Celestial Overlord - Chapter 44 Mistaken

Inside the Taing beast forest, five people were seen walking. There was a young man, whose face was tranquil wearing a blue robe, he walked leisurely as if he was walking in some random street.

Following him a young girl was walking as she talked with a women and an old man beside her. Those two maidens were particularly beautiful, as their smiling faces made them even more attractive. The old man looked as if he regained his full power beaming with energy. And last a middle aged man was walking, whose face looked so sad as if he was walking towards his death.

They were none other than Tian Lee and his group. They were on their way to Jiang city. The remaining four gazes fell on the Tian lee’s back, who was walking in their front.

Yoshi’s eyes showed traces of an young girl looking at her beloved lover , it was pure love , there was no other emotion, it looked like she has fallen further deep for her young master.

Hiu Jing who was walking beside Yoshi saw Tian Lee with fear and respect. He was an existence, that can turn the mortal realm upside down.

As for the humanoid Fire Lion, it’s eyes were showing a deep sorrow. Only fear was seen in its eyes. It looked at Tian lee with horror. As the,trauma from the past were affecting it. “To think, my fate is so cruel” the Fire Lion sighed as it thought.

The old Demon lord looked at Tian with utmost respect and fear, as he remembered the incident in Blood castle underground prison.

He was shocked to the core, when he saw, the young man with a flawless face and two scarlet eyes. The young man was around eighteen years old, with a firm built. He wasn’t able to control his body as it trembled looking at the young man and the four golden guards beside him. As his voice came out without his awareness. ” Su..Supreme one”.

But the young man didn’t reply, he stared at me with those two scarlet eyes, sending chills. But the next word which came out of his mouth shocked him.

“You are Yoshi’s grandfather right?”

Hearing this Jin Yao body trembled. What is he talking about? Yoshi, it was his granddaughter name. How does this supreme one knows?.

But still he nodded his head. After all his granddaughter was the only one he lives for. Looking at the old man nodding to his question, Tian Lee was satisfied.

“You are coming with me old man and I am not the one you are thinking of” Tian lee said to the Jin Yao. Jin Yao face showed confusion . Why is this young man came for his rescue and what’s with that four golden armored being with him?. How does he knows Yoshi?.

Seeing his confused face, Tian Lee smiled. “Even I don’t know about my true identity, old man”. “As for Yoshi she is under my protection, so relax” hearing Tian, Jin Yao stayed silent.

Did he mistake him for the Supreme one. But why are the four golden armored beings are with him. Questions were rising in his head but still he decided he must get out of the prison first.

Thinking of that, Jin Yao followed Tian Lee. The once heavily guarded prison was so silent without any noise. As the Old demon lord, he knew how dangerous this prison was for intruder, as he was thinking of how to escape from the prison. His legs hit an object which sended it rolling in the hallway.

Startled he woke up from the thoughts only to see, hundreds of body were lying lifelessly on the hallway. Some were died because of decapitation. Some were charred black as if they were burned alive.

His entire way was filled with dead bodies, they were either the demon soldiers or some of the worst criminals of the prison. Jin Yao couldn’t control to swallow his saliva out of fear. Just who is this young man.

The criminals who were left alive were visibly shaking in fear in their cell on seeing the young man. Jin Yao was really afraid now. Just who is my granddaughter associated with.

After reaching some distance, Tian Lee flicked his hand, a void appeared. The four golden beings disappeared in the void. Tian Lee changed back into his disguise form.

Looking at this Jin Yao eyes went wide open. The youth in front of him, looked like any youth that can be found in the streets. Jin Yao wasn’t even able to sense any aura from him. He looked like a mere mortal now. The things happening now was like a dream for him.

“Shall we go” Tian asked, startled Jin Yao nodded his head. As both of them vanished in the void.

Thinking about the incident, Jin Yao was really grateful to Tian Lee. His beloved granddaughter, as well as himself were really fortunate to meet such a young man. He promised himself that he would do anything for this young man, even if its dying for him.
