Awakened: Evolving to Godhood - Chapter 313
Elliot used instant acceleration and closed the distance between them in the blink of an eye before he grabbed that hand of Freya, which was holding the round, small plate.
“Let me go.” She shrieked hysterically.
“Kingdom-toppling suicidal beauty, can you calm your titties and hear me out?”
If he had said that fully clothed, she would’ve, but as he had nothing covering him and his elephant was also touching her smooth navel, making her fear for the worse, she shrieked more hysterically and resisted with all her might.
“I am going to bring you down with me.”
Freya decided to die an honorable death. Lightning sparks surged out of her fingers and poured into the metal plate, and the symbols on it started lighting up.
However, before all the symbols could light up in blue, Elliot yanked the plate out of her hand.
“Crazy bitch.”
Elliot cursed at the suicidal black elf as he flicked her forehead with his middle finger. A simple move it was, one carrying no traces of glory or might, but when it landed on the center of her forehead, she got blasted backward with such speed that anyone would think that truck-kun had crashed into her.
Her petite body slammed into the wall before sliding down to the ground.
Blaargh!
She felt so dizzy and nauseous that she puked out whatever was in her mind, along with a mouthful of blood.
While she was puking and looking like a pitiful mess, Elliot stepped up to her, and his massive body draped a shadow of dread over her. Afraid of what was to come, Freya gulped and raised her head. The thing that came into her sight was his massive, uncovered manhood. According to her, it was the most terrifying weapon she had ever seen a human wield. She feared that as she had no strength to resist, he was here to seal the deal.
“Are you alright?”
When she heard his words, she nearly rolled her eyes
How could she be alright when he beat the crap out of a beautiful woman like her and didn’t even treat her with a gentle hand. She felt that her head was in shambles right now, and if she didn’t receive treatment soon, she would die.
Elliot didn’t feel like he was in the wrong. He was an advocate of gender equality, and treating men and women the same way was his motto.
Not to mention, he punished her because she was making a suicidal move.
“I guess you are not.” Elliot took her silence as an agreement that his casual move injured her so much that she couldn’t even utter a word. “Just swallow this healing pill, and you will recover to your peak conditions in a matter of moments.”
Instead of whatever rotten things she was thinking in her mind, Elliot, who felt terrible for whopping the suicidal ass of a fellow resistor, gently raised a cause of concern as he helped her back to her feet and fed her a healing pill.
She subconsciously gulped down the pill, and a moment later, warmness filled her tummy and spread outwards, embracing her entire body in healing energy.
Her internal and external wounds healed in mere seconds.
“Y-You. What do you want from me?”
Everything that was happening was far different than what she thought was going to happen.
He wasn’t looking at her with lust, nor was he fondling her disgustingly.
Even though she was a beauty that could charm souls and make men flock to her in the same way fireflies rush towards a blazing forest, Elliot seemed to have no interest in her whatsoever, and that was pretty dampening for her pride.
She sized up the man who was different from most of the men she had come across, who was looking at her with considerate eyes free of lust and other negative emotions.
“Hey, don’t look at me so suspiciously; we’re on the same side!” Elliot exclaimed.
“Same side? I don’t quite understand.” Freya blinked her eyes at him in confusion.
“Pour energy into your eyes if you’ve any and take an at me, then you’ll understand what I mean,” Elliot said confidently.
Freya, who was still terrified of him and open to understanding him, followed his instructions and directed demonic energy into her eyes.
She then looked at him again, and her eyes widened in surprise as she saw the mark of a resistor on him.
“Huh? You’re also a resistor and far high in rank than me!”
“If I wasn’t one and you weren’t one, then you would have died eight minutes ago,” Elliot said in a voice overflowing with confidence.
They came across each other exactly eight minutes ago.
Freya, for once, believed that he was telling the truth.
She had experienced him first hand and knew that he was strong enough to dominate her and lord over her life and death.
If he wanted her to die, no one except a god could save her.
If he wanted her to live, even if she committed suicide with a single pill, he would bring her back to life.
“Your eminence, what are you doing here?” Freya asked formally. She was merely a fifth-generation resistor. She ranked far below Elliot, who was a first-generation resistor. His demands she would follow unhesitatingly. She also didn’t have a right to question him, and the only reason she was doing that was to make sense of the situation.
The higher-ups hadn’t told her that someone was coming to her aid so soon, so why was one of the high-ups was here?
She needed to know that.
“Why else would I be here if not to ruin the plans of the spider queen and destroy the unholy necropolis?” Elliot questioned her.
Didn’t that mean that the day of her returning to her home wasn’t too far away?
“Your eminence, please order me as you like.” Freya respectfully kneeled before him.
Her attitude towards him had taken a 180-degree turn for the better because she now knew that he was her senior!
