Maybe, if it was another person who had lost their memory and without much knowledge about their history, they would have been swayed by this woman’s act… for a reason, she was a household name in C-country plus, with her delusions, it must be the truth to her and so, this could be real acting from her deep-rooted emotions and felt very natural.

Even Meilin at some point felt a pang of something, but the more she heard, the more she was sure that ZiXuan could never like a woman like this… She couldn’t see her face, but there was a weird tremble in her voice… her words felt very forced, as if, she has been reading out of a script from a melodramatic series.

Meilin got goosebumps just from the way she spoke… and before she knew it, that suffocating feeling vanished; from the way she forced the ‘sin‘ on her, she finally found her answers, the last piece of the puzzle was found, the incident back home was scripted by this woman or at least, she was involved plus, there was also that accident.
