Alpha’s Precious - Chapter 105

Yes she was right. She has really caught a fish. After waiting for about thirty minutes while he was busy in telling her the story about this place, finally she caught a cute but small golden fish.

She picked up the hook and immediately caught that fish in her palm and god… the fish was so cute and small that it comfortably got adjusted in between her palm. She put aside the hook and hold the fish with her both the palms and said, “Lucas, just look at this fish. How cute is it! Wow, I can’t believe that even after they are out of water still they are acting like they are not affected by it even a bit! So unbelievable.” She exclaimed while playing with that tiny fish in her hand.

She was looking so adorable just like a little girl and he just keep looking at her cute expressions she was giving to that fish while she was playing with that it. The sight really warmed his heart very much.

After playing with that tiny fish for some more time she released back it into the water and once again she started to put the hook into the water in order to catch one more fish. They continued this fishing activity for some more time while she caught about five fishes and he caught about twenty fishes. Of course he was quite experienced in this matter than her.

“You seems quite experienced!” She commented while faking her sadness that she could only able to caught five fishes and he twenty!

Now it was the lunch time. “Yes you are right Rose. Now c’mon let’s go to eat. It’s lunch time already.” Lucas said smirking at her mischievously.

“What? Really! I didn’t even know when the time ran out.” She said and he just chuckled at her. Of course she wouldn’t know because she was just too busy enjoying their fishing activities.

They got up and went towards that small dining table where she saw that the lunch has been already prepared and placed there. She could clearly remember that there was nothing at the time when they first came here then how come now the lunch is here already? “How…” She was going to ask him but stopped in mid way when she realised that how it must be arranged. “Of course by magic…” She muttered to herself but it was quite audible to his ears.

“You are right Rose, those fire fairies did all the arrangements. Now should we proceed to eat huh?” He asked and she nodded her head excitedly.

They sat down and he started to unveil the dishes one by one in front of her and when she saw those dishes she couldn’t just contain her excitement anymore. These all are all favourite foods which are she always craved for. He remembers very well about her choices and this thought just made her feel happy even more than before.

“Luc… You… You are the best!” She commented him out of her happiness and he once again said his common dialogue which was filled with so many emotions only for her, “I told you that anything for you!”

He then started to serving her the dishes while she also started to serve him his favourite dishes as well. Both enjoyed the lunch so much with this great scenery in front of them. It was really so peaceful as well as very enjoyable. They did some random talks while eating their food. After eating the food she ate her favourite chocolate ice cream and god… it just felt like the heaven for her. She can never get bored of the icecream.

“Let’s take you near the waterfall.” He said and they went to hangout there for sometime.

They were keep on walking at the edge of the mountain holding eachother’s hand and from there she can clearly able to see the falling water from the mountain. The whole sight was just beautiful as well as breathtaking but at the same time looked so dengerous. She tried to see where the water was falling down but the whole place was covered with the clouds because of which she was unable to look down the fall but she can be very sure of the one fact that this must must be falling so very deep into the ground because it was looking very very very large in her eyes.

She was looking down the waterfall and at that time she doesn’t know what is happening with her but she can able to hear so many husky voices calling down to her. The more she looked down the waterfall the more she felt like it’s just hypnotizing her and the voices are calling down her. She tried to listen carefully what are they actually trying to say and that’s why she just leaned down even more to hear them out clearly. She then heard them telling her to jump down the cliff and fall directly into the waterfall. She was just engrossed so much that she didn’t even noticed that she is actually going very near to that edge and if she takes one more step then she will get fall right in the huge dengerous waterfall and to her surprise that’s exactly what happened with her right there.

But before she can react anything Lucas was quick to grab her as a result she didn’t fall down there. Otherwise god knows what would have happen with her!

“Have you gone mad Rose? Were you planning to suicide on the day of your birthday?” His enlarged voice finally made her out from her trance and she started to looked at her surrounding. Now they were standing at a little distance from the edge of the waterfall.

“What? What are you saying Luc? Why would I want to do suicide on my birthday?” She asked him back without having any idea that what is he actually talking about.

“Rose you were just about to jump into that waterfall. You were just too engrossed by looking down there that you just forgot about yourself that where are you standing actually? If I have not there to grab you then god knows what would have happened with you!” He scolded her and then only she remembered that what mad stunt she was performing actually before sometimes. It’s like she was not in her own control at that time and someone else was just controlling her both mind and body. And she can even remember very clearly that the urge to jump down from the cliff was just so high that she wanted nothing but to really jump down from there. And she even realised that she is not scared at all. Shouldn’t she be scared about the fact that she was going to fall down? Then why she felt nothing and if possible the thought of jumping from the cliff just made her excited even more. What is this that’s happening with her?

“Lucas, what would have happened if I fall down from the cliff? Would I be died or may something would have happened with me?” She asked him making him shocked once again. It made him just utterly confused and speechless at the same time. He was expecting her to be get very scared and he was also preparing himself mentally for coaxing her that everything is alright and she does not need to worry about anything but here she is asking him this ridiculous questions holding so much of curiosity! Like Seriously?… He thought.

“Are you not scared Rose?” He asked to make sure that she is actually all right.

“No Luc, I’m not scared. Infact I’m feeling even more excited just by the thought of jumping down the waterfall. I know I should be gotten very scared right now because I was about to fall down but why I’m not feeling like this? You know, I even feel like I got hypnotized and something is calling me down there. Telling me to jump down. Tell me Luc, is these all just normal or it just happened with me?” She told him all her feelings about the waterfall and for a moment she just got confused that why is he even looking at her like this? He was just looking at her like he couldn’t believe what she is saying him at that time. So it has only two meaning. One is, may be he knows something and number two is he knows nothing which is just impossible.

“Luc where have you been lost? I’m asking you something!” She urged him while shaking him slightly so that he can came out of his own thoughts.

“Huh…” He responded and looked at her and he doesn’t know what came up to him but he just hugged her so suddenly.

“You sure you are alright Rose?” He asked because he wanted to make sure if she is actually alright or not. He for a moment even thought that may be she is scared as hell but is trying to act brave in front of him.

“Yes Luc, I’m really fine. I told you nothing has happened with me. Now will you please care to tell me why did I felt like this? Is there a story about this waterfall too?” She asked him curiously after drifting apart from him. She really wants to know the reason that why did she felt like this!

“Yes, Rose. There is a story about this mysterious waterfall too!”…
