Cruel Human Sacrifices - Chapter 9 Inside The Facility 9
At night time, Mandy and Aaron and with some of their strongest companion would gather inside Aaron’s tent. Aaron already informed some of the creatures about their plan and gathered inside the tent. It was the only place they could talk without the camera.
Mandy realized how many gathered inside, as if they were eager to hear out Aaron about his plan. Earlier she also discovered most the creature in here have family outside. They want to escape the place to visit their families.
‘How could their family accept their appearance?’ Mandy could hardly asked them. She also had a doubts whether she would be back to her parents. Even though she had an appearance of a human, she don’t know when she could hide it from them.
She nearly lost track at what Aaron speak out his plan. Most of the creatures agreed and some asked a few question which Aaron hardly could give a concrete answer.
“As I was saying we must try, this might work. But, we should be careful in executing this plan. We wouldn’t like if they knew this and hinder it” Aaron tell them, this is his first attempt in doing a escape plan since he arrived here. Previously he lacks in man power in executing the plan since he doesn’t know where and will it take him.
“Does anyone have another question? If none, we’ll wrapped up the meeting. Excavating tools and supplies are needed so be careful in gathering those things. It might get their attention if we showed them that” Aaron said, they all just nod in agreement. They started to put out some of the torches before dispersed out the tent.
Mandy was the last to got out the tent. A tap on her shoulder got her attention, it was just Aaron.
“You should be more observant in what you do. Its just my hunch, but since you arrived in this place they never sent a new creature” ‘…Specially, you have a unique appearance than us. Unlike you who’s physical appearance never change when you use your wings. They might feel inferior towards you and might end to attack you or devour you.’ He never said it since she might lost her trust in them. He witness some of creature doing that, they subdued the creature which devour one of them. Since that happen, he reminded them about that incident and warned them he would do the same.
She doesn’t understand what Aaron mean about what he said. Does he blame her they never sent another creature? Or making it looks like they have something to do with my being here. She also can’t tell whether he was giving her warning or he just looked out for her.
“I’ll keep that in mind” she answered before turning her back from him. She take her way to her tent and saw them fast asleep. She made her way in her spot and settled. She was too tired that she was quickly succumb by darkness.
