*huff*huff* heavy breaths could be heard as man run through the alleyways. The man kept looking back as he run.
His panic clear on his face, ducking down a corner he hid behind a trash can peeking his head to see if he had lost his pursuer.
After a few more seconds he thought he had lost his pursuer and let out a sigh of relief. As he did so he was grabbed by the hair and slammed face first into a wall.
He let out a grunt of pain as a trail of blood trailed down his nose. “please I’m begging you , please I’ll turn myself in just let me go… God please…”
“He isn’t here right now…” a distorted voice spoke, “but I am” were the last words his attacker let out, before blood curling screams broke through the night.

The next day
“Rise and shine sir”, Sebastian spoke up as he parted the curtains to allow the sunrays into the room. Jeff groggily awoke with dark circles around his eyes, as the rays found his face.
“morning Sebastian”, Jeff replied to Sebastian’s greeting. “I took the liberty of preparing breakfast”, Sebastian spoke as he moved to serve Jeff.
“Thank you Sebastian”, “pleasure sir” Sebastian gave a smile before moving out of the room to allow Jeff get ready.
Half an hour later Jeff was out refreshed moving straight to the batcave.
Jeff with the help of Sebastian and Oracle had compiled files on the members of the court. Jeff sat to look through the files when a certain individual caught his attention.
” and here I was thinking I wasn’t go to get involved with Ironman 1″ Jeff muttered to himself as he saw an image of Obadiah Stane.
The man who was the antagonist in the first Ironman movie. Jeff was in thought when an alarm caught his attention, moving his eyes to the screen he frowned before getting up.
Tony awoke to lying on a bed in an unfamiliar place, scrunching his face he pulled out a tube which was passed through his nose.
Tony looked to his side and saw a cup of water by his side and tried reaching for it only for him to push it down.
Tony let out a few coughs before he spotted a man shaving before a piece of glass. His eyes widened before he reached for a bottle, only to feel resistance from his ċhėst.
“I wouldn’t do that if I were you.” The man spoke, hearing this Tony looked behind him to spot a car battery. He began tracing the wire to his ċhėst and felt something under his clothes.
He began ripping his shirt and then his bandage until he finally saw what was under and began taking in shallow breaths.
After calming down, Tony was seated on the bed with the car battery before himself looking at the man prepare some food as he whistled. “What the hell did you do to me?” Tony finally spoke.
“what did I do? what I did was to save your life, I removed all the shrapnel I could but there was a lot left. It was headed into your atrium septum, here wanna see” the man rose a small container containing the shrapnel up for Tony to see.
“take a look”, he threw the glass container over to Tony. “I’ve seen a lot of wounds like that back in my village. We call them the walking dead, because I takes about a week for the bombs to reach the vital organs-” “what is this?” Tony cut him off.
“That, that is an electro magnet, hooked up to a car battery and it’s keeping the shrapnel from entering your heart.”
At that moment his thought went to what his friend Jeff said ‘aren’t you worried one day your missile is gonna blow up in your face’ how he wished he listened to him then.
With that thought Tony zipped up his hoodie.
