Celestial Overlord - Chapter 57 Not bad, just Evil

In front of the Lee clan manor, a carriage stopped. A Young man with firm built wearing a military armor stepped out, following him a young women carrying a child in her hands covered in clothes came out.

“Dear! Is this really alright” she asked looking at the young man. “Its alright Ning! Father might get mad but mother will support us”. She worried because she knew she will not be easily accepted in Lee clan.

Her husband Ah Lee, the third son of Lee clan Patriach. He was a well known general in Taing country. It was when he visited the Jiang city because of threats from Taing magical beasts. The magical beast forest was out of control after some incident happened before three years.

The magical beast started to roam around freely in border. Hearing this the acting General Ah Lee came with his army to restore peace in the Jiang city. But the beast did not attack people as they all looked frightened to even go to the deep.

She also participated in the mission as Wu clan Patriach. She used her various skills in Alchemy and Beast taming to help in the mission. It was when they both fell in love. Things happened quickly as they got married and had a baby girl in that year.

She too got herself a Elder position in Lotus sect for her merits in the mission. And now it was time to enter her husband’s home. The Lee clan, one of the four major clan in the imperial city, known for their military lineage.

She was nervous, as it was her first time. Gripping her husband hand tightly she walked along with him to the Lee clan.

Inside the Lee clan main hall, an old man was sitting on the chair as he looked at the two with a frown. ” why did you not inform me about this” the old man voice contained a tint of anger as he scanned them both.

His eyes landed on the child in the women’s hand. He sighed as he thought “Nothing can be done now”. ” Go and make yourself home, you are a member of Lee clan here after” he said looking at Ning Wu.

Hearing this both were delighted. Especially Ning Lee, she thought there would be some fight between her husband and his father because of her. But things went rather smoothly. They both left the main hall in smile.

They went straight to an isolated courtyard. A young boy around eight years was sitting along with a old lady, she was reading some books for him. As they entered the boy as well as the old lady looked at them.

“Mother!” her husband greeted the old lady. She responded with a nod. It was her mother-in-law. “Greetings! Old madam” she too greeted her. “Its alright! Just call me mother” Old madam Lee replied. Ning Wu nodded in reply.

“Is that my granddaughter, give her to me” the old madam Lee voice was full of affection as she took the baby girl from Ning Wu. “Hahaha! Such a cute girl” Old madam Lee said in a happy tone.

But the baby girl started crying, Old madam Lee tried to comfort her but it all went in vein. “Mother! Meng Lee does not get easily adopted to others” Ning Wu said as she went to take her daughter from Old madam Lee.

But a small voice came from the side. “Grandma! Give her to me” it was the young boy. “Hahaha! Tian’er do you want to see your younger sister?” old madam Lee smiled as she handed the baby over to Tian Lee.

Just when Ning Wu was worried that Meng Lee would cry even more. To her surprise, the crying sound abruptly stopped replaced with giggling of the baby. Tian Lee smiled as he said “Good girl!” gently caressing the baby.

Even Ah Lee was shocked. Because his daughter does not easily gets comfortable to unknown person, even he was not able to handle her at first. To think his little nephew was good in handling the baby.

Ning Wu was the most shocked out of all as she looked at Tian Lee with wide eyes. “How did he do that” even she has to try hard to stop Meng Lee crying. Only Old madam Lee looked normal.

“So you guys are staying right?” Old madam Lee asked both Ah Lee and Ning Wu. “Mother! I have to return back to Jiang city, Ning will stay here, take care of her” saying that Ah Lee left after saying a proper goodbye to all.

“Ning Wu!” Old madam Lee called out.Ning Wu who was still looking at Tian Lee in astonishment was startled. “Yes mother!” she replied.

“You can stay in this courtyard with Tian Lee and i have a request” the old madam Lee tone softened for a bit. “That little guy over there is called Tian Lee, my first grandson” she told as she saw Tian Lee carrying around Meng Lee.

Ning Wu now know that little boy’s identity. Her husband has already said her about everyone. She also knew about Tian Lee.

“You know! He never have seen a motherly love still now, even though he has us, we still can not make up that place”. ” so! Even if it is just for some months here, just look after him like a mother ” old madam Lee said.

Ning Wu knew how hard it was to live without a mother. As girl who lost her parents at young age. She knew a mother’s love was something that should be there for a child. “Do not worry mother! I will take care of Tian’er” she said as she looked at Tian Lee who was still playing with the baby.

