Amnesia - Chapter 30

“I love you,brother….” Anastasia suddenly hugged him.She was very grateful to Arman that not only did he accept her as a sister but also he was doing a lot for her.May be her own family was not as kind as him.Though she didn’t remember any of them.

“I love you too.” Arman mumbled that is barely audible to Anastasia.He hugged her back.

“Brother!”

“Yes…”Arman responded.

“Don’t go to hospital today!”Anastasia aboved her head.

” Why?”

“Stay home with me!You are working very hard recently.You need rest!”

“Don’t you have class today?”

“I have.But don’t want to!”

“You shouldn’t miss your class for nothing Ana!just go get ready.” Arman released her from his arms.

“Brother,please.You always remain busy!Don’t you think we should spend some time with each other to improve our relationship of sibling?Or you don’t consider me as your sister?” Anastasia stared at him..Her eyes were full of emotion.

Arman sighed for a long breath.

“Of course,Ana.I thought of you as my sister!But that doesnt mean I should let you miss your class.” Arman stated.

“Brother please.” She started pleading with her puppy dog eyes.

“Okay.” At last Arman defeated her pleading.He really can’t ignore her beautiful eyes.

“Thank you very much brother.” Her eyes lit up.She was very happy that he agreed to spend time with her.

“Do you want to go outside with me or want to stay at home?” Arman asked.

“Ummm.. ” She thought for a while.

“Brother we can stay at home and spend time talking with each other.I barely know about you,your childhood.”She was very excited.

Arman smiled.

” Okay.As you wish!”

Arman and Anastasia both were sitting in Arman’s room.Anastasia brought a cup of popcorn as they decided to watch a movie.

“Brother,any special recommendation?What do you want to see?” Anastasia asked.

“Not really!Just choose anything you want to see.” Arman put both of his arms behind his head.

“I want to see a horror movie.”Anastasia said excitedly.

Arman nodded.”okay.Lets see.”

Anastasia started playing the movie and sat beside her brother on the bed.The movie started.They were sometimes chatting in between the movie.

“Brother!”

“Yes.”

“Didn’t you feel lonely??As you don’t have another sibling before me?” Anastasia asked curiously.

Arman clenched his body for a moment.

Then replied,”I was used to it.”He shoved a popcorn in his mouth and started chewing it.

“Brother,when will you marry?”

A smile escaped from his mouth.

“Why?Why do you want me to marry?”

“I can get a small nephew or niece then.” Her eyes were sparkling.

Arman gave her an awkward smile.

“Don’t you like Lisa?Why don’t you marry her?”

“She tried to harm you.” Arman clenched his jaw.

“Brother it is also possible that she didn’t do that.”

“You don’t know her,Ana.I know her better.She is just pain in the a*s”

“If you are so irritated with her,then why did you agree to marry her?”

“Because mom and dad wanted me to marry her.” Arman sighed..

“Then now?Won’t you marry him?” Anastasia put popcorn in her mouth.

“No.”Arman replied indifferently.

“Why not?”

“Because she tried to kill you Ana.I can’t marry this kind woman who tried to harm you.Even if someone tried to lay a finger on you I can’t let her be close to me.” He said in a single breath as if he was very angry.

“If it is proved that she didn’t do anything?Then?”

“It won’t happen.”Arman said.

“If it happens,then?”

“Even if it is not proved,I won’t marry her.”

“Why?She is beautiful,rich and a capable fashion designer.Then why not?” Anastasia was surprised.

“Because she doesnt like you!”

Anastasia was speechless.

“Brother,you just can’t make a decision like this just because she doesn’t like me.”

Arman was silent.He didn’t want to answer this question.

“Just leave the stupid matter.” Arman was feeling irritated to hear her name.

Anastasia nodded.

They started to concentrate on the movie.The movie was quite scary.Anastasia’s whole concentration was on the movie.Arman was barely giving his concentration toward the movie.He was checking her time to time.The way she was biting her lips,she stared at the television screen,the scared expression she got from the horror scene everything was feeling very funny to him.She was very scared yet she chose to see it.He never thought just in a few months,She would be so close to him.A small smile appeared on his thin lips as he thought about her.He was considering himself lucky having a sister like her in his life.His mother did the right things adopting her.

Suddenly a scary horror face appeared on the tv screen.Anastasia got scared and she hugged his arms tightly.
