All It Takes Is One Night - 64 Chapter 64
It was so bewitching, so entrancing and so… so familiar but where? While he was thinking an image of a bubbly and dangerous red head popped in his mind with an almost identical smile.
‘Damn, that witch is always on my mind, now I even think that vicious woman is similar to this heiress.’Thinking this Samuel abruptly stood up and walked as fast as he could back into the mansion.
No one noticed Samuel walking in because they were all paying attention to the cats but of course one person noticed and her adorably smile turned to a lonely sigh.
“Darling we should go to bed, it’s getting late.” James called out to Katie noticing that she was planning on playing all night.
“No I’m not tired yet, its okay I’ll join you soon.” Katie said while carrying a heavy taffy.
Looking at how Katie didn’t even glance at him James expression slightly darkened he walked straight uppicked her by the waist and placed her over his shoulder before saying goodbye to everyone and walking towards the mansion his actions earned him whistles and cheering from Jeremy, Cindy and surprisingly Bibi. Anna’s face had turned bright red from the sudden display.
“Ok ok stop, I’ll go, put me down.” Katie begged as they walked toward the mansion.
James gently put her down while glaring at her. Seeing his cute expression Katie burst into laughter which turned James’ face even darker.
“Ok baby, calm down. Don’t tell me you’re jealous of cats.”
James turned his head away obviously not willing to admit that he was actually jealous, “aww baby, ok cats are cute but you are devilishly handsome and extremely sexy.” Katie said in a seductive tone and expression.
James turned towards Katie and seeing a tempting expression a fire ignited in him, he pulled her by her arms towards him and into his embrace. He hugged her, he tightly held unto her like she could run away in the next second.
To be honest he wasn’t jealous of cats he just had moments of insecurity which was understandable considering his awful experience with relationship. He needed to feel safe in the relationship and needed assurance that she wouldn’t leave him. Although he rarely showed it, he was a soft jar of pudding; he was like a rock cookie. He seems hard on the outside but actually he once bitten into he was actually soft and sweet on the inside.
Katie and James stood on the bridge tightly embracing each other reluctant to let go of each other. They only let go of each other when they heard the rest of the group walking towards the bridge and walked into the mansion so they could rest. It was already pretty late.
As they walked into their respective rooms no one noticed the look shared between Bibi and Danny.
When Kyle and Bibi where in bed, Kyle tried to indicate a little exercise but Bibi said she was feeling sore because she was about to be on her period, so being a gentleman he let her be.
Shortly after he drifted off to a peaceful sleep, feeling his slow and steady breath Bibi slowly left the bed and walked into the bathroom, by the time she came out she had on a sexy, semi-transparent nightgown and a fully made-up face then she quietly left the room for her secret rendezvous.
In Danny’s room, Danny sat on the bed patiently awaiting the dame while making sure he had all he needed. Then he heard a quiet knock on the door, he immediately jumped up to open and immediately pulled her into his arms then slammed the door shut.
The next morning,
As usual Catherine was the first awake but she didn’t move, to be more precise she couldn’t move.
She had a very restless night with memories in form of dreams hunting her through the night. She was only human and going through such emotional turmoil and bringing people into her mansion that was built around her vulnerability may have been too much for her to handle.
She had her own demons and deep secrets that she didn’t even want to face. She was scared of letting people but most of all she was scared of losing those she cared about because of her actions.
Early this morning, Catherine woke up with an extremely high fever that she could barely open her eyes. She began to hallucinate; as she lay there stationary she kept hearing noises. The noise sounded incoherent but gradually it began to clear out. Then she could hear a crisp high pitch noise.
The noise was so loud it was almost deafening, she looked around with much difficulty but didn’t see any one, so who was making so much noise? As she was about to move to get a glass of water a vision flashed before her eyes making her roll over in shock and she immediately landed on the floor.
