Amnesia - Chapter 24

She turned around her head and sighed a breath of relief.

It was Mitchell.She hurriedly closed the laptop and as she intended to get off from the bed a pillow fell on the ground from the bed.

She saw a diary.She took it into her hand.Probably it is Sam’s.Maybe she could find something from the diary!!!

She took Mitchell in her arms and hurried to leave the room.she needed to leave the room soon otherwise if anyone saw him she would be in trouble.

As she left just two to three steps from the room,She tripped over someone.

“Aunt Zair!!!”She was almost panicked then somehow she managed to control her nervousness.She hid the diary behind Mitchell as she was in his arms.

” What are you doing here,Anastasia?”From her expression it is clear that she is not so happy to see her here.

Anastasia swallowed her saliva that was tickling in her throat.She was clearly instructed at the first that she shouldn’t enter at the certain part of the house.Mr and Mrs Dornan both are very private person.They didn’t like to be bothered.So in this portion of house nobody from outside is not allowed.Only the maids are allowed and that’s only when they are called here by their master.Now she exactly did what she was told not to do.She invaded their privacy.She was becoming very nervous now!

“Aunt Zair, actually I came here for Mitchell!” Anastasia clearly lied.

“For Mitchell?” She narrowed her eyes.

“Yes.Mitchell wanted me to come here.” She was making up a story in her mind.

“Mitchell, did you tell her to come here?” Zair asked him.

Mitchell at first stared at Anastasia to confirm something and nodded at Zair.

“Mitchell wants me to find this.He may have dropped it here before.” Anastasia took out a ball from her pocket.

When she was searching for evidence in his room,she saw Mithcell’s toy ball was lying on the floor.She took the ball then.Luckily now it is working as an excuse.

Zair stared at Mitchell.He hurriedly nodded.

Anastasia smiled in her mind.This child is really very sensible.He knows exactly what to do to help her.

“Anastasia,come….Have tea with me!I have something to talk with you!” Zair told her.

“Okay.”

In the guestroom,Anastasia was sitting on the couch.Mitchell was with him.He always clinged with her like a superglue.

While checking Sam’s laptop.She saw her photo in his photo gallery.It was the photo when they went to the zoo.She was standing under a roof after drenching in the rain like a wet cat.When she was touching the rain.

But the photo was just beautiful.Cloudy slightly dark sky in the background,with drizzling rain and a beautiful woman with her wet hair is the best frame for photography.If she wouldn’t secretly break into his room and saw this,maybe she would use it for her display picture for a phone.

“Please take” Zair offered her a cup of tea and some snacks on the tea table in front of her.

Anastasia took the cup and took a sip.She felt fresh.This tea had a special aroma that is refreshing her mind.May be Zair had added some special spice in it.She could make it for her brother Arman at home.

“How is Mitchell doing now?I can see that he is getting along well with you.” Zair asked her.

“He is doing quite good”Anastasia took another sip from her cup.

” He likes you very much.I think you should communicate with him more.May be oneday he will start talking.”Zair stared at her eyes.A lot of expectations are peeking through her eyes.

“Don’t worry aunty.One day he surely will open up.” Anastasia ran through her finger gently on Mitchell’s hair.

“I hope so.” Zair sighed a long breath.

“And one thing more Ana….”

“Yes aunty.”

“Just don’t go there next time.Just don’t go roaming around the house like this next time.Sam really doesn’t like when someone invade his privacy.” Zair said.

“Yes aunty.I am really sorry.It won’t happen again next time.” Anastasia stated.She felt guilty in her heart for sneaking into another person’s room.If he is not the stalker,then definitely it’s a bad thing.

At her brother’s house,the maid already left.She had done all her work for today.She was waiting for her brother.It’s now 10 pm but Arman hasn’t come yet.So she decided to check Sam’s diary.

She opened his diary.The diary seemed to be not so old.There was written on just a few pages.There was no date mentioned in his diary.

First page:

“Everything has changed.I have changed a lot.Soemtimes I feel my heart has died.But is there anything can I do to recover my heart?”

Anastasia became surprised.This lines didn’t go along really well with Sam.Why his heart had died!!!What did that mean?

She started reading the next page.

“Sometimes I think love is the most strange thing in the world.For some person it is welfare for someone it’s the destruction.But everyone on this planet isn’t that lucky to get welfare. May be for me it’s the second one.”

Anastasia was holding her breath.As she was going through his diary,she was getting more shock.She didn’t expect that much.

She turned the page of the diary.

“I think women are the most money hungry creature.They only know how to rob their beloved men.Outside they acted like they are the more pure lotus,but inside they can do everything for f*cking money sake!Isn’t it funny!!She is now back.Once she left me for her selfish career.She didn’t give a damn to our relationship.I thought she loved me.But I was wrong.She only love money,power,status.I didn’t mean anything to her.She always used me for her selfish motive so that she can show other how capable she is…..

I will never forgive her….