Days passed as Ning Wu grew close to Tian Lee. She dragged him everywhere she went. Making him eat what ever she made. Sometime blowing up Tian Lee courtyard during her Alchemy experiment.

Rather than a motherly figure all she gained was a name called trouble maker by Tian lee. But Ning wu never gave up, as she always stayed with Tian and constantly annoying him. But Tian never said a word back rather he enjoyed her company.

After several months. It was time for her to return to Jiang city. That day she cried like a little girl hugging Tian Lee. She even wanted him to come along with her. But due to Tian father strong oppose, she had to leave that idea.

She grew so close to Tian Lee. More than acting like a mother, she really started seeing him as her own son. She said her goodbye while crying to Tian Lee. She had to work as an Elder now and also her clan was still not stable.Because of this she had to leave.

Even while going on the carriage , she was still waving at Tian Lee. Looking at her Tian Lee smiled. As a little voice came out “Goodbye mother!”. It was the first time for him to have some one look after him, feed him and also make him sleep by telling stories.

It was always his grandma or his father and sometimes his grandpa. But this women made him feel special, she really loved him like her son. A non- blood related person showed him what a mother’s love is. After all family was not only because of blood relation sometimes it was more than that and it is called Love.

Tian Lee cold voice resounded again “Tell me! Who dared to hurt my mother!”. The whole Lotus sect trembled like it was hit by an earthquake.

The main hall which was known for its strong defence. Even after seeing so many wars with the magical beast wave started cracking just from the pressure of his voice.

Hearing the word from Tian Lee, Ning Wu almost cried. ” He called me mother, my Tian’er finally called me mother!” even in the deadly suituation she was rather delighted. As she remembered her days in the Lee clan, Tian Lee always showed a cold appearance around her at first, but after some days their bond grew, where he was not much alert like before.

But still this was the first time she heard him calling her mother. Adding to that there was another shock. She never knew he was this powerful. Looking at the dead Elder and Tian Lee hand which was dripping blood. Her eyes went wide open.

Even before she could get out of this shock, another one shocked her to the core. The ordinary looking Tian Lee turned into an otherworldly being. Two scarlet eyes which were domineering and cold along with a flawless face which can shake any women’s heart. His black hairs was dancing in the air. To think such a person can exist in the whole world.

Even the guards and Elders felt like they were standing before some Celestial being. Little Meng Lee mouth was like a big circle as she stared at her Big brother.

He was handsome! Just too much handsome!. Aunt Wu was unable to believe what she was looking at. Her motherly instinct said that Tian Lee will cause downfall of many marriages as well as many families or even a country, if he were to walk around like this.

She was still confused how the ordinary boy turned into an extra ordinary being like this. Just as she was thinking. A voice which gave goosebumps resounded.

“Mother!” Tian Lee said as he looked at Aunt Wu. The voice was so heavenly that made Aunt Wu want to hear it more and more. But before she could say anything Meng Lee spoke.

“Is that you B-Big Brother Tian” Meng Lee asked in a shock. Her mouth was still wide open looking at Tian Lee. “So!so! Handsome” she thought. Looking at Meng Lee’s dumb looking face Tian giggled as he nodded.

“I know you both have so many questions to ask! , but let me finish off something first” Tian Lee said as he turned towards the Elders and guards. They all gulped down their saliva in fear.

A celestial being was standing in front of them. They all were confused, why would Lee clan young master turn into someone like this. But there was no time for them to research as the Death God echoed in the main hall.

“I will give you guys three breaths time! Tell me who hurt my mother or else” while saying Tian Lee wiped his hands. The fresh blood which was still dripping from his hand disappeared. Seeing this scene all the Elders as well guards shivered.

He just crushed a Elder head to death. To think he was so merciless to the one who hurt his family. All were visibly shaken. Especially the Disciplinary Elder he was trembling as he cursed himself.

To think off all day, he wanted to show his boot licking skill today. Why? Why did i even do it!. The remaining guards and Elders eyes landed on disciplinary Elder. Looking at how they all were looking at him. He wanted to cry.

But Tian Voice resounded again.” so its you old fool! You sure have guts to hurt my family member”.

“You know, i can tolerate anything that is thrown at me, but if someone where to hurt my loved ones”.

Tian Lee paused as his Two scarlet eye gave a frightening glow “I won’t be bad to them, just Evil” the cold voice sent shiver to the Disciplinary Elder.
