Alternate World Online - Chapter 113
Three friends: Riki, Nork and Zork walked passed the warning sign and entered the dungeon. As they passed the dungeon entrance a notification flashed,
<dragon’s ravine,=”” 5=”” man=”” dungeon=””></dragon’s>
Nork asked with a frown, “This is a dungeon?”
Zork asked, “Did he clear it?”
Riki said, “Let’s go ahead and lets’ see what lies ahead.”
Nork and Zork nodded their heads and the three of them walked deeper inside.
Nork said, “There are no monsters.”
Zork nodded his head and said, “You are right.”
Riki frowned and cautioned, “Don’t drop your guard. Let’s go inside.”
The three walked deeper inside and they in a few breaths of time arrived at the BOSS room. They saw a large Green Dragon. Zork and Riki gulped down their saliva and they had one thought, “Did Dro fight it?” They shook their head immediately after seeing the monster’s health and level.
<2,000,000/2,000,000 HP>
They deemed it as impossible. They both thought that fighting a monster with that much health alone would be impossible. They both took a step back. They wanted to leave the dungeon and leave this area as soon as possible. They knew that if they engaged they would most certainly die since they were ten levels lower than the boss and they didn’t have a full party.
But before they could take a second step back Nork shouted out, “That is a dragon?!”
This sudden shout made the Dragon open its eyes. The Green Dragon up to the shout was resting with the eyes closed. And the sudden shout had managed to wake up the beast. The Green Dragon looked at the group of the three and issued a loud ear deafening roar. It glared at the three and approached them.
“Run!” Riki immediately shouted out. He didn’t care about the sudden shout of his friend. He only wanted to run away from this BOSS who had 2 million health.
Zork turned pale, he turned around and started to run to the entrance of the dungeon. He followed after Riki who already was running away. Nork was frozen stiff into the second place. He couldn’t even move.
“Nork is still there!” Zork shouted to Riki that was further ahead.
“We can’t go back. Do you want us all to die?!” Riki shouted without turning back.
Zork clenched his fists and teeth. Resoluteness flashed in his eyes and he apologised to his friend in his heart.
The Green Dragon was not happy to see that people that disturbed its rest turned tail and fled. The Green Dragon flapped its wings and rose up into the sky. The Green Dragon didn’t pay any mind to the frozen stiff youth rather he looked at the two that are running away. The Dragon flew through the sky and rushed in their direction. It only took a single flap of his winds and he was already above them. The Green Dragon looked below him and dove at the two.
“Entrance is right there!” Riki Shouted out. He was feeling very happy that he was close to the entrance, But he was shocked by what happened next. He saw the Dragon land near the entrance of the instance. Riki immediately stopped and he took a step back. The other youth that followed Riki stopped as well. He looked at the Dragon with despair.
Riki clenched his fists and roared, “Damn it!” He cast his spell as he was a mage and Zork readied his bow. But even before the two of them could attack, the Dragon took a deep breath and unleashed his breath attack. Two players that were in front of the Green Dragon perished. The two fell down so fast that life didn’t even flash before their eyes.
The Green Dragon flew up in the air and returned deep into the dungeon. When he returned he saw the paladin still shaking in his boots. He looked at him and moved closer to the paladin. The Green Dragon looked at the paladin and spoke some words. The words were of a foreign language. If Dro was here he could understand the Dragon as it said, “Pathetic Humans!”
The Dragon slashed at the last youth with his attack and the three people that went into the Dragon’s den had perished.
…
Su Jun walked on this second path and he thought, “I wonder if those three entered that dungeon?” Dro shrugged his shoulders and thought, “Well it doesn’t concern me. What do I care if few people unrelated to me die? I am sure that many people have already died. Even Kyoko died and that was because she was related to me. If she had never encountered me. She would still be alive.”
Dro once more shook his head and he walked on his path.
As he walked Dro noticed that he was slowly descending. On the way down Dro had found few more wyverns that they were all Green Wyverns. By the time Dro reached the city, he had killed 20 more green wyverns and these green wyverns had given him 200 Reputation points with mystery dragons and 2 million experience points. Now he was only 200 thousand experience points from levelling up. Dro walked into the new city and since Dro was still not enemies with humans, he was allowed entry. Dro walked into this new town and he looked around.
He saw multiple quests available for him. But even if they were available Dro had no intention of doing any one of them. He only wanted to find the dungeon that he could go and clear.
Without the quest givers, Dro saw something more, there were other players in this city.
