Capture The Blue-Eyed CEO - Chapter 331
“I’ll make sure that that insolent bastard will know his place!” He kicked the tire of his car which made his driver flinch. His security guard didn’t show any emotion but his eyes ever slightly shifted to the right. Deep inside he wished that their employer’s tantrum would not drag on, for it was already late at night and they all wanted to take a rest.
Steve’s secretary rolled down the window of the backseat and smiled angelically. She’s a twenty years old woman with a face that would pass as a high schooler with a body that could make any man have a second look. She has been working for Steve for about a year now and she’s the only one that could soothe Steve’s temper.
“Sir, your people are waiting for you,” she said in a silky voice.
Steve stopped kicking the innocent tire and straightened his tie. His people are waiting. The insolent bastard should wait for him because he has a perfect plan on how to make him suffer. He smirked, cocking his head to the backseat door, and his security jumped into action. His security bowed deeply, opening the car door for him and he was welcomed by his favorite secretary when he got in the backseat of his car.
The drive to the hotel didn’t take long. A man wearing a black suit with a silver wing pinned on his breast pocket was waiting for him in the parking lot. He escorted him to a private elevator to the private boardroom where his people were waiting. They had been waiting and he happened to have good news for all of them.

“Baby, how was my pillow?”
Antonio exchanged awkward glances with Jin as they listened to Noah, calling Jess from the backseat of the car. Noah couldn’t wait to call Jess that he didn’t care if his men were listening to his phone call, crooning like a stupid teenager in love.
He sighed deeply, averting his gaze. Jin has Soraya and he has no one. An image of a girl with a beautiful smile flashed his eyes but he shook his head to chase away the image for he had no time to chase after that girl, especially now that Noah is going to be the next CEO of ANAT. The meeting today confirmed their hunch that most of the shareholders were in favor of him being the new CEO of the company.
He’s going to be extremely busy and there is no way that he could find time to have a relationship of his own. He didn’t regret working for Noah and he never mind the crazy schedule of his job, but now that his boss was in a serious relationship, acting like a lovestruck teenager, he found himself wishing he had someone to call after work. Someone he could tell how his day was—just like what Noah was doing.
He opened his laptop to work on the minute of the meeting, preparing the report that has to be on Noah’s desk tomorrow morning, together with documents ready to be signed. He would rather work than listen to Noah talking sweet nothings to Miss Zimmerman as if they were not in the car with him, listening to every cringey words that came out of his mouth.
“You don’t?” Noah sunk at the smooth leather seat, grinning from ear to ear. He could hear the surprise from Jess’s voice while she was trying to deny the fact that she slept, hugging his pillow.
“I don’t!” She replied, almost screaming in frustration. “I won’t go to your apartment anymore if you’re going to be like that!” She pouted, blushing. She didn’t know that Noah put a camera in his bedroom where he watched her sleep with his pillow, smelling his blanket like a stupid dog while calling softly his name. She felt disgusted as she imagined herself doing all of those things.
She did all of those and now that Noah was teasing her about it, she couldn’t help but deny to death the things that she did out of embarrassment. If she knew that there was a camera in his bedroom and he could watch her, she wouldn’t dare do those things, no matter how much she misses him. She sighed in resignation. “Okay, fine! I did all of those because I’m missing you, what are you gonna do about it?” She asked, still pouting.
“I’m gonna throw that damn pillow in the garbage can.” He said without a hitch.
Jess laughed despite her annoyance. “If you’re going to do that, I’ll get the poor, innocent pillow in your apartment later. It felt so good between my legs,” she decided to play with Noah too—to get back at him.
Noah curled his lips and scoffed. “So, you’re saying my pillow is better than me?” He caught a glance of Antonio, watching him from the rearview mirror with a pained expression on his face, listening to his phone call. He lifted his middle finger to him and Jin who was giggling behind the driver’s seat.
“Hmm, I got a good sleep last night.” Jess replied. She smirked inwardly, straining her ears on the other line, listening to whatever sound Noah was going to make. They were doing just a voice call because when Noah started teasing her, she refused to open her camera for a video call.
Noah groaned. He had no come back with what Jess said. His teasing was all thrown back at him and he regretted pissing her off. “Baby, don’t be like that…I miss you so much, I’m going to die from a broken heart.”
“Don’t be so overly dramatic,” she scoffed. “If you miss me that much, come home and replace your pillow.”
She waited for his reply and when she didn’t hear anything, “Noah? Are you still there?” She looked at the screen of her phone and the phone call was still ongoing but she could not hear Noah anymore. “Noah?”
“We’re going to the hangar now. I’ll be there soon.” He said in a breathy tone.
“What?” She asked, laughing but her laughter was strained. She couldn’t tell if Noah was joking or he was serious with what he said.. Yet, the image of him replacing his pillow in between her legs, sent a delicious shiver to her spine, straight to her toes.
