An adult in Pokemon - Chapter 100 Dungeon Part 3 Entei and what this means
Where is the body-
.
It was minutes before the energy dissipated fully. The canyon was turned into a crater. A glassy gloss above the top of it. Gray circled around as Yveltal over the entire area. Wings beating powerfully as his control returned more.
It would be a long time before he would let himself falter on following through with a kill. Unease settled in his mind as he could not find the presence of Entei still. The dungeon messing with him slightly still.
The presence of what use to cause a sense of caution in him instinctively was gone. Jackie was on the ground sitting and watching. Anytime a sound was heard where the canyon use to be, Gray would fire at it instantly.
The attack Aero Blast was learned over time. Not something he was trying to use but the fighting had the way of bringing things to the forefront. Each attack rising in power.
Sending debris everywhere.
The Pokemon Tapu Fini was next to Jackie. Finding out “what” or who Gray was. Knowing his body may be human but his soul was not. The Land Spirit pokemon met a few like him in it’s travels.
“Well, I like this guy.” Tapu Fini said. It floated in its shell looking back at Gray in the sky. “I think I can help him with his little problem.”
“Little?” Jackie blinked. “He is anything but little.”
Gray seemed to be stuck in his Mega Yveltal state. His body was maybe 25 in height and about 600 or so pounds she guessed. The Dark Aura he released naturally caused Jackie to stay put.
More and more Gray reminded her of the Gray she knew. Whether it was temperament or something more recent, she had know idea. He just needed the actual Gray hair to fit the image.
“Maybe he will shrink back?” Tapu Fini shrugged. She felt the presence of a few others coming their way. “Hmm? Oh, it is them.”
*Schup!* June and Sabrina used Teleport together to make it towards them. The very moment they arrived Empress, the Alakazam flew towards Gray. She entered the medium state causing Gray to calm down a little.
Looking over the battlefield was not promising. And a rampaging Gray was ending but helpful for concerns.
“Well.. is it dead?” Sabrina questioned. She put her hands to the ground sending out psychic ripples. The energy moved through the ground but found nothing of note. “Guess it got away?”
“No way!” Jackie shook her head. “It has to be down there. Has to be!”
“Then..” June had her finger by her mouth as she stopped talking. If Entei hid itself, this would be the perfect time to strike. Her instincts flared up just in time. “. humph!”
*Boom!* Entei broke over the surface from a “gate” made of flame. Hiding in the residual entrance of the trap it had for Gray. He attacked June feeling she was the weakest.
That was a mistake.
*Crack!* The psychic attack forced Entei’s head back. Sabrina immediately joined in with her psychic power and pinned the legs to the ground. Up above, Gray came down like an angel of destruction.
His state of Beast Out receded thanks to Empress. All the power concentrated into his hand as he stabbed Entei in the spine then ripped out it’s heart. The pulsing aura only lasting for a moment before it was eaten.
“Never again.” Gray took the power in. Not wanting a bit to eek out and cause another issue.
“Grrrooo!” Entei howled in defiance. The pain giving him enough to fight free. In a burst of physical speed, it moved away. “Not.. suppose.. to be.. like this..” The “pokemon” slumped to the side as it started to die.
“Whoa!” Dawn exclaimed. The others right behind her just staring at the surroundings. Gary held her in place just in case she did something stupid. Like get in the way. “That is a lot of destruction.”
“Tch!” Gray clicked his teeth from the first memories from why Entei was like this. He stepped forward creating a sword made of aura energy. “You are such a fool.”
“Heh.. heh.. guess I am.” Entei chuckled. Without it’s heart, not much else it could do but fight to stay holding on. The aura left in its body would not be enough to facilitate healing. “Are you going to end me still, eh Lucfiel?”
“Of course.” Gray put the sword right against the large pokemon’s head. “It is my design after all.”
“Why did you do it?” June asked. Having moved up next to Gray after getting a feel for the Pokemon’s energy. “You shouldn’t even be here.”
“Hehe.. sorry for attacking you Gabriel.” Entei actually spoke with regret. Its body turning into that of a “human” next. Carrying all the wounds over with it. It’s back having small protrusions where wings use to be. “I just wanted to speak.. with him is all. But brother…”
“Lies.” Gray stabbed forward destroying the body in an instant. No words could excuse what Entei had done. Or any justification it thought would make it right. “May you exist nevermore Haniel.”
*Ping!* A flash of light tried to shoot into the distance. The last of his aura trying to leave. Gray clutched his hand in Dark Aura and snuffed it out. A cry echoed in misery. Both beautiful and tormented one last time.
If the speck of aura made it to someone, Entei would have turned into a pokesoul. Memory and personality would affect the person and take them over.
“That felt so wrong.” Dawn hugged herself. Feeling cold all of a sudden. “He called you brother.”
“No brother of mine.” Gray said. His body giving in to exhaustion after all the fighting. Especially against the beast out state. “This is gonna hurt in the morning. Blasted Beast Out is gonna be a problem if I do it alone.”
“You said Haniel.” Sabrina gave Gray a strong once over. “You killed another Archangel. What about the fall out?”
“There will not be any.” Gray shook his head fighting the need to sleep. The memories of Entei, Haniel with Arceus back then was upsetting. “He sought to change things, a number of crimes that will cause trouble later on.”
“Are you ok?” June asked. She felt the unease waff off him. “When did he come here exactly? When did he chase after?”
“Since the beginning. Both himself and others are in every region. Ruining your gift. I am sorry.” Gray apologized to June. Mainly the two inside her. “Confliction with themselves stirred up by Arceus. They will cause more harm than good. The World of Pokemon will not survive if left alone.”
