“Let’s embrace the point of no return,” Qian Mei said softly.

Song Sheng looked away, before he sat up and pushed her away. He didn’t meet her eyes when he reached his hand out toward her from behind his back.

Qian Meigui glanced up at him confusedly, and took his hand. She slowly raised herself from the couch from which she was kneeling on. And straightened her nightgown with her free hand as she stood up.

Qian Mei flushed and did not want to say anything. She still held onto his hand.

“Yes…” She said quietly, almost like a soft whisper.

“Why?” He asked seriously.

“Because you’re always there for me. No matter what I do, you will be there by my side,” she began approaching him, and turning him around slowly.

Qian Mei glanced at him where his adam’s apple bopped up and down, and his gaze intensified.

He leaned in closer, “I want it too.” He said softly, almost like a prayer as she almost didn’t hear.

But she did hear. And she waited for him to make the move, to confirm they shared the same feelings.

Within a few moments, Song Sheng pushed her against the door and he kissed her fiercely. She parted her lips to let him in, to embrace him. They kissed clumsily, as they both were desperate to tear each other’s walls, fearing that this was only a dream.

If it was a dream, they had to act quickly.

Song Sheng picked up Qian Mei and she wrapped her legs around his torso tightly, not breaking the kiss.

She opened her eyes as she deepened the kiss, as she viewed his long beautiful eyelashes brushing his cheeks. His black hair was tousled to the side.
