Cruel Human Sacrifices - Chapter 5 Inside The Facility 5

Mandy never left where she’d been. Meanwhile the lights suddenly change and turn into dim light. This must mean rest time for them. She could still not sleep, her rumbling stomach tells her to find some food but she could not find near her. She argue to herself whether she’d go down and find some food to eat.

‘What if those creature will be there?’ she thought, but after several hours she could not endure it and slowly slide down the tree. There no sign of any creature below her, so she continued. After she land, she could still smell the delicious aroma of a food. She followed the trail of it. The smell getting stronger as she moved forward. She stopped as she saw a mild hint of light ahead of her. She saw a bunch tents,where there sleeping creature which she saw earlier. This might be their camp site. She checked them if any of them would be awake.

She was starving to death so she started crawling towards the leftover foods. As she arrived, she gobbles any food she picked. She start packing some of it.

In Mandy’s carelessness, one already awoke. Who wouldn’t, a piece of bone thrown at him. He looked around to get revenge from whoever did that. He stopped at one location.

A huge voice startled Mandy, she could only scream at her head as she knew that she were already doomed.

“…Hurry it’s the intruder…” followed by a smoke of dust getting nearer towards her. They call her intruder since they claimed the place. They circled her, leaving her no way to scape.

“Now, you were no way to scape” as they laugh at it. Mandy could only turn around, finding some blind spot. She could only see none, but maybe from above. She thought about how she used her wings, which would suddenly come out from her back. She closed her eyes and concentrating in it. She could feel tingly at her back, as huge wings came out. The crowd was astonished by seing it coming out and flapping. Out of their mind, Mandy was already above them. But one creature immediately made a move. Pointing a sharp weapon to her direction and launch it. Luckily Mandy manage to notice it and avoid it.

That wake the crowd, they started yelling.

“Let’s cease her!!” they yelled as they throw things to capture her. Mandy was glad she scape the crowd.

Far from where Mandy was, a group of winged creature was going to that place. Mandy was not paying her attention ahead, as she clashed with them. One of them ready the rope and as Mandy lost her balance, they round her up and tied securely. She was now hanging helplessly.