“What do you mean!?” Dawn stepped forward. “What is really going on?” She turned to Gary who looked bothered by something. “Gary?”
“Hey.. you may not want to hear this at all really. You have enough with your mom dating Lugia after all.” Gary frowned. “I think it best we regroup elsewhere. But before that, what Pokemon is that?” He pointed at Tapu Fini who just floated around.
“Let’s go somewhere else first. Other people and pokemon are heading this way.” June wrapped them up in aura energy. Upset about those ruining things. “We can talk then.”
*Woosh!* The entire group teleported away. A few minutes later a few pokemon arrived on scene. The area filled with an intense aura. It didn’t take long before they started fighting.
The few trainers that investigated joined in as well. Not wanting to miss the chance to test themselves and gain powerful pokemon.
.
Old House-
.
Finding a old house that looked like it was made in the middle ages was the best they could do. The good news, it was far away from people and pokemon. At least, that it was June said.
The next few minutes was spent treating each other while Gary explained to Dawn some things. Keeping mindful of what not to say to her. He was after all a vessel now. And certain actions and words were forbidden to him.
Dawn could not be trusted still after all.
“So.. your Grandpa and a few others made the Elite League for the sole purpose of preparing against Evil Pokemon and World Domination?” Gary nodded. Dawn scowled a little feeling their was more still. “The Elite Trainers are all gaining strength by doing missions along the way disguised as the Elite Challenge. Which is really brutal by the way.”
“Not my idea.” Gary said lowly.
“Pokesoul and Pokefusion grows stronger the more aura in an area as well as more use it sees. But also blurs the line between human and pokemon. Which is a gift by.. her father?” Dawn pointed at June who just gave a small nod. The pink and green eyes glowing unnerved her a little. “Arceus or the Pretender as you call them is trying to overthrow this said father and was created from energy from the last place that received his judgment?”
“Wow, I think she understands it.” Gray said stifling a yawn. Currently, Empress was wrapping him up in bandages as he sipped on Mary the Milktanks milk. It was petty damn good when exhausted. “Almost as fast as you May.”
“Wait for it.” May sipped her drink as her son jumped around ontop of his father. TheBlaziken was in human form and looked a little bit like the trainer Steven she use to compete against. She gave a small smile everytime at her family becoming whole once more. Still living in bliss because of Gray. “Give it another two minutes.”
“Arceus, the pokemon god is a bad guy and wants to rule the world. Yet 10 or so years ago he fought to protect it.” Dawn shook her head in disbelief. Her mother told her it was a lie all those years ago but she didn’t really believe her. Chalking it up to her grief. “Giratina is the devil after all. How can we trust it have defended us? I find that hard to believe.”
“Tch!” Empress and Sabrina clicked their teeth at her. Both giving a glowering look before turning away. The thought of killing her now played for a very long time in their minds. ‘She is gonna be trouble.’
Before things turn worse, Chroma and Ori left out of June. Both turning into their Pokemon states. Seeing Mew and Celebi, Dawn was overjoyed.
“Does this help ease your mind?” Ori spoke softly. As if she was scared Dawn would break. “Unlike your mother.. your mind is more fragile. So I will have to speak.”
“I am not fragile!” Dawn exclaimed. Her cheeks red in embarrassment. “Just say whatever you need to.”
“She is an idiot.” Chroma floated around her. Then landed on her head. “Screw speaking just show the brat personally.” Her little hands touched Dawn on the forehead causing her to drop. Assaulting her with visions of the past. “There, so much better.”
“Could have been nicer.” Gary’s frown was starting to become permanent it seemed. He scooped Dawn up and moved her to a chair. “Well, at least she can determine for herself now.”
“I am pooped.” Chroma floated down turning into a Leafeon to conserve energy. “If she does not get it aftet this.. well she is just a dumbass.” Moving to Gray, she started drinking some of the milk from one of the bottles. “This is some good stuff.”
“Well you look good enough.” Tapu Fini moved to gray then turned into a ball of light. “Nice new place to call home for the time being.”
*Shine!* A bright pale blue light lit Gray up. Whatever she was doing to him, knocked him out cold. But his aura started to become stable. Gray’s hair took on a light grey shine with blue before turning black.
“Hmm.” Jackie hummed a little. She noticed a slight change in his cheekbones for a moment. ‘He looks more like the Gray I know. Just a tiny bit though.’ Thinking for a moment she checked her pokegear. “No messages. How odd.”
“Soooo pokemon capturing tomorrow right?” Bea asked. The others nodded. No way would they miss out as well. “Huh?” She noticed that Empress grabbed Gray’s pokeballs and released them all outside.
Empress instructed the Pokemon to go and gain strength and find powerful pokemon. If they were to come across any that were really powerful, then they must report back and not take chances.
The Pokemon nodded and took off. All but one of the Vulpix did so. The white one at that. It moved to Gray’s chest and curled up. In a few seconds, it started to glow a little. A bright light engulfed the room for a moment as the Pokemon evolved.
“Arrooo!” The now Ninetails let out a howl. Its tails wrapping around Gray as ghost fire burned into his skin. The POkemon had the ability to heal it seemed. But not physical wounds. “Get.. stronger..” The pokemon let out.
*Shine!* A blessing left from Gray and onto the Ninetails. Some of the power from Entei make it possible for it to communicate in the human tongue faster.
Feeling slightly jealous, Empress turned to her medium state and entered Gray. Tapu Fini was already inside talking with Gray’s various Pokesouls. All but Giratina which was sleeping.
