Celestial Star Sect On Earth - Chapter 4 Aris Sturisdottir

Day 01 June 2043.

In a secret meeting room somewhere on Earth. Three men were seated facing each other or better, looking at their holograms. Right, the technology has already developed to this degree. On top of a table among them were pictures of strange books and even photos of a huge forest.

“Have you guys verified the information as well?” Asked a bearded skinny man. He had dark brown eyes and a high nose. He looked like a classic European man.

“Yes, Ethan. Some of my employees also received these strange books and thought it was my present so they thanked me. Well I didn’t deny it and went to investigate.” He stopped lost in thought “There were some books on the internet, but I wasn’t crazy enough to verify its authenticity. Have you found something with the governments Casper?”

“My robotic company does own some government employees. I used most of my cards to get the news. They stated that the powerful ones are moving. It won’t be a secret for too long that most governments are trying to collect all the books with any means possible.”

“As I thought” answered Ethan and continued. “I believe there is a huge market to be born. If we could get hold most of these books, we could make some copies and sell them.”

“Agreed”

“It’s a deal then.”

“Alright, let’s move to the next step. My satellites caught this photo. The biggest savanna on Earth had suddenly transformed into the biggest forest, with trees I’ve never seen before. Also, there were relates that animals are migrating in herds in that direction. The governments are going to act soon with their army”

“I think we shouldn’t be involved. I’m sure they will ask for my robots nevertheless. Once we got a clear view we can act. Let’s focus on the books while they are distracted.”

“I hope you are right. This will cost billions.”

Day 03 June 2043 (the third day after the huge phenomenon).

A little girl with shiny silver hair was seated in a lotus position in the snow. Her name was Aris Sturisdottir. She lived alone with her father Edvar Stroud, in the woods. He used to be a soldier but retired to take care of the child when her mother died. Now, he is only a good hunter famous from selling good pelts and sometimes meat to make a living.

Winter was as harsh as all other seasons of the year to them. Where they lived, the snow never stopped falling. But they could survive it day by day. Even though, the girl didn’t suffer in the cold it was quite the opposite. She really loved it.

Right now her father was out hunting and, to pass the time. Instead of waiting inside the cab, the girl meditated as shown in the book in the snow. With her eyes closed, she could feel the cold biting her skin. That was the exact feeling she loved.

While she inspired and expired slowly white-blue particles were forming in front of here. When she inspired the particles entered through her nose, went to her veins and formed a bigger round-shaped particle near her heart. After three days of work, that particle was as big as a finger. She knew the particle was called “natural energy” or “Qi” and the place near her heart was “Dantian” as explained in the book.

After a little time

“Bang”

Some pressure exploded in her head, it didn’t hurt though. At the same time, the Qi she had stored went to her whole body, molding her bones muscles and skin. Her mind became clear, the feeling of cold intensified ten-fold.

She opened her eyes and got up. Looking around she noticed that there was way more snow near her than other places. The snowflakes falling were clearly been attracted in her direction, like she had a magnetic field. A snow magnetic field.

Walking to the nearest three, she punched.

After a loud “Thung” five fingers could be seen on the trunk.

“So this is how feels to be in the Body Cultivation Stage-1. This is marvelous!”

The book stated that there were nine stages in the Body Cultivation. One was the lowest and nine the highest. As a whole, the cultivation was used to improve the body and its longevity, making the practitioner stronger with the natural energy. From the bones to the skin and the brain, she would become stronger and stronger surpassing even the hero in the histories. The book also explained that the next step after the Body Cultivation-9 is called Foundation Establishment, but didn’t explain how the transition worked or what benefits she could get. She would have to find out herself.

“What are you doing there my little girl?” a deep voice with a loving tone was heard behind her.

Turning back she saw a big bearded man carrying a black bag in his shoulder, probably full with some animal he hunted.

“Father!” She jumped in his embrace. “How was the hunting?”

“Fine, but the animals were a bit restless today. Also, I saw more wolf’s packs than usual. Anyway, you shouldn’t be concerned about that. Guess what we have for lunch?”

“Deer meat?!”

“Yes kid, let’s go inside to cook it.”

Inside the cottage, he turned on the television and went to the kitchen to prepare the food.

A gorgeous blonde journalist was in front of a huge army. Hundreds of flags could be seen, all from different countries. To her left, a forest too big to be described could be seen.

“I’m here in Africa, in front of where a huge jungle appeared out of nowhere three days ago. The animals from all over the continent are immigrating to the forest in herds. I must say that it’s an incredible sight to see predators and preys running side by side. Most governments had issued an order to the army clear the path to the herds, all civilians are being evacuated off the vicinity.”

While she was talking, the camera showed enormous trees with multicolored leaves. There were huge armies surrounding the forest. Thousands of men were aligned with their leadership. Tanks and heavy artillery could be seen on the horizon.

“Lately there have been reports about strange books been found in the world. The books mostly have a never seen writing on it, but its contents can be understood by anyone who reads them as. We believe that those facts should be connected somehow.”

Some photos of ancient books flashed through the screen. The books were pretty similar to the one the kid got. Clearly, the origin was the same.

“If those facts are not shocking enough to you. I must say that huge amounts of credits are been offered by governments and companies. A man earned 10 million credits selling only one of these books! If you are tight on money and have one of these, run to sell them…”

The TV turned black.

“You have one of those books don’t you girl?” asked her father in an inquisitive tone.

“W…What book. I d. don’t have any!” lied the girl, peeking at her room where the book should be hidden under her bed.

“Don’t lie to me, I’ve seen it.”

He looked her with his piercing eyes.

She couldn’t hold any longer and gave in.

“Yes it is under my bed”

Instead of taking the book, he just continued to look in her eyes.

“What is so special about this book that all the companies and governments want them? Can you explain it to me?”

“I can feel the Qi and use it to strengthen my body. Father, will you sell my book? I know we are tight on money, but I could help you hunting…. or even getting a job with aunt Andressa.”

“I won’t this thing is yours. Somehow I feel you have been chosen to get one. But we do need to be careful kid. Whenever the government wants something, it will get it. We cannot lower our guards. So you must not tell about the book to anybody. Even Andressa, understood?”

“Okay, father!”

She promised with a bright smile on her face.
