Agent College - Chapter 73
As soon as the assembly ended, first the team went to the staff room to meet other teachers and senior lecturers.
First period, Class 9, Section F
Subject: History
Class 9 F’s teacher of History was changed from their class teacher to a substitute teacher Mr. Anthony (Mike).
As the meetings and greetings with other teachers was done, Mr. Anthony (Mike) left for his first class.
As usual like any class without a teacher, there was noise coming from class 9F. Mike took a deep breathe before he entered the class but as a common reaction, seeing a teacher coming in, the class turned silent.
“Morning class.” Mr. Anthony said.
Keeping his books on the table, he looked at the class with a calm and cheerful expression. For this mission, Mike couldn’t be one of those strict teachers. He had to be as friendly as possible so he could get the information from them when needed.
“Morning sir!” The class replied as they stood up.
“So, I’m your substitute History teacher for the meantime since Mrs. Pearl has taken a leave due to some personal reasons.” Mr. Anthony said.
The children looked at each other. But again looked at their new substitute teacher.
“So…hmm, who does NOT like History here? You can freely raise your hand because I didn’t like History in my school time at all.” Mr. Anthony said as he leaned on the table with the help of his left hand.
The class got a little shock that if the teacher himself doesn’t like the subject then how is he supposed to teach it to them?
“But, once a teacher came in our school… He came for a really short time but in the time he taught our class the History…it felt as if we ourselves went into Ancient times….” He said with a nostalgic expression on his face.
As the class heard this, everyone had a curious expression that what could that teacher might have done that a student who didn’t liked History started liking it and even became teacher of that subject?
“Hahaha, look at your expressions. Don’t worry you are going to start liking history after this day onward, but first let me introduce myself and you guys will also give a small introduction about yourselves.” Mr. Anthony said as he took a chalk from the chalk box and wrote his name on the board.
I’m Anthony. You can call me, Anthony, Anthony sir or just sir..you know whatever you prefer. And…I really love History and my promise to you guys that you are going to love it too.” Mr. Anthony said.
The class didn’t really give a response to this but just paid attention to what more he has to say.
“Well, I am done with my introduction. Tell me about yours.”
Everyone introduced themselves. Mike was hearing every name carefully, of course he can’t memorize them in one go but he still still listened to them with great attention.
After the introduction was done. Mike started his class with the first chapter of History:- French Revolution.
He didn’t just read the textbook and explained it to them he even acted out some things. Added a little accent to make the lecture interesting.
After History, there was class of Biology. After the second period, it was time for break.
In break, students could go anywhere in the school campus. Some were in canteen, some library, some in class, some in other sections meeting their friends.
Though this was for mission but the team was enjoying this school atmosphere a lot except for one person, Alena.
For Alena, this was quite tough. She was about to teach a class in which she had a horrible memory, which she couldn’t forget even if she wanted to. But keeping those horrible memories aside she focused on reading the English textbook as the next period after break was hers.

This went for almost two weeks. They only kept teaching and acting of their “teaching” job. And if you are thinking that these guys made their own notes to teach, then you are quite wrong. They actually used Leonard’s notes.
“Why have you kept your 9th class notes still safe and sound?” Sabrina asked holding ladder for Leonard so he could get his notebooks from a box kept on a top shelf in his room.
“I put so many efforts in making these notes, how can I just throw them so I kept them safe…plus didn’t they come in handy for you?” Leonard asked.
“Hmm, yeah. They did come in handy.” Sabrina said.
“And I do not want my notebooks to get even a wrinkle on the corner. So ask them to keep it safe.” Leonard said before he handed the box in which the notebooks were kept.
“Yeah, yeah. Don’t worry I will keep these notes that you spent time in making ages ago safe!” Sabrina said in a sarcastic tone.
