Celestial Overlord - Chapter 55 Move!

In a courtyard located on the slope of a mountain, a young girl was looking down at the entrance of her sect at the foot of the mountain, through the window of a room. Beside her a girl who looked like a fairy was sitting while drinking tea.

“Mei, do you think that mortal and his group are safe now” Leifen asked in a worried tone. Seeing her senior sister like this Mei sighed. It has been more than hundred times, she has been asking the same question again and again.

To think the cold and calm looking senior sister has been turned into such a state. Even now she has not realised that she had fell for the mortal guy. Mei sighed thinking, what is going to happen from now?.

The Jiang city was in total shock, the appearance of an Immortal being in golden armor, death of the City Lord and also his son. His son was found dead in Taing beast forest. He had died a horrible death!, to think someone ripped his hands and head apart by sheer force.

Thinking of that she couldn’t help but shiver. It was so ruthless. Just who the hell was that person. Even when they heard about Chen Len death, her senior sister was only worried about that mortal guy.

She rushed to the scene. After knowing there was only Chen Len body and rest of them were his guard. She breathed a sigh of relief. But she still worried about him. Thinking of all this Mei had headache, just what did the mortal do to senior sister.

The thing worried her was that Leifen was a cultivator where as the person who they met in the Taing beast forest was a mere mortal. Mere mortals tend to have a short lifespan compared to cultivator. And also this might become a inner demon for her senior sister, blocking her path in cultivation.

She just prayed to god that her senior sister must not meet that mortal guy again. Just as she was thinking she looked at the entrance. A strange group of people came into her view, there was a familiar face among the group. It was Elder Wu.

Elder Wu was well known in the Lotus sect. She never had a disciple still now. Even though at a very young age she became an Elder of Lotus sect. She was branded as troublemaker. Students mostly avoided her.

Even if she were to grant them offers like cultivation pills and scrolls, no one was willing to join. The trouble maker was just an superficial thing. But the truth was, it was caused by the Supreme Elder of Lotus sect.

He belonged to the Xing clan, one of the big clan in Jiang city. He held superior power among the big families and also a Supreme Elder of Lotus sect. There was feud between Xing and Wu clan in the past. But after Ning Wu married to Lee clan from imperial city.

Xing clan stopped direct war with them. But they started troubling Ning Wu in the sect. Even though she had a husband from Lee clan, who was a general. She never said a word to him, as a strong spirited women, who raised her clan from the edge of extinction after her father and mother death. She was not willing to be carried by her husband fame or power. And also did not want to worry her husband about this small matter, when he is busy protecting the Taing country border.

She knew why student did not show up for her class. She knew that Supreme Elder Xing was behind this all. But she never gave up, as she always there during gathering of new student admission in sect. But no one picked her as Master because of the Supreme Elder threat.

The things become excessive, when her husband left for Xiantin continent. She received notice. That if she was not able to recruit any student in a week, she will be dismissed from her Elder post.

Thinking of it, Mei eyes showed pity. But the next moment her eyes went wide open in shock as she looked at the person walking beside Elder Wu.

“Its him! Its that mortal!, what is he doing here!” she stood like a statue staring at them. Looking at her Junior sister odd behaviour, Leifen looked worried.

“Mei, did something happen?” Leiden asked while looking at her. Hearing Leifen voice Mei woke up from her thoughts. “I should never let senior sister see him” she made a firm decision in her mind.

“N-Nothing sister! I was thinking about the wind dragon blade master taught us today, I was having a doubt in some of the stance, could you teach me” she said in a rushed tone. Seeing how her Junior sister was behaving Leifen felt odd. But she did not ask anything.

They both made their way to the training ground.

“So, this is how a sect looks like” Tian Lee said while seeing around. The Lotus sect was situated in the Jiang City outskirts. It stood tall. The entrance was guarded by sect disciple who were on guard duty.

As Ning Wu was a sect Elder. Tian and his group entered easily inside the sect. The sect was situated between four hills like a valley. As his Aunt said each hill belonged to a master.

Each master specialized in their field. They were Alchemy master, beast trainer, Formation master and Weapon master. Aunt Wu majored in Alchemy and Beast training. But she never had a disciple till now, even though she was an Elder at young age.

Tian Lee already had a suspicion on this. They all were brought to a separate courtyard which was situated at an isolated place. The building in the courtyard looked worn out. Tian Lee suspicion rose further. But he did not voice it out. Because he knows his Aunt was a strong spirited women who never looks for pity from others.

“Welcome to my place Tian’er!” she said smiling. But Tian Lee and his group did not have any reaction.

“Aunt Wu is someone bothering you?” Tian Lee question hitted the nail. But Aunt Wu managed to keep her calm as she did not want to trouble Tian Lee.

“Hahaha its nothing, I was busy with clan works lately, so I did not maintain my place”. ” You all take rest inside, I will be back after registering Tian’er as my disciple” she said as she took Tian Lee and Meng Lee towards the main hall.

Seeing their disappearing back Fire Lion spoke, “Old demon Lord, it seems that human is having a hard time here, did you see how all those other humans ants avoided her like some plague”

“Yes! I did see, but I can only pity the soul that is giving problem to Young Lord’s aunt, at most that ant will die today” he said coolly.

Hearing this Yoshi and Hiu Jing stood there silent. Even idiot can see how Ning Wu was treated here. If Tian Lee were to be angered by this, there won’t be a Lotus sect anymore, as they thought they both sighed.

“Tian’er wait here, Aunt will be back after I finish the procedure, Meng Lee stay with Tian’er” they both nodded in response. Ning Wu entered the building.

Both Tian Lee and Meng Lee stood outside. Just as he was talking to Meng Lee, Tian heard the guards talking about his Aunt.

“Did you know, this will be the last day for Elder Wu in the sect’

” Hey! Shuush! Did you not see those kids that came with Elder Wu”

“Hah! What will happen, look at those kids. The young girl is at Mortal realm , whereas the boy is a mere mortal, what they can do even if they hear!”

Hearing this Tian had a bad promotion. Just what is going on here. As he thought he made his way to the hall carrying Meng Lee in his arm.

“Stop right there young man! You are not allowed to go inside without permission, move away or else we will have to force you out” one of the guard shouted.

Even after hearing his warning Tian Lee did not stop as he walked close to the gate of the main hall. Looking how impudent a mere mortal was acting infront of him. The guard anger soared.

He was a Mortal realm cultivator who was at tenth stage. Even though it was the first realm of cultivation, they still possessed power that can kill a mere mortal easily.

He stood in the way of Tian Lee path, blocking him. “One more step and I will break you legs, he shouted releasing his aura, seeing this the disciples who were crossing the main hall crowded to see the show.

“Hey who is that idiot! Challenging a cultivator when he is a mere mortal” one of the student in crowd shouted. “Who knows! Lets just watch the show!” another one shouted while laughing at the guys fate.

“He came with Elder Wu” a female disciple in the crowd voiced out. “You mean the troublemaker! Hahaha I do not know why she still insist on being a Elder here!, she can not go against Supreme Elder Xing” another female disciple said in a pitiful voice.

Hearing all this Tian Lee was sure something was happening to Aunt Wu, as he started marching forward. Seeing that the mortal never took him seriously. The guard stood in the way with a fighting stance. Today this ant dies here he thought.

Just when he was preparing to attack, he heard a cold voice “You are in my way! Step aside!”. The voice sent shiver. Just as he was thinking who was it, he saw the young man carrying a child stood before him.

Two scarlet eyes stared at him making him tremble all over. “I said you are in my way, understand!” the loud voice not only made the guard tremble, even the students in the crowd felt a chill.
