- Chapter 4: Chapter 04: A Moral Dilemma of Sorts..........or Not
As soon as I got home I went straight upstairs to go take a shower and wash the filth off of me. After my shower I was thinking about going downstairs to get something to eat when I suddenly heard the front door open. Now, no one was supposed to be home since they took a family trip to Yan-Thi (we lived in Baeyjin if you were wondering) for a festival of sorts.
“Why haven’t I gotten the video yet Daniel? You promised me that you would get this done with.” From Downstairs came the distinctly nasally voice of Vivian.
I couldn’t hear what Daniel said but obviously it wasn’t good because next thing you know she replied by saying, “You couldn’t do this one thing? You’re sorry? Well you’re going to be because I promised those guys someone and if it’s not her then I guess that you’ll just have to do, I don’t think they care either way who it is.”
Having said that she hanged up and then proceeded to throw her phone against the wall (something she would probably blame on me later on). She then left to go do god knows what, why she came in for like 5 minutes and then left again I can’t tell you.
At this point I was freaked out and scared that bad things would continue to happen to me if I stayed so I made up my mind to get as far away as possible from my family. Thankfully my ‘father’ (and I use that term loosely) always kept money and valuables in a safe in the basement and that was where i planned on going after packing up my room.
After packing up the few things that I considered of value in my room I was finally ready to raid my family’s vault. This is the point in a story where the heroine decides to do the right thing and not steal from her “parents” regardless of what they did; thank goodness that this isn’t one of those stories because I left that vault with my weight in gold and other valuables and that doesn’t even include the bag of money that I had. in the end I left that house 30 million dollars richer than I was.
After my lil repayment I took all of my stuff to the post office and shipped it to the post office in the city that I planned on going to ; Toruntoew. After getting everything settled with my bags I went to the airport booked a ticket and that was that; the last time that I thought that I would ever see the city of Baeyjin again.
I think that I will be doing an extra update either today or by Tuesday at the latest.
Again thank you to everyone that is reading this story.
I also want to say that the cities are exactly like how they are spelled and are kind of based off real cities.
I did this like this because I know next to nothing about these places so I want some creative room to change some things.
