Amnesia - Chapter 7

Next day,After class Anastasia went to meet with Lisa.They had casual chat and snacks in a western cushion restaurant.It was evening and the sky was almost darkened.

Everything went smoothly but as Anastasia forbade Lisa and about to call a taxi suddenly a man with a mask and a knife in his hand appeared before her.He told her to give everything she had with her.But She was so panicked that she started screaming for help.

But it was dark at night and the place was lone.Nobody came to help her.Lisa was about to leave for her apartment but stopped at her place as she heard her scream.She immediately appeared there and saw a man was stabbing her in the waist.

“Hey,what are you doing?Help somebody help!!!!!” Lisa shouted for help.But who would come to help them at this time!!

Seeing Lisa the man flew away.She was at a loss at the moment.Lisa hurriedly rushed to Anastasia and checked her.She was bleeding but the wound didn’t seem to be so deep.

She called a taxi and took her to the hospital.She was cursing herself deep inside her heart.She didn’t ever think in her dream that an invitation would end up like a disaster.

Lisa already informed Arman about the accident.She took Anastasia in the emergency ward.She already placed a handkerchief at wound for control bleeding before coming to hospital.That was done a great job.Her bleeding almost stopped.

Deep inside her heart,she was panicking like shit.When Arman would come he definitely will throw tantrum for this.She was trembling with fear.He definitely was thinking she was responsible for this.If she knew that this would happen,she never would invite her.She went outside for making a call.

Arman hurriedly rushed to the emergency ward.He was very worried.Again she had an accident!!It was just a day before,she was about to die in the pool.Now again???How come she was so careless!

At the room,he saw Anastasia was holding a handkerchief in her waist.Her face was pale,bloodless.Her clear fair face was showing that she was trying hard to endure the intense pain.

“Take off your clothes!”Arman ordered her.

“….”. Anastasia was stunned.

” If you don’t remove your clothes how can I check your wound?”Arman said.He was a doctor.Its very common for him.

Anastasia hesitated for a moment then removed her clothes from the upper body.

Arman checked the wound.The wound was not so deep.He was cleaning the wound with antiseptic.As she was Arman’s sister so Arman was taking care of her wound without any female attendant. In the room there was only Arman and Anastasia.

Lisa went outside to make the call.After that,she came back to the room.As she entered the room she saw what she wouldn’t ever want to see.Her eyes lit up. Anastasia was half naked her hand grabbing Arman’s shoulder and Arman’s back was facing the door holding Anastasia’s body as if they were making out!

A wave of jealousy flashed across in her eyes.Suddenly she had the urge of grabbing Anastasia’s hair and throwing her onto the floor and beat her to death.

But she did nothing.She successfully hide her emotions and put a fake smile on her face.

“Is the wound serious?I am so worried!”She pretended as if she was very worried.

“No,fortunately the wound is not serious!” Arman said coldly.

Lisa was frightened.She knows Arman so well.He probably thought for her carelessness Anastasia was hurt.

“Arman,I am really sorry.I should be more careful.If I were more careful,didn’t call her in the evening,she wouldn’t hurt.”Lisa started crying.But her crocodile tears couldn’t melt him.

” It’s okay.not your fault.Its just an accident.Please don’t cry!”Anastasia comforted her.

Arman said nothing.He cleaned and bandaged the wound.He gave her jacket for covering her body as her clothes were soiled with blood and torn off.He left for house with Anastasia leaving a crying jelous Lisa behind the hospital.

Lisa was very angry at Arman’s behaviour.She suddenly felt that it was Anastasia who caused the distance between them.But when the truth is he was never so close to her.

“If you are the root of the cause,I will cut the root.Arman is only mine.” She clenched her jaw.

They went back home.Anastasia went to her room.She took off her torn clothes and put on a clean dress.After having dinner,Anastasia went to Arman’s room as she thought that he might be angry with Lisa.

As she opened the door of his room,she was speechless.Arman just had a towl in her body wrapping around his waist.

Anastasia felt so awkward.She never saw him like this.She almost ran away from there.She shouldn’t go there without knocking.She thought.

Arman saw her running away as he went to her room.

“Ana,wanna say something?”

“Yeah!elder brother don’t be angry on Lisa.It’s not her fault” Anastasia was pleading for Lisa.

“You don’t know her well.Next time I don’t wanna see you with her.Stay away from her.” Arman said in a cold voice.

“….”

“Do you have anything else?”

“No,brother.good night.”

“Good night.”

Next morning Anastasia went to the class.Again Alex sat beside her.She said nothing Today Anastasia was wearing high waisted jeans with a crop top.She was looking pretty good.Alex was staring at her from time to time.

“Ana,I am sorry.You fell in the pool.I didn’t have the chance to apologize.I should be around you.” Alex said in a pleading tone.

“It’s ok.not your fault.”

“Anastasia!!!”

“Yes!”

“What is your thought about me?” Alex said.

“Sorry.I don’t understand!”Anastasia was surprised.

“Just forget it.I was kidding.Ana,would you mind going on a dinner with me?please agree” Alex was pleading.

“Ummm.Actually…..”

“Please,come.just a dinner.Nothing else.” Alex said.

Anastasia nodded as she thought just a dinner is not a big deal.Also she didn’t like to stay in the home all day long.

Anastasia went home after her class.She took a shower and had lunch.she was thinking about tonight’s dinner with Alex.

“I shouldn’t agree to go with him tonight”, Anastasia thought.But she already promised him so she decided to go.Anastasia called Arman to inform him.But he didn’t receive.He might be busy Anastasia thought.

At evening,Anastasia got ready for the dinner date.She wear a sleeveless knee length dress.She put on some light makeup.Alex wanted to pick her from her house but she disagreed instead she decided to go her own.Alex messaged her the address of the restaurant.As Anastasia couldn’t contact her brother,she left a note on the dining table.

” Elder brother i am going to dinner with my friend.The dinner is in the freeze.please heat them before eating.
