Alpha’s Precious - Chapter 118

She looked at him with sad filled eyes. She badly wanted to learn the magic but couldn’t. What’s wrong with her?

“Please tell me Lucas, what should I do now? I don’t think I can able to do it.” She stated dissapointedly all the while fidgeting with her fingers.

“Look at me.” He said softly and she looked back at him with those same sad eyes.

“Do you know how long it did take me to get succeed in performing this particular spell?” He asked and she denied him by moving her head side to side.

“Two weeks…” He said making her gasp in shock.

“Really?” She asked disbelievingly.

“Yes! You know I was also getting frustrated like this because I couldn’t understand where my mistake happens actually. I tried this particular spell for so many times but just kept on failing miserably. But one day I got up and without thinking anything else I just focused only on one thing and that is on this spell and believe me, I just got succeeded in it. Then only I came to understand that the spell was actually testing my patience. When I completely able to learn the language, there in the book it was written that if you prove yourself that you are actually made to learn the spells then it will automatically start to work for you. So my sweet girl just focus on it and nothing else and show it that you are worthy enough to learn it well. Only in that way you can able to perform the magic correctly. So be patient and keep practicing it. Don’t just lose your hopes so easily. And one more thing, you may not have realised yet but you are just doing exceptionally good. You just need some more practice and I believe that you will successfully able to perform that within tomorrow or day after tomorrow. So just keep practicing.” He instructed her in such a way that all her hopelessness got vanished away within a second.

Yes he was right. She should not give up on herself so easily and she needs to be more patient. Finally she couldn’t able stop herself and threw herself at him to just hug him gently. “Thank you so much Luc. You are the best as always. And yes I will keep practicing it. I won’t give up. Not now, not ever.” She said still hugging him tightly. His shoothing words just always manages to calm down her chaotic mind.

After getting apart he told her to practice the spell once again. She did but as she expected she once again got failed but this time she didn’t get dissapointed on herself and if possible her determination just got increased upon herself even more than before.

“Let me teach you another spell.” He said and after that she just stopped practicing the magic she has been performing. “Which one?” She asked him back curiously.

“The vanishing spell. Remember I have performed the spell in the golden castle for the first time in front of you, that spell.” He said and she got very excited learn thay as well.

“Yes please…” She urged him to go ahead of his words.

“Fine. So listen to me carefully. At first you have to say the words in your mind with correct pronunciation of it just like the same process as the black door spell. And you also have to imagine the place that you want to go and put your whole concentration on it. And then you will see that you finally got succeeded in it.” He made her understand the whole thing and she also understood very well.

After that he told her the spell which was bit longer than the previous ones. It consisted of ten words and also contains slight difficult words which were just taking her quite more time to pronounciate properly. But as usual with the help of him finally she did able to pronounce the words correctly.

“That’s like my sweet girl and I’m so proud of you.” He praised her and she could only blush a little. It really felt so good when she hears any type of complement from the man of her dreams.

“It’s already the time Rose and I should drop you at your home.” He said and she got agreed to it. The time was already 11pm and it just took her to pronounce the words completely about one hour. She can’t believe that the time just passed so quickly. But whatever the reason, she just has to go to her home right now.

This time he didn’t used any magic to drop her at her home so they simply went by the car. He just wanted to spend his more and more time with her because he has seriously got some issues because of which he just can’t able to stay away from her for more time no matter what.

Finally they reached at their destination and saying him goodbye she went inside her home but not before him saying her that he will come to her late at night. These days her parents are also not saying anything to her even if she becomes late at night while reaching her house. The first thing is they knows that Lucas loves their daughter and no one could be more perfect candidate for her except him and the second thing is, only for him their daughter just secured first position in the whole class. Their happiness is just out of anyone’s imaginations and they just adores him a lot in their mind. And also the situation has been created to the point that even if by any chance she stays at his house the whole night then also they won’t mind them at all. But still Lucas doesn’t wants her parents to know that he is taking advantage of the situation that’s why he always drops her home at the right time. But he knew he can’t able to stay without her, that’s why he just sneaked into her room every night to spend the whole night together with her without the knowledge of their parents.

After going to her home she did the dinner with her family and after that she went to spend some time with her brother. These days she really couldn’t gave him her time and she really feels very guilty for that. That’s why decided to spend some time with her to know about what’s going on in his life right now. They did talking and laughing for some time while also helping him with his studies. She made him solve two to three difficult math problems which he was just unable to do on his own. After spending their precious times she once again returned back to her room only to find Lucas already there present in her room sitting on her bed waiting for her.

“You already came Luc?” She asked but this time she didn’t get shocked to see him there. She got used to it now days that whenever she comes back to her room after the dinner he is already present there inside her room.

“You know I can’t stay away from you for so long.” He replied grinning ear to ear.

“You will just never change you know!” She commented.

“Yes, at least not for you.” He fired back with his words making her speechless as always.

Then shaking her head helplessly she went towards the bathroom. “I’m going to take the shower. I hope you won’t mind.” Saying this she opened the door of her bathroom and went inside but she has no idea when did he also came inside the bathroom with her.

“Lucas please learn to respect someone’s privacy!” She said glaring at him hardly but he knew very well that she is just jocking around and in reality she was really enjoying his presence in the bathroom very much.

“Oh really!” He asked raising his one eyebrow at her.

“Yeah… Really!” She replied trying to look confident in front of him but she just couldn’t.

He then took a step towards her and she just took a step backwards and it did lasted for some time until her back got collided with the basin and he caged her in between his arms. The huge mirror was just present behind her and he could clearly able to see themselves in it.

“What are you doing Luc?” She asked getting nervous because of his their close proximity in between them.

“Why? Am I making you nervous Rose huh?” He asked getting more closer to her face.

“Please Luc just go out and let me do my work.” She told him unable to meet his intese gaze with him.

“Don’t I deserve a reward for teaching you the spells?” He asked her smirking at her cunningly. She just gulped her saliva nervously by hearing out his words.

“Did not I gave you your reward huh? Remember you had asked me for um… asked for…uh… a kiss?” she asked her not knowing what is she saying to him actually.

“For your kind information my sweet girl the reward you gave me was for the first spell I had taught you but this time I want my reward for the second one.” He replied making her eyes wide in surprise once again…
