Alpha’s Precious - Chapter 70

Finally after the darkness in the forest, there came a source of light and in no time both reached at the golden forest. Crossing the bridge they then reached at the mushroom shaped house. Entering into the house both saw that all the fire fairies are roaming around the house so happily and cheerfully. And finally one fire fairy just noticed Lucas and Rose’s presence there and immediately informed the other ones also.

“Lucas, Rose… What a surprise! Welcome here once again.” Ashmika said smiling brightly at them as she welcomed them in their house. “How have you been Rose? No doubt you are looking prettier than the previous time you came here.” She asked Rose once again.

“Uh… Thanks Ash… And have you ever looked at yourself huh? Even all the others are just much more beautiful than me. Trust me I have never saw someone like you all.” Rose said playfully and they all just laughed along with Rose.

“Where is Hades? Call him. We can’t stay here any longer. I have some work for him and we will leave as soon as he will finish.” Lucas asked and obeying his demand one fire fairy went to call out Hades who was outside doing something near the waterfall.

After waiting for sometime finally Hades entered into the house and immediately started to greet both Rose and Lucas. He held a very deep respect for Lucas and that’s why he came as soon as when he heard that Lucas has came and he has some work with him.

“Hades, you know your ability very well. That’s why I want you to show me her past, I mean everything that happened within these two days.” He said and unfortunately Rose was busy in talking with others fairies and that’s why she just couldn’t able to hear anything that both just talked about.

“Lady Rosie can you please close your eyes for a while?” Hades asked and then he turned around and informed all the other fairies to go out of the house for a while and considering that they needs some privacy all just comply to his words and fled out of the house through the window of the house.

“But why?” Rose asked and looked at Lucas confusingly.

“Rose please… Don’t worry, nothing will happen to you okay? Don’t you trust me?” He asked in a coaxing manner.

“Of course I trust you but tell me the reason.” She complained.

“I promise I will tell you ok? Just do as he says for now.” He said and sighing helplessly she just closed her eyes right there and both Lucas and she just sat opposite to eachother.

Now Rose couldn’t able to see anything what’s happening with her at that time. On the other side Hades already started to spell something by putting his hand just above her head and immediately a screen like smoky substance started to appear in front of Lucas.

In there Lucas can clearly able to see Rose’s past. Even hades couldn’t see because Lucas had told him not to and Rose also could not hear anything because the spell is like that she can’t hear anything.

Now he could clearly see that how she was ignoring Daniel but despite of her denial he keeps on insisting her to give him a chance and how that Daniel just proposed her saying he loves her. And when she again refused him, then how he again showed her his pitch black eyes, which he is not really allowed to show to anyone. Then he saw her running off from there as soon as possible and then saw that how she had become horrified, terrified because of Daniel. and how she became paranoid only because of him that she even didn’t came to college for that reason that day. And finally he saw that how badly she had missed Lucas, the whole day she just stayed in her room thinking about him as well missing him a lot.

When he saw that Lucas just started to boiled in anger as well as felt so guilty for not being there with her whenever she had needed him the most. At that moment he just felt himself as the most useless creature that is living on this earth. How could he become so cruel to her and didn’t texted her that day. And about that Daniel, he will just really give him the punishment that he deserves and will never be able to forget in his whole entire life and he also will never even think to come near Rose. And he will make sure of that.

“You may open your eyes Lady Rosie.” Hades said and finally she opened her eyes and just like he said she really felt nothing.

“Now tell me Luc…” She asked him hoping him to say her.

“First tell me that you will not be mad at me when I will tell you the truth.” He said and she just eyed at him suspiciously.

“What is it Luc?” Again she demanded the answer from him.

“Hades, you can also go for a while.” Lucas said to hades and he just obeyed him and then bowing his head at him he also went out of there leaving them alone.

Lucas then held her hand which was placed on the table and said, “Rose, I just saw what happened with you that day in the college when I was not with you. And I also saw that how scared you have become. And I just promise you ok, that from now onwards Daniel will never dare to approach you in my absence.”

But suddenly she take back her hand from his hold and he could clearly see the hurt and fear in her eyes. Looking at her he instantly got up from his place and went to her side to hug her, so that she can gave her the comfort. But she just once again backed away from him.

“Did you brought me here so that you can come to know about that day huh?” She asked him in a hurtful voice. “But why?” She asked.

“Please forgive me Rose and trust me I didn’t mean to hurt you okey? But from last night I had decided to know everything that had happened with you. And when you said nothing about that, I was sure that there must be something more which has happened with you. And yes, I was right.” He said but it didn’t convinced her a bit.

“But why? Was it that necessary?” She asked again in her hurting voice.

“Yes!” He replied with out any hesitation.

Again she looked at him surprised.

“From now on you will never gonna be encounter with him Rose. Never! And he just lied to you that he loves you. It’s all just a lie. If he truly loves you then he should not have showed you his hidden face to you. I may not be a vampire but I know that it’s illegal for them to show up their true faces to the humans. And he just did that to you. And for that he will be severely punished by their law.” Lucas said and Rose just again looked at him with her surprised expression.

“Really?” She asked him back disbelievingly.

“Yes Rose. And you know what, I will be the one to do that with him. I’m gonna tell their king about him that what he is doing in this human world. And their punishment is so harsh that you have never even have imagined Rose. And I’m sure after that he won’t even dare to look at you less than try to talk with you.” He assured her.

“But how will you do that Luc? Won’t they harm you?” She got so worried thinking about him that if he goes to those vampires then they will surely drink his blood. After all she still thinks him as a normal human being.

He then flashed her a very cunning smirk and then replied, “You don’t have to be so worried because, I will do that with the help of these fire fairies. As long as they are with me, nothing will gonna happen with me Rose. So stop worrying and bring a bright smile on your face ok?” He asked.

But still she couldn’t able to smile at that time because Daniel’s face again just started to hunting her mind. And she couldn’t seem to forget his face no matter how much she tries.

“But he was too scary Luc. Too scary!” She said hugging him tightly as she rested her face on his chest still shivering in fear by remember that incident.

“I know! And I’m just so sorry Rose, so sorry because I was not there with you. I didn’t knew that something like this would be happen. I hope I could have done something for you at that time.” He apologized and she couldn’t really able to feel that how much guilty he is feeling right now.

“It’s ok Luc. I know you have your own reasons.” She replied.

“But don’t worry I will make that up to you in day after tomorrow night and will make sure that you will just forget about all the bad memories. my sweet girl.” He promised her by kissing on her forehead gently…
