Awakened: Evolving to Godhood - Chapter 339 DARK ELVES B
This place looked like a monster had pounded it using its dong, ravaging it for three weeks, causing it to become ugly as fuck,
Anyone looking at it would feel unpleased.
Darkness returned to the third area.
Suddenly, as if God had descended to the mortal world and said, let there be light, causing boundless light to fill the earth, the entire cave brightened up.
Who was behind it?!
Of course, it was none other than Alpha Elliot!
He looked at his enemies. They were armed to the teeth and glaring back at him viciously. If looks could hurt, he would have already died. They were staring at him like he had destroyed their childhood, killed their fathers, and kidnapped their mothers.
Elliot’s expression changed.
A smile appeared on his face.
It was the same smile Freya had seen too many times.
He would reveal that smile before committing a massacre.
“Please don’t,” Freya said to him.
“Why not?”
He had just asked that when under the demonic chants of the unholy elves, thunderbolts manifested above their heads and rained down on them.
Although the bolts were traveling at the speed of lighting, Zerrick snapped his fingers at a speed even faster than that. And the moment he did that, holes opened up above their heads and swallowed all the thunderbolts.
“I will deal with their attacks. It’s not like it isn’t child’s play for me. You guys, go on and finish your talk first.” Zerrick said while winking at Freya and Elliot.
While the unholy elves were raining down attacks at them and Zerrick was throwing their attacks to outer space, Freya said, “I want to talk with them first and persuade them into giving up. I hope you will leave those who surrender alive. You can strip them of their power. There might be some who might not give no matter what I say. If so, please kill them.”
“What you want goes against our plan.”
Elliot immediately raised a red flag, objecting to her. After knowing that a mere slave grew up to become a giant menace, he didn’t want to leave even a single root of evil untouched and not broken. But Freya was demanding something opposite to what he wanted to do. How could he accept that and agree with her?! He found it too hard to do that.
“I have lived in this place for too long, and I know that some of them aren’t bad as you think. The sad thing is their parents and partners, and children had brainwashed them into blindly worshipping the spider queen. Some of them hadn’t committed a crime. Most of them did because they had no choice but to kill in the name of spider queen as otherwise, they would’ve to separate from their loved ones. Do they deserve to die? I don’t think so. If they were willing to keep walking on the path of evil, then yes, it wouldn’t be wrong to kill them. But if they can turn around and step towards the light, it will not be harmful to save them.”
Freya said all that to persuade them. She was a soldier, who fought for her beliefs, one of them was to free the innocent souls from the clutches of the spider queen and the rest of the demonic gods.
So, how could she turn a blind eye to the innocent before her even though they needed her help?
“Three minutes; that is all you’ve to sway their hearts,” Elliot said.
“Thank you.” Freya looked at him with gratitude in her eyes.
Zerrick, too, heard the talk between them, and with a sigh, he said to the beauty, “Go ahead.”
“Everyone, please stop and hear me out!” Freya’s mighty shout echoed throughout the area, and everyone stopped their attacks. “The spider queen will die today, and no one can change that. She earned it by killing young children and adults alike, sparring not even thousands of her mating partners who she swallowed after one spring night. She is too disgusting. How can you worship her? Don’t force yourself to follow her so that you can hold on to your loved ones. Do they even deserve your affections? Stop fighting for that vicious woman and try to love yourself. Throw away your weapons and come to my side. I promise that wherever surrender now will not be killed.”
Boom! Some people had just started considering her words when a woman used her unholy magic to create black lightning. With a twirl of her staff, she hurled it towards Freya. “I always knew you were a two-faced bitch because you shamelessly seduced men left and right, opening your thighs for every man. Today, seeing you standing with our enemies, taking their side, and trying to play with our emotions, I could not be more sure of what I thought about you! I just regret I didn’t take action against you sooner and killed you! Today, I will act on behalf of my race and fry you to death!!”
The lightning came towards her too suddenly, but a savior people had her back. Elliot timely intervention saved her from it. Freya found herself in his embrace again. There were tears in her eyes. She was hurt. The ones who said all those mean things to her were her sister for several years, yet today, she forgot their relation and said all those cruel words to her just because she was going against the spider queen. What a joke!
“You want to cry? Cry your heart out then.” Elliot said while moving his hand through her hair.
“I don’t,” Freya said in a voice full of sadness.
“You sound like you do,” Elliot said as he started patting her like she was some kind of kitten.
Freya felt more emotional because of the way he was treating her, but she stubbornly held on to her tears, letting not a single one drop out of her pretty eyes.
“Clang!”
The shocking voice of the metal staff dropping to the ground echoed.
Freya turned to look at the source of the voice.
She saw that among the many dark elves, one had dropped his weapon!
