Collection Of Horror Tales - Chapter 8 Trip On This Pt. 2 End Of Jacks Myth
17.7.1955
Lucas Abram was found dead 12:35 on the 15.7.1998 inside his own home. The cause of death is still unclear but the police excludes self-harm. The possibility of murder couldn’t be excluded.
The last people to see the victim on the evening of the 14.7.1998 were his close friends. They described the course of action as “your regular excessive partying”. Lucas had left the group after his friends gave him (unwanted) drugs. Why couldn’t understand his friends. Lucas was said to consume similar drugs before the occasion. Later attempts to look for him remained fruitless.
Even though the police are sure of that, they haven’t found any clues about the interception of third parties. The autopsy could merely determine that the cause of death was serve blood loss by claw like wounds and a heart attack as a result of drug overdose. Other than that the victim had several difficult broken bones and even a broken neck. One of the mysteries of this case is how the neck broke after the victim was already clinically dead. The claw wounds are also way too big to be of human hands, but as said before a participation of another living being is highly unlikely. The drug overdose symptoms are also in a discrepancy to the amount and kind of drugs found in his blood.
In resume the cause of death could not be caused by the victim himself but every other aspect of the case denies a participation of a second party.
The most disturbing thing about this case is what people would interpret as the victim’s last message. It was written by blood on a letter found in the sink. The writing style was kind of antique but beautiful and most interesting, written by calm hands.
“I am not the man that will be blamed for nothing”
This has much similarity with that late “Jack the Ripper” cases. In the jack the ripper case in 1888 there was also graffito with similar content. It said: The Juwes are not the men that will be blamed for nothing.” Suspicions in this aspect are not confirmed by the police. The majority thinks that the similar phrase is just a random turn of events.
In resume the results of the official investigation are still filled with holes and mysteries we hope can be filled.

18.7.1955
The mysterious case of Lucas Abram was finally solved. It was finally confirmed that the cause of death was self-harm, although it is still unsolved how he managed to hurt himself in those ways. The main indication the thesis is based on are murder cases committed in the night from the 14. to the 15. of August. The victims are mostly woman and even some prostitutes. All of them were killed in the same way: cause of death was a slit through the throat. Furthermore the victims were dissected severely. Mr. Abram DNA was found on every victim.
The police ensues, that Mr. Abram was a strange “Jack the Ripper” lunatic. He wanted to relive the old case but was struck by fear and panic of modern options of investigation, so he found no other solution than to kill himself. The reason for this conclusion is mainly the last message: This man will not be blamed for nothing.”
