She couldn’t help but curse herself for her little stupidity, then couldn’t help but curse this so-called cub. As for the fear and all, that vanished the moment, this dead pig opened his mouth.

Wait a minute!!! Did he call her an annoying fly!!!

He is so dead for that.

“Ya!!! You dead pig. Did you just call me an annoying fly!!!And wait a minute, that’s not the important question here, but the main point is , move you dead pig. You are lying all over me. What do you take me for??? Your mattress and bed sheet.

Look, I am warning you for the last time, move. Ya!! You dead pig!! Are you listening !!!!” And Riya ended up screaming on the top of her lungs.

But, neither he moved nor replied, he just pretended to clean his ears. As if trying to prevent his precious ears, from the constant buzzing of an annoying fly.

She couldn’t help but resort to violence, she punched him , kicked him, closed his nose,scratched his face.. But that makes little to no difference, in the sleep of Certain Dead pig.He will just act like he is shooing away an annoying fly.And then will drift away to his dreamland.

She stares at the wall clock, only to know, she has been trying to get away from him for almost half an hour. Which means, the time of prayer had already passed.

Finally resigning herself to her fate, she couldn’t help but stop moving. And within, no time, she too drifted to dreamland.

Zunaid, opened his eyes, only to see a sleeping beauty lying underneath him. And couldn’t help but smile crept on his face, subconsciously.He just hugged her tightly, as if cuddling his favourite toy then fell asleep.

It’s not that he wasn’t sleeping.But, he knew she needed this rest, more than him. But, words definitely are useless against this little bunny. So, he couldn’t help but let his action define his intentions.

And as expected, in the end, she fell asleep.He couldn’t help but rub his arms and legs with his hands, her punches and kicks were definitely very strong and painful.

So,next time, he will definitely think twice, before trying anything funny. He seriously couldn’t believe that this person has this wild cat side,too.

He has to apply medicine and bandages tomorrow all over his body, the first thing. Or else, he might not even be able to walk around properly.

19 december 2018:

13 days before the apocalypse;

Kai, who just finished his prayers, started walking to the main hall floor,to prepare some tea and then to continue his exercise.

He stared at Zunaid, who still was sleeping in a definitely very odd position on the sofa. Kai couldn’t help but felt like kicking this fellow the first thing in the morning.

Fine!!! If you are a morning hater, but do you really have to showcase it here, when he is already busy with his morning routine.

But before, he could do that. He saw Shiva approaching him. “Good morning, senior.” Kai greeted.

“Thank God. So, you know I am your senior!!!” J replied in the most sarcastic tone, while rolling his eyes at S.

“I apologize for yesternight.” Kai said perfunctory. Well, he really didn’t mean his apology at all.

“Whatever. Mind explaining, what’s going on in this house. And, what’s your decision!”Shiva asked, while acting like a senior.

“We are trying to act like a team, which definitely doesn’t seem possible, somehow. As for my decision, do I even have any option? What is your decision, Senior!!!” Kai asked as respectful as ever.

“You know, I am famous in the academy as “ Rule breaker” and “Disobedient type”. The one who always says, “ Fuck you and your rules!!!”. One of the main reasons, why even a junior like you, can disrespect me.” Shiva said … making Kai feel a little guilty.

“But, honestly speaking,I never regretted it. Our Country, Our agency has to take care of various things ;be it nationally or internationally. But, I don’t give a fuck to that. Because for me there only exist two things: What is right for me and my country? What is wrong for me and my country?

And once I get my answer, then I follow my heart, and do what I feel is right.

I don’t care about the punishment or the penalties or the shame I have to go throw. Because the smile on the faces of Our People, told me very clearly; ‘ I was right. I did right. And that, I am right’.” he added.

Kai gave him one long look and couldn’t help but murmur; “I wish, I could do the same.” which unfortunately was heard by Shiva ,who added;

“Trust me, you can. But it requires a lot of self confidence. Lots of patriotism in you. That even when people abuse you, you could have the guts to smile back at them.

That when, your own subordinates bring you to torture rooms, and torture you, you must have that much patience and tolerance level to still smile and said it loudly for even Allah Miyan to hear, that “I am right! And I am proud of myself, for it.”

Which makes Kai just froze on the spot for a minute.Kai knows Shiva had done many… many types of crimes or as they labelled it.

But as he said; he had protected his country and people all the time.

There hardly had been any law, that Shiva hadn’t broken.There hardly have been any punishment, any torture this very person hadn’t been through.

But… still this fellow has the guts to smile and said it out loud ; ‘He never regretted it. He is proud of him for all those events. He is right. He is a true patriot.’

That feeling ; Kai couldn’t help but feel very very low to this superior of his, who even going through series of torture just last week, was here standing and smiling in front of him.

Who even after getting disrespected by Kai, was still staring at him the way an elder stared at a child.

And Kai couldn’t help but salute Shiva with all his might and energy. As if paying respect to a true patriot. To which Shiva just beamed a smile, which reached all through his eyes.

“I don’t know what you’re gonna do, in future. But,I guess, I am very clear in informing you about my choice, Leader..” Shiva said, while helping Kai to lower his hand from the salute position.
