(3rd POV)
While Emerald and Mercury are busy with Coco and Yatsuhashi, Cinder left the arena and locates the private aircraft.
Cinder: ‘Since everyone is focus on the tournament, why don’t we take a glimpse of this advance military tech.’
Cinder casually looks around and notice one aircraft is heavily guarded.
Cinder: “So predictable.”
She observes the environment and she only sees Atlas robot guards. She made a quick work on them and enters the aircrafts.
Cinder: “Now where’s that military tech.”
Leon: “You won’t find anything here.”
Cinder startled and looks around. Then 3 people appear out of nowhere and those three are Leon, Ironwood and Winter. We were invisible.
Ironwood: “Cinder Fall. You’re under arrest for crimes against humanity.”
Cinder held out her hand and create a fireball.
Cinder: “How do you know I’m here?”
Leon: “With this baby.”
I took out my scroll and show it to her.
Leon: “You’re not the only one who can hack the system.”
Winter dash towards Cinder and Cinder cast fireballs at everyone. Winter and Ironwood evade the fireballs while me slice one using Yamato. Winter is now up against Cinder and both look like they are the same level. I took out bucket of popcorn and offer some to Ironwood.
Leon: “Want some?”
Ironwood ignores me. I just shrug and watch the show. I look at my scroll and send a message to a certain someone.
Meanwhile in the tournament, Mercury and Emerald won against their opponents. Emerald tried to contact Cinder but Cinder is not answering.
Emerald: “Why isn’t she answering?”
Mercury: “Maybe she’s too busy. She did told us to wait for a while.”
Emerald: “I don’t know. She usually contact us this kind of time.”
Mercury: “Well why don’t we check it out.”
Emerald was about to reply but her scroll vibrates. She check her scroll and she got a text from Cinder.
Emerald: “She wants us to meet at the courtyard. Probably she found something.”
Mercury: “Then what are we waiting for.”
Mercury and Emerald casually walks toward at the center of the courtyard. Nobody is in sight.
Emerald: “Where is Cinder?”
Mercury: “I have a bad feeling about this.”
Qrow: “Well your hunch is right, kid.”
Then Qrow and Glynda walk towards Emerald and Mercury. Emerald and Mercury look at each other and got confused.
Emerald: “Hello Miss Glynda. How can we help you?”
Qrow: “Drop the act kid. We know you’re working with her. By the way, your buddy, Cinder, is pretty busy right now.”
Qrow and Glynda armed themselves. Emerald and Mercury look at each other. Mercury bitterly smiles while Emerald has a bitter face.
Mercury: “Well it seems the jig is up.”
Mercury raise his arms as sign of surrender. Emerald on the other hand use her semblance and tries to get away. Mercury follows behind but Emerald was caught by Glynda’s telekinetic semblance while Qrow knock Mercury out. Glynda walk towards Emerald and put the neck chain on her to seal her semblance. Emerald, tries to retaliate but it was useless.
Qrow: “Well that was easy. How’s Ironwood, Ice queen and the kid?”
Glynda: “They should be finish right about now. Let’s take this two elsewhere.”
Qrow just shrugs and pick up Mercury whose unconscious.
(Leon POV)
Back to the Aircraft. Cinder and Winter are still continuing the battle. They are both evenly match. Cinder tried to blow up the metal wall to escape but I put barrier around us so she can’t escape.
While waiting, I’m texting with my friends and girlfriends about their day. So far, Neo and Ruby met Penny during their outing, Yang and Weiss are preparing for their fight, and everyone else watch the tournament. Neo and Ruby talk about what they did. Penny also texting me about something that she wants to explore something and would like to meet me at my room alone. I shake my head furiously because my mind is filled with R-18 images of Penny.
Back to the fight, both Cinder and Winter are exhausted from the fight. I put my scroll on my pocket and walk towards Cinder. She looks at me and tries to attack but I casually smack it away. I summon a necklace and I wear it around my neck. I was few inches away from Cinder. Cinder summons her dagger and tries to stab me but I grab her wrist. She then summon another one using her free arm but I grab it with my free arm as well. I use magic manipulation and suck all her magic and transfer it to my necklace. Cinder felt her magic draining and was shock.
Cinder: “What are you doing? Let go!”
Cinder tries to get away but I was too strong. She tried to kick me but my aura protected me. She even summon a giant fireball on top of us but I use doppelganger and slice the fireball. The fireball dissipates. I was slowly devour her magic and Cinder felt every second of her magic draining away. She felt weaker and weaker by the minute. By the time I was finish, I let go and she just flops on the floor. She’s still breathing but she now lost her maiden’s ability. I also took her semblance as well. She’s now an ordinary person.
Cinder: “What…..d..did..youdo?”
Leon: “Well I took your maiden’s ability. I also took your semblance. So you’re basically an ordinary person.”
Cinder: “N.no.”
Cinder reluctantly passes out. I pick up Cinder and look at Winter. I summon a water bottle and throw it at her. She grabs it and said thanks.
Ironwood: “Thank you for your cooperation, Leon. Qrow and Glynda already contacted me that her companions have been captured.”
I nod and we went out the aircraft. Ironwood will handle her companions. I was about to meet with the others but suddenly, my scroll rings. I pick it up and I heard Hazel’s voice.
Leon: “Hazel? What’s wrong?”
Hazel: “Adam Taurus is on the move. Cinder contacted Adam to gather the White Fang outside the city tonight.”
Leon: “Has Salem contacted you, yet?”
Hazel: “None so far.”
Leon: “I see. Continue monitoring them. Prepare for a fight. Don’t let yourself get caught”
Hazel: “Understood.”
Hazel hangs up and I called Ironwood and contact Ozpin.
Ironwood: “Understood. I’ll gather up my men.”
Ozpin: “We will contact you if we’re ready.”
Leon: “Can I invite other people?”
I waited everyone for their reply.
Ozpin: “Ironwood?”
Ironwood: “You may invite someone. As long as they’re not a liability during the fight.”
Leon: “Sure.”
I hang up and contact more than one person. I then call Blake.
Blake: “Leon, what’s wrong?”
Leon: “Blake, there’s gonna be a fight tonight.”
Blake: “A fight?”
Leon: “Yes and it’s involve with the White Fang.”
I can hear Blake’s gasped through the scroll.
Leon: “And that’s not all. There’s a certain someone will be there.”
Blake “[Pause] And that is?”
Leon: “Adam Taurus.”
