Su An was in a lotus formation and on his forehead was a glowing red dot with a hue of green. It expanded outwards and formed a small pair of wings. It slowly faded and what replaced it was a little blood red 4-point star. Su An opened his eyes as they emitted a strange light.
“I broke through into the Origin Law 1-dan! I can use Origin Emerge now, hehe! System, can you conceal my cultivation?”

Far away from the Su Clan Residence, the strongest of the clan was assembled outside to investigate a mysterious phenomenon that was just occurring.
4 bolts of lightning, each respectively the colours of the four sacred beasts, struck down but abruptly stopped about one meter before they touched the ground. The hovered for a minutes before they formed four silhouettes – silhouettes of the four beasts. They emitted a mysterious and majestic aura, making kneel before them. The people who came to investigate were instead kneeling like servants.
The four beasts were separated, one in each direction; the Azure Dragon of the East, the Vermillion Bird of the South, the White Tiger of the West and the Black Turtle of the North. These four beasts made their way to the Su Clan residence. When they reached the estate, they gave a big mighty roar.
It wasn’t a big powerful roar full of intention to battle. It was as if they were greeting a mighty being. A being who was respected by the four sacred beasts who could topple the heavens themselves.
Shortly after they roared, a shrill cry of a bird resounded in the air, that very cry traveled through many empires and brought fear and reverence. Along with the cry, a crying newborn cloaked in free flames floated up and a phantom of a jade green Phoenix appeared behind him.
The phoenix looked like it was carved from the finest jade and tremors ran through the city with its arrival. The sky turned bluer with no clouds and the sun burned fiercer and flared along with the flaps of the Jade Phoenix’s wings.
The baby continued to float until it was high into the sky and the sky turned jade green. The baby was stopped crying under the sight of a green sky and the Jade Phoenix appeared in front. It wrapped itself around the baby as if protecting it and it vanished as if it was being absorbed by the baby. At the same time, purple thunder descended and crackled at it bathed the baby and the Jade Phoenix vanished just as it finished.
The four beasts gave a gentle roar and faded just as the Jade Phoenix vanished and baby vanished, appearing into its mother’s embrace a few seconds later, sleeping.
Under everyone’s gazes, the baby snuggled closer, unaware of all the commotion it’s birth caused.

In a large hall, six men and two couples were discussing. A young woman alongside her husband held a baby wrapped in a thin, soft and fluffy green cloth. That baby was precisely the baby who alerted the experts within the continent and possibly those from afar. Currently, they were discussing about the recent phenomenon.
“We should let him cultivate when he at least ten. Just assign him a few teachers who cover multiple subjects or just one. Not only that, decline all marriage engagements for they are useless. Don’t let him be a stupid arrogant fool who abuses his strength, if he does, exile him as he can cause destruction for some other clan.” A man who looked to be in his forties, who sat beside the young couple, said as he looked at those gathered.
“Do you all agree?” He asked them in a firm tone.
Nodding, they all stared at the baby who was currently drooling at the moment. “Ai, it truly is a good thing that I’m not a pretty boy, who knows if he would look completely like a girl…” The old man spoke once again.
“Father, do you really have to poke my sore spot?” The feminine man spoke as he gazed at the man who had just spoken.
“What are looking at? You should be happy that he is much less feminine than you. At least you won’t be made fun of since your child looks more like a boy. Hmph.” The old man reprimanded.
“…” His son responded with silence.
“Oh, let me take a look at him? You guys won’t even let me poke him, so rude.” He said with an expectant gaze.
“Cai’er, let father hold him…” He said to his wife with a sigh.
Reluctant to pass him, she gave her child a look and pinched his cheeks one last time before passing Su An to him.
“It’s not like you’ll never get him back… Ai, he really is cute, much better than this pretty boy here. Haha, Bing’er, look at our grandson.” Showing the baby to his wife, he smiled at the baby’s cute gestures of waving.
Smiling, the woman’s face wrinkled a bit and pinched the baby’s cheeks gently and laughed at him.
“Look at him, haha! He really is better than you, unlike you, he doesn’t even cry. All you did was deprive the maids of their sleep!” The woman said.
“Mother!” The son said as he tried to take his son back.
“Oi, fine! Just let me see him tomorrow!” The couple said as they let him take the baby.
“En.” Ling Cai answered sadly. ‘My precious baby…’ She thought as she walked through the door.
“They are too stingy. Hmph, not even letting me hold my grandson.” The old man said as he and his wife left the hall.

Placed in a crib, Su An had many thoughts flashing past his mind. ‘Why can’t they stop pinching my delicate cheeks… But, what was with all those restraints placed on me?! At least I won’t have many teachers and I know how feminine father is, but to think grandfather was made fun of due to his looks… Haha! Wait, won’t the maids pinch my cheeks as well?…’ As he thought of this, he felt sweat soak his back.
‘System, do you know why there were so many visitors to the point my parents were troubled?’ Su An asked the system in his mind.

The four sacred beats appeared and bowed down to the phoenix like mere servants and caused an uproar. They figured out the baby was you.The system spoke and Su An finally figured why.
‘So it’ll be harder for me to leave this place as a child and do want I want?’ Su An asked.

‘So wouldn’t people want to grab onto my thighs?’ Su An asked in fear.

No since it would provide better benefits, just take breaks like for a year or so.The system spoke nicely for the very first time.
‘I guess I should set some goals for now. Getting them to stop pinching my cheeks will take a year or two unless I can speak in and walk in a few months. So the first goal is to eat some good food.’ Su An thought.

“Everyone does! Why does he have to be cute!?’ Another voice followed after.
The door to Su An’s crib was pushed open revealing two female servants who froze at the sight of Su An looking at them. They already knew Su An was abnormal because what baby opens their eyes at birth?
One servant turned bright red and walked closer. She picked Su An up and began to pinch his already sore cheeks.
‘Why?!’ Su An cried inwardly as he thought about how long no he would have to survive this terror.
“Ga!” Su An said as he lifted his baby hand and smacked it down into the servants palm in an attempt to distract her from pinching his cheeks.
“Does Young Master want to play with me?” She said with a bright smile as she lifted Su An up.
“Ba!” Su An kicked his feet and tried to shout in joy in response but then he felt another pinch on his cheek.
He he turned his head around and saw the other maid looking at him with starry eyes.
‘I’m so dead.’ Su An declared in his heart as he tried to distract the two which ended up in failure.
At the same time, rumours that the newborn Young Master of the Su Clan could understand words just after he was born and they grew more exaggerated as time slowly passed.
