Huan had gotten home so that the latter talks to her sister. Xia had just finished setting aside the dishes when she heard someone knocking at the door.
Being unsure of what she heard, she moved towards her main door and unlocked it with a key before pulling back to open for the people knocking but her eyes landed on a young pretty woman with a very sweet smile and then another man standing on the side and then An kai…
“…y..ou..” Xia lost words to say, the other people around were all now gone and only An kai was visible into Xia’s eyes. she had wished a thousand times to see her son but now her reality turned out to be a fiction plotline; unbelievable yet true by it’s own course. Xia moved forward with one of her hand up and one figure moving towards An kai’s body.
she started poking at his chest for a while before going ahead and hugging him lovingly, it was true that she was happy but she cried instead of jumping with joy.
“You’re alive! you’re alive! my son is alive…
Where did you go, Why didn’t you look for me if you were still alive? I want to beat you up really so bad. Xia was now getting even more emotional, Where have you been, son? where? did you forget us like that? this time, Xia freed An kai from the hug and then pulled him inside the house but An kai had lost all thinking. he looked at the woman but he didn’t have the energy to say a thing or resist all her attempts. he was dragged in like a dog in fault, he kept quiet and watched everything unfold. he wasn’t given time to prepare, he looked very much like a doll. he couldn’t react, let alone retaliate…
The house wasn’t super decorated nor was it a house of great history, no. it was a simple house good enough for them to have something upon their heads.
Ming had even collected money and bought a condo but Xia refused to move and the reason was pretty simple, it was An kai’s idea to move away from Rostar city down to Kitega.
it was his idea for them to start afresh and have their own kind of life. he wanted to continue living with her because she was the only true person he could ever have. at that time, Xia had realised her importance to An kai so she didn’t refuse but what did he do?
He was said to be dead a few days after he had forced her to leave earlier than him right after the opening ceremony of the KARA Adventures and travel leaving her with no other option but to continue living his dream on his behalf…
