Death : Mystery Unsolved - Chapter 64

“Don’t. Please don’t. How could you act all innocent and pitiful, after this? Sigh! Sigh! Sigh! What else, did you do last night?” Zunaid asked, after taking three deep breaths, to relieve a little bit of his anger.

Although God wasn’t planning to show mercy to this poor pup.

As Saheeda replied ; “I… umm.. that.. actually… yesternight… I drive,too. Both Car and Bike.” Saheeda explained, with her head drooping low, almost touching the ground.

And Zunaid felt speechless for a moment. Naah. How could things go this wrong, just in one single night? How?

After regaining his voice, with fear and rage in his voice, he asked ; “ And?”

“ I used… umm.. that.. I wasn’t planning to, though… but as a last resort.. I used ‘The Diamond Card’,too.” Saheeda added, not daring to lift her head up.

[ Well, she might be senior in the term of positions. But in age, he was older and experienced then her. So, she always treats him with utmost sincerity and trust.

I know, the word respect is missing. But trust me, none of them respect each other. As they consider themselves as equal, of each other.

And that’s why, she is getting reprimanded, this badly by her junior.]

Zunaid, who didn’t even have the guts, to ask what else problems she has created in one night for him. Couldn’t help, but take another deep sigh, towards his unpredictable future,then asked: “ And?”

“ Bankrupted one company.” She replied with a pout. While Riya and Kai were enjoying the show. Sometimes, getting happy, sometimes astonished, sometimes, sardonic and many more.

But still, they couldn’t relate, why Zunaid was acting weirdly.

Zunaid, who got that, will be inviting misfortune only. If he asked more, embrace himself for another shock and asked ; “ And ?”

“ Killed 25 people, 3 hostaged in the basement.” Saheeda replied, with another layer of guilt.

Fine, she shouldn’t have done this much, in one night, at least. She should have taken things a little slow.

And Zunaid, who felt like he was on his last breaths… asked ; “ And?”

“ Went to the forest, in the middle of night.” She replied innocently, as if it can’t be included in her guilt list.

As for the person, who knows, about her phobia of darkness and ghosts -_- -_- -_-

Zunaid, who was expecting an early death, couldn’t help but ask her in a raging voice; “ Are you preparing for my funeral? Just spit everything out.”

And Saheeda become a parrot again; “ Snake out of the house, stole the bike, went to bar, meet some bad company, bankrupted them, drink a glass of wine, took 28 people to forest, killed 25 out of them, 3 are in the basement as hostage, then came back safe and sound.

And currently, I am dealing with a raging pup and hangover of alcohol. So, can you please, give me something to eat first, before starting your repentance and reprimand. Please.

And yep, please keep it a little promise. If others find out, then, I will be under the ‘Abandoned’ banner. Please” And Saheeda spat the first paragraph in two breaths.

While another, with innocent, pitiful expression, while the last one with farful, pleading expressions.

Zunaid, who was on the verge of spitting blood and then dying at the spot, stared at this creature, very… very seriously.

“ So, you break more than 100 rules and 140 laws, overnight, Yet, the only thing you fucking care about is food. And why? Why would I keep it a secret?

Don’t you think you deserve the punishment, for breaking the laws, yesternight? In fact, just wait,I, myself, will report this issue, personally.” Zunaid added, his fury, his rage, his anger, his concern, his heart-broken expression, his hurtful expression,his sincerity… full on complete display.

“ Saheeda knows, Saheeda is wrong. Senior, please forgive me this time. There won’t be any next time Trust me.”Saheeda pleaded, making the infamous Puppy eye look.

As for Zunaid, who knows, she can never ever stick to this. As she said the same last time. And last to last time. Not to mention last to last to last time. He just sighed deeply, internally.

“ Fine. But, if you ever get this chaos creating spree of yours, then you have to tag me along with you. Promise me.” Zunaid added, with utmost seriousness.

“ Senior, anything but not promise. Though, I can assure you that, if I ever feel like doing it again,then, I will definitely send you an invitation next time.

As for whether you can make it or not, that would be up to you.” Saheeda replied with a cute smile.

Zunaid, who knows, this definitely isn’t the best way of ending things. But that smile of her and that puppy look. Aiye. Only if he could be a little more strict with her.

Nevermind. Next time, he would be there to protect her. And with this vow to himself, he finally surrendered in front of this little cub.

Then, he went to the kitchen, to bring the warm, aromatic, mouth-watery fast food.

And just like a hungry beast, she flies all the way to the dinning hall. Leaving Kai and Riya speechless. Just what type of creature these two fellows are!!!

She clearly is the leader, yet even her junior can reprimand her. What’s more, she actually acted like an obedient puppy in front of Zunaid. What’s more is the fact that she didn’t even demand a report!!!

Which was the most basic of being an agent. And still speechless, they follow her to the dining table. But, just because she didn’t ask , doesn’t mean Zunaid won’t poke his leg out.

“ My Lady, should I report to you?” Zunaid asked eagerly, like a cute puppy.

“ Didn’t you just report him?” Saheeda asked in confusion. After all, she wasn’t interested in watching the cat-dog fight. At present.

“ Yes. But still. You are my leader, too.” He replied, in the flattering voice.

“Alright! What’s in for dinner?” She asked , by the way of changing the topic.

“But, aren’t you curious, My lady? I mean , not even a little bit , to know what happened.. Or why did we end up empty handed?” Zunaid asked curiously ( while completely forgetting the fact… that he was addressing this very specific term,to,Riya,too.)
