He obviously did not think that she would pull out such a reason. Jacob was stupefied and soon laughed out loud, as if he thought it was extremely absurd. “What?”

Like heaven and earth spinning, Ashley instantly leaned against the bed and looked up to see Jacob’s lips.

The mattress was soft, his hand was still on her back, so she didn’t feel any pain.

Just because of this sudden move, her mind was empty, and for a moment she did not understand what he meant.

Jacob was still laughing.

Ashley blinked her eyes slowly and regained her senses.

She took a deep breath, kicked him with her foot, and shouted “Jacob” angrily.

He was completely unaffected, his lips close to her ear. He lowered his voice, and vaguely said, “Let’s find some excitement.”

Ashley took a breath, and for a moment, her neck to her cheeks was red, as if burned by fire, extremely hot.

She felt her heart would beat out of her body and forced herself to calm down and stared at him.

Ashley pursed her lips, stretched her legs, and pushed him to the side.

Jacob, “Then why don’t you sleep in the bed?”

” I’m afraid you think I don’t want to talk to you,” Ashley said in a stuffy tone. “But I really have to review. The exam is tomorrow afternoon. I want to do better.”

“I’m not so narrow-minded,” Jacob said. “Take a nap. I’ll call you up later.”

Ashley murmured, “Aren’t you bored?”

“A little bit.”

“Then I’ll finish reviewing earlier.”

Jacob smiled, “You so afraid of me being angry?”

Ashley looked at him as if in acquiescence.

“I indeed have some other ideas to ask you to come to me for review.”

Jacob said softly, “But I really didn’t intend to affect you. My Ash is so self-motivated, and I can still stop you. ”

Ashley said carefully, “Then I’ll sleep.”

“Go ahead,” Jacob kissed the back of her hand, “It’s a little boring. But it makes me happy to think of you here. ”

Ashley climbed into bed.

Before long, Jacob came in with a hot towel and covered it in the place where she was hit, saying, “I hit it when I opened the door.”

The two men got into the elevator.

He raised his eyebrow and said slowly, “Give me candy or hold hands?”

Ashley was confused. “Don’t you want candy?”

Jacob said, “I want to hold your hand.”

Ashley looked up at him and inexplicably thought he was a little funny.

She laughed because she had sugar in her mouth and spoke vaguely, “You ask so seriously.”

Jacob was not unnatural. “Hold or not”.

Ashley pulled the candy back with the other hand, blinked and said, “Hold.”

Jacob chuckled and took her hand.

When the elevator happened to be on the first floor, he led her out and said casually, “You are looking for an internship during the summer vacation?”

“Mm-hmm.”

Ashley peeled off the sugar wrappers in one hand. “One of the companies asked me to go for an interview.”

“Why are you looking for an internship so early?”

“Find something to do,” Ashley said, “or I’ll have nothing to do when I get home. I’ll be alone at home every day.”

It’s been a long walk.

Ashley suddenly said, “Do you want any candy?”

Jacob, “Nope.”

“Brother Jacob,” Ashley mentioned to him, kicking the pebbles on the ground, “Others hold hands while crossing the road or walking naturally. While you have to ask. ”

“I kissed you last time without asking,” Jacob said. “And you are unhappy.”

Ashley was silent for two seconds. “I’m not unhappy.”
