All It Takes Is One Night - 97 Chapter 97
Meanwhile, Rose stood in front of a wooden door where she was told to knock then enter.
She knew who the room belong to because she’d occasionally sneak in to see him, but who could possibly be behind the door that wants to see her.
Take a deep breath Rose stretched her hand out to turn the knob of the door, she took slowly and quite steps into the dark room whose only form of light was coming through the balcony from the moon and dim orange glow.
Rose turned towards the dim orange glow and there she was in a painting on the wall. In the painting She had on a innocent and genuine smile, with her red hair blowing in the wind looking up at Samuel. The painting hd tiny glowing lights surrounding it, making it stand out in the dark.
Rose remembered this day all too well, it was the day she had told Samuel she was pregnant. There world seemed so complete but now it was just a reminder of all she had lost.
Underneath the painting were inscription,
“Forever my family, forever my love.” Rose read out loud and the only thing she felt was pain. Because it was all a dream that was too good to be true.
Suddenly Rose felt movement behind her, she froze waiting to see what was happening. As the person moved closer to her, she was prepared to strike when a familiar scent invaded her space completely throwing her off guard.
The scent moved closer until it was completely enveloping her.
“I’ve missed you so much my love.” A strange voice said as he embraced her.
But the voice wasn’t strange, it was very familiar. It’s the same voice she has been longing to hear for over a week now.
“Samuel?” Rose whispered afraid she might be hallucinating.

“Rose, turn around.” The voice said.
Stiffly and slowly, Rose turned the voice and the tears she had been fighting came flowing out and she threw herself into his arms.
“Oh it is you…. I’ve missed you so much Samuel…. Please don’t leave again.” Rose said in-between her tears. Samuel was the only person she would let see her vulnerable.
“I was never going to leave you.” Samuel said consoling her
They stood in each other’s arms for a while before Rose asked, “if you are already home, why did you parents ask me here?”
“I asked them to, I told them about us.”
“But what happened to you? I searched everywhere for you. Who took you? Where were you?” Rose asked in one breath.
“I’ll answer all you questions later but now some people really want to meet you. Rose I told them everything. I told them you are Catherine Ning, I don’t want any secrets.” Samuel said with so much emotion it could melt anyone’s heart.
“Then no more secrets.” Rose agreed. ” What about Katie ? She is downstairs with your parents and Liam.”
“Then I guess we should go tell everyone that my sister is back. But before we go…” Samuel said pulling Rose into a deep, slow and sensual kiss.
Back in the garden,
Katie was trying her best to answer mother Zhou’s questions when Rose and Samuel joined them hand in hand completely shocking Liam and Katie.
“Oh my dear, seems you found him. Sammy told us everything and I cant believe you kids hid for so long. Wealth or no wealth, class or no class any one that my son chooses is the right one.” Mother Zhou said holding on tightly to Rose’s hand.
“Mum settle down, I have someone else to introduce to you. I’ve spent my whole life searching and all it took was an angel to find her. Mum, Rose brought Jade back.” Samuel said gesturing to katie.
Mother Zhou was speechless, she had almost give up on her daughter yet here she was in front of her. After a while she finally spoke.
“I knew it, you looked so much like me” mother Zhou said with a face full of tears as she moved towards Katie cautiously afraid she might disapear. She held on to Katie’s face looking at her deeply.
“It’s really you and you’ve come back home” mother Zhou sobbed some more, hugging Katie who was also crying.
A confused father Zhou who walked in to this duo crying looked to his son with a questioning gaze.
“Darling!” Mother Zhou called out, “it’s Jade, she finally come home.” She said pulling Katie over to her father.
Soon both yound and old where in each other’s arms crying. But alas it was time to go because a once charming Prince was about to turn to a beast looking for his princess. James had called both Catherine and katies phone but no answer and he was ready to turn everywhere down looking for her.
Mother and father Zhou insisted that they all stay over but they promised to stop by for dinner tomorrow.
So Katie, Liam, Rose and Samuel set out in the helicopter. Samuel had been separated from his love for too long he wasn’t going to leave her again now that they were reunited.
Finally all was well. Tomorrow they’d fight whatever came there way but tonight they were at peace.
