Alternate World Online - Chapter 98
Dro approached the fallen , bent down and touched the corpse of the monster. A loot window appeared and Dro saw the items that the monster had dropped. In the window, he saw two items. The items that were dropped was the quest item and a single copper coin. Dro first picked up the pelt that he needed to complete the quest. After picking up the pelt Dro picked up the copper coin that was dropped. Picking up the copper coin Dro though, “From the beginning then.”
Dro’s eye trailed from the monster to his two bare hands. Dro looked at his weaponless two hands and thought, “I really need a weapon. I wonder if there is NPC like Joshua. I seem to recall that he sold pretty good items. It was also from him that I received the first weapon that really helped me out, But I also seem to recall that the weapon cost me a gold coin.” Dro laughed, “I would need to kill 9999 to get that gold coin.” Dro laughed and thought, “It would be quite sad if that was truly the case. I am sure I will get the first gold much faster than that.”
Dro moved his hand from his weaponless hand and looked around in search for another . Dro didn’t have to search for long as another was floating above the ground to the left.
Dro smirked and approached this . Without waiting for anything. With his weaponless hand, Dro struck the . With the punch, a damage value floated above the monster’s head.

Dro like with the last bent down and looted the corpse and like last time he received another copper coin and a pelt. Dro seeing this copper coin smiled and thought, “9998 more to go!”
He shifted his head to another and with three attacks killed it as well. Now Dro had killed three . To complete his quest he still needed 7 more . Dro killed the fourth and then the fifth. When the fifth fell to the ground, a notification sounded and a message appeared before Dro’s eyes.
Dro smiled and thought, “Level two already? Things really are faster this time around.” Dro moved his eyes towards the next and thought, “Five more and the quest will be completed” Dro smiled and approached the that floated above the ground.

When the sixth bat fell down dead. Dro received one copper and he was now only four pelts away from completing the quest. Dro wasting no time started killing the last four monsters that he needed and picked up their pelts. Now that he was and his damage was slightly bigger as well Dro only needed two attacks for each monster. After eight punches and four dead monsters, the quest requirements have been met and the quest was completed. Dro now only needed to go and talk to the NPC to receive his rewards.
“Time to get back,” Dro thought as he looked down at the corpse of the dead . Dro turned his eyes from the corpse of the tenth and without wasting any time walked towards the direction of . The village he reached in only a few breaths of time as the monster he killed were not that far away from the village.
In the village, Dro now had two objectives. The first objective was to turn in the quest and the second objective is to look if there was an NPC like Joshua who sold good items that were not complete garbage.
With his plan in mind, Dro walked towards the NPC who had given him the quest. Dro walked to the Vampire and stopped only when he was standing in front of him. The Vampire bent down immediately, “Your Excellency.”
Dro looked at the kneeling Vampire, “Stand up.” The Vampire nodded his head and obliged he stood up and spoke once again, “Your Excellency.”
“I have your pelts,” Dro spoke and a system notification sounded,

When Dro saw that he levelled up two levels because of a single quest he smiled. Dro with a smile though, “This is really easier than it was the first time.” Dro looked at the Vampire standing before him. He saw that the Vampire had another quest marker above his head. Like last time it was a yellow quest marker. Dro looked at him and inquired once more, “Is there anything else?”
The Vampire bowed his head, “Yes, your Excellency! Can you please go and get me ten pelts?”

Dro thought, “When I first levelled here there used to be money reward but there is none now. The experience reward is bigger though, but the Quests content is the same.” Dro sighed and thought, “Well I guess that is fine.”
“Alright, I will do it,” Dro said as he looked at the Vampire quest giver.
“Thank you, your Excellency!” The Vampire loudly said. Dro nodded his head and turned his attention from the Vampire and into the city. Dro looked towards the city and mumbled, ” Let’s see if there is an NPC like Joshua that sells good items.”
