Danger Zone - Chapter 265

Aiden and Drax had decide not to ask the doctor about the gender of their child before. They want it to be a surprise to their friends and families that are willing to wait until it is born and for the doctor to announce its gender.

But that doesn’t mean that the two are not thinking of names on the way to the hospital. Aiden had thought of two names while Drax is parking the car. He states them to his mate but Drax is not listening.

The Alpha is more focused on getting Aiden inside the hospital before he gives birth at the parking lot.

“No! You listen to me!”

Drax flinches away and looks for his mate for a second, hoping that Aiden will announce the name already or he will be losing his mind.

“If it is a boy, it will be Sebastian Ishmael. It kinda sounds like a prince’s name. But! AH!”

“Aiden!”

Aiden puts up a palm in front of his mate and breathes in heavily as he lifts his body up and releases that sigh.

“If it is a girl, it will be Luna Jade.”

The Alpha nods until Aiden nods with satisfaction. After that conversation, the Alpha carries his mate to the ER and announces an emergency labor.

Labor is hell.

Aiden goes through eight hours of it once they get inside of the ER. While his contractions progress quickly, the actual pushing takes forever and is getting nowhere.

The doctor who is delivering their baby even said that they are probably going to have to go into an emergency c-section operation, but the Omega is determined to not let that happen.

The next time he is to push, he pushes with the most strength he has that night and bam, the baby is crowning. Another five minutes and the baby is officially out and the doctor announces the sex.

To their shock, the Omega did not only gave to one baby girl, but he has to push once again to get the other one out. Turns out, Aiden is carrying twins in his womb but he is just as quiet as an owl flying through the night.

Aiden shows a what-the-fuck face to the doctor while the doctor herself is baffled to what is happening. But there is nothing he can do but push even more so his last baby will not suffocate inside.

There they are.

Both of the Omega and the Alpha are fawning over their newborn twins. The little boy is the exact copy of his father. Sharp jawline, blonde hair that makes him looks like a bald baby, long lashes, cute nose, thin lips; this baby will probably be a heart throb when he grows up.

While the little girl is the exact copy of Aiden’s sister, Jasmine. Small nose, sharp eyes, chubby cheeks.

She has long black hair, curly, which they don’t how that happened since both of them has straight hair, but they expect it to straighten out as she got older.

But none of that matters, as long as they are both healthy and breathing, they are happy.

“So, I guess the names that you mentioned earlier are their names.”

Aiden looks at his Alpha expectantly before nodding and giggling. He doesn’t expect that his Alpha will agree with the names but maybe he can’t think of other names before Aiden give his ideas.

“They sound wonderful, love. But I don’t think we should use the dreadful surname that everyone fears. I am afraid that they won’t have friends in the future if that happened.”

The Omega blinks away and thinks for a moment. The Alpha has a point about the Santoro surname. But he is thinking whether to use his surname instead since they are still not wedded.

“Should we use my surname? But…”

“It’s the same with the Santoro surname, sweet cheeks. People fear these names.”

Another point for the Alpha. This makes Aiden frustrated even more since he can’t think of another name to choose from. He can’t use both of his middle name and surname since they are both under the shitty mafia surnames since one of his grandfathers is a mafia boss before.

Drax can see the frustration from his mate’s brows as they furrow and his lips pouts. He caresses his mate’s back while cradling his baby boy in his arms.

“We can use my middle name, babe. No one knows this name exists.”

Aiden looks up to him and smiles.

“Yes! Let’s use that.”

Drax nods as he coos at the baby on his arms while his mate announces their name to the nurse who just comes in with a clip board at hand.

“She is Luna Jade Edinburgh and he is Sebastian Ishmael Edinburgh.”

He is using his index finger to feel along the creases and curves in both of their sweet little faces. He loves them both, is obsessed with them.

He hasn’t put any of the babies down except for when he hands neither of them to his mate to hold and that is for a short amount of time. He only wants himself to hold her and her brother, which sounds selfish, but he has grown both of them quietly inside of him so he has the right.

Luna gurgles after Aiden said her name, spits bubbles forming along her lower lip as she do so. The Omega giggles and brings Luna closer to his chest, if at all possible.

Her cheek is press against his bare chest since the brown hair male opts for not wearing anything during labor. He also likes skin to skin contact better than skin to thin gown.

Sebastian has no reaction at all. Kind of like Drax when he is a baby. The baby boy remains silent for the remainder of the hour that the nurse had stayed their, asking questions about the baby and giving information to the newly parents.

It is after an hour of the talking when he cries out of nowhere. The nurse panics that something must have been wrong to him when Drax starts to chuckle.

“Of all the things that you can inherit from me, this is what you got. Goodness.”

Aiden looks at his mate as he stands up from being seated and rocks the baby to sleep, singing a song in a different language that Aiden never heard of.

The Alpha only winks at him as the baby’s cry suppresses and eventually stops. The Alpha puts the baby down and continues the song as it ends, before looking at Aiden with a question.

“What?”

The Omega squints his eyes before shaking his head.

“What language is that?”

The Alpha chuckles and answers.

“Filipino.”
