Blossoming Flowers - Chapter 214
Jiang Yingyue was moving around all over the company; she was delivering documents and gathering files.
Han Qingshan had an office of his own, and he had prepared a desk for her, but she had yet to even sit at her chair, rushing from one department to another.
The day went by in a blur, Jiang Yingyue was stunned to know that time could fly by so fast, her entire day was spent rushing from one place to another, and her feet were hurting, her legs sore, but she was content.
She had not planned on working initially but going to university, but she had understood that her dreams had to be postponed. At the same time, she was feeling delighted and fulfilled helping Han Qingshan.
As the day ended, Jiang Yingyue went to Han Qingshan’s office again. This time she was expecting him to be working, but he was standing by the window, looking out at the bustling city.
His face held a gentle smile, his body relaxed. When he turned around, the eyes shone like the starry sky, and Jiang Yingyue got lost in his attractive eyes.
“You are back,” he said gently, and Jiang Yingyue nodded her head absentmindedly. Seeing her expression so confused, Han Qingshan felt as if someone tickled his heart, and he chuckled.
“I finished the work,” Jiang Yingyue said as she managed to return her mind to her body. A slight tinge of red was visible on her cheeks.
“That’s good.” Han Qingshan had seen the embarrassment, but he was not commenting on it. Still, he could not help but feel soft within when he thought of how she was still immensely bashful even now.
“How is your work going?” Jiang Yingyue asked, her eyes sweeping over the desk, which was cleared. Frowning, she was unsure of whether or not he was able to finish all the work he had been forced to do throughout the day.
His work speed was swift; he was able to complete the documents in a hurry, while still doing it efficiently and correctly.
“Come here,” Han Qingshan moved to the desk again and sat down on the chair, gesturing for Jiang Yingyue to come to his side.
Puzzled, Jiang Yingyue scurried to his side, her face puzzled, but she still did everything he asked for.
Seeing her so obedient, the smile in Han Qingshan’s eyes deepened.
When she was by his side, the strong arm suddenly swept out and grabbed her thin waist, dragging her down on his lap.
“What are you doing?” Jiang Yingyue asked with a hushed, but slightly panicked voice. What was this man thinking? They were currently at the office, and she was now the personal assistant, not his lover.
“I am recharging,” Han Qingshan said as he buried his head in the crook of Jiang Yingyue’s neck. He inhaled deeply, the floral scent of Jiang Yingyue filling his entire being, bringing with it happiness and a feeling of contentedness.
Hearing Han Qingshan’s words, Jiang Yingyue froze slightly. Hearing Han Qingshan saying that he was going to recharge and that she was the one recharging him, she was feeling flutters inside.
She raised her arms and wrapped them around Han Qingshan, hugging him close to her.
Feeling her gestures, Han Qingshan felt even greedier for being close to Jiang Yingyue.
He wanted to melt her into his body; he wanted her to always be part of himself, that everywhere he went, she would be by his side.
His arms tightened around her waist, dragging her so close to him that their bodies were pressed tightly against each other, and since she was sitting right on top of him, Jiang Yingyue felt how Han Qingshan’s little brother woke up.
Feeling this, she dared not randomly move out of fear for him losing control, her entire body was stiff as a board, and Han Qingshan was chuckling when he felt it.
His hands, which had been on her waist, easily slipped under her clothes, and the cold fingers gently trailed her back, up and down her spine, sending shivers through her entire body.
Feeling how Jiang Yingyue was slowly turning into a puddle in his arms, Han Qingshan’s felt himself tremble, his eyes deepened.
The hands continued to roam all over her back before they slowly moved to the front, the zipper on her back was being unzipped, and her clothes were slowly becoming unraveled.
Han Qingshan’s breath heated up; his eyes were filled with desire. Although they were at the office, he was not sure he could hold himself back.
Everyone else had already gone home, only the two of them remained, and he was not sure how much longer he could hold back.
At the same time, he was aware that Jiang Yingyue was still too uncomfortable with their current location.
Taking a deep breath, he forced himself to hold back. With his eyes shrouded in desire, he started tidying Jiang Yingyue’s clothes.
Moments later, he grasped her hand, stood up, and strode out of the office. Jiang Yingyue was perplexed, but she still followed him obediently. She was truly worried about what might have happened in the office if he had not held back.
As they arrived at the condo, Han Qingshan wanted nothing more than to rush back home and hold Jiang Yingyue in his embrace, but as they exited the car, they were shocked to see that outside the parking lot, Zhou Yan was waiting for them.
Every intention that Han Qingshan had before had vanished, and his mood turned foul.
Jiang Yingyue was quite confused as to what was going on. Was Zhou Yan and Han Qingshan actually friends? If not, why would Zhou Yan be here so late in the evening?
