Death : Mystery Unsolved - Chapter 99

While the door landed on the ground with a loud thud. But as if this sound was no less than a sound of an annoying mosquito , to Saheeda and Kai, who were busy in their own argument.

And that’s when all the 4 members saw that scene; Well the scene was pretty descent in itself. But the way , these 4 onlookers, access it and contemplate it and process it in their mind.

Something, somewhere, went wrong. And for certain unknown reasons, Shiva and Nazma ended up turning red from embarrassment, while covering the eyes of little Zunaid and Riya at the same time, as if trying to prevent these little fellas from spoiling.

Zunaid and Riya weren’t fairing any better. The tips of their ears were as red as cooked lobster. Even their necks’ colour changed from white to red.

As if they have been caught while watching R-18 movies, by their seniors. If it had been any other place or scene, then Zunaid might have pushed Kai , while rescuing Saheeda.

But , no!!! Not this time!!! When Shiva covered his eyes, he didn’t even refute. He just wanted to leave the place asap. Same goes for Riya.

And damn!!! Those 4 onlookers ended up running away directly to the basement, as if they had caught fire on their tails.

After reaching the basement, they all started breathing loudly to gain oxygen for their lungs as if their lives depend upon it and then they all were smiling widely from ear to ear.

After all, none of them wants Saheeda to turn into ‘Threat’. So, they were more than happy, that there at least exists one person, who actually has the guts to stop her, completely.

They saw the hug, Kai’s gravely serious expression. Saheeda’s muffled screams. Aiye. Saheeda’s face was almost completely plastered into the severely mysophobic person’ chest.

While her head was completely hidden in between his chest and tightly wrapped arms. His biceps, triceps,deltoid,pectoral, abdominal muscles were clearly on display, underneath the maroon coloured half-sleeved t-shirt he was wearing.

It’s not like it was displaying it. But the way he was holding her, all the muscles were on auto display mode, automatically. As for Saheeda, she was actually looking like a soft plush toy in his arms.

While earning a confused stare from the people on the other end of the screen. Firstly the leaders of this mission disappeared.Now these agents are smiling like idiots. Did they sign up for some idiotic comedy drama? No, right!!!

“Mind explaining , what’s happening?” The Head Chief, who definitely was trying his best to calm himself down, couldn’t help but ask in a little annoying tone.

“Ah!!! About that!!!! I am extremely very sorry, Sir. But, my leader has been abducted by the Leader of Country P. And only , she has the right to speak to you.

The Great Head Chief.” Nazma ended up giving up her best excuse, while putting a straight face.After all, what exactly was she supposed to say. She can’t even face her Chief, in the absence of Saheeda.

So, facing the head chief alone. Naah!!! Definitely impossible.

Shiva, who was leaning in a relaxed position, got tensed after hearing her explanation. Just what the heck!!!! Here, he thought, she is as fierce as a dragon… but see, she can’t even talk in front of Head Chief.

Wait a minute!!! Doesn’t that mean, it’s his turn to speak!!! No way!!! No fuckin way!!! He had long forgotten the protocols and all. So, talking with this fire spitting person, definitely isn’t an option, right!!!!

‘Hey Allah Miyan, please save me’ and he ended up pleading to The Almighty.

“And you!!!” And as if even Allah Miyan doesn’t want to help him, the head chief asked Shiva out next.

“T- That , about that, I am extremely very sorry. But the same rules goes with us, Country P, too. Please wait for our leaders to arrive.” Shiva ended up saying all this is one breath. As if his entire life depends on this answer.

His answer earned a great round of laughter from his juniors , even Nazma was trying her best not to laugh out loud.

Damn!!! This arrogant freak, looks cute like that!!!! Damn!! Was he really that much terrified!!!

As for three high ranked people on the other side, they just sighed at the behaviour of their agents. Or the agents , who are supposed to save the world.

As for Saheeda and Kai ; they were already planning to face the world war with each other.

She was determined to leave him.

While he was being adamant to make sure, she won’t be able to break his ‘tight hug’.

“ I said, Leave me.” Saheeda shouted again, while continuing her constant struggle.Well, all thanks to her constant struggle, at least his grip on her was a little loose, all thanks to which she can breathe properly.

But it still was as tight and hard as steel, for her to get a breakthrough from it.

“You know, what it will take for me to release you. Just promise me.And I will leave you.” He ended up saying, while making sure not to hurt her, or suffocate her at the same time, in his tight grip.

Well, he can tell that, she definitely wasn’t using her strength at all. Otherwise, a person who can K O ed other people with just one move. How come, she still can’t defeat him.Or break his grip.

If possible then, he would love to measure notes with her.But unfortunately, she is definitely the type , who picks up a fight at the wrong time.

After all, both Saheeda and Kai know about the live conference. What a great timing, right!!!

“You know, I won’t be promising you anything. Even if you beat me to death. Plus, what exactly is your problem, if I want to die, then!!!” She ended up saying in an annoyingly, frustrating tonne. Well, she was definitely reaching her limit of tolerance, all thanks to him.

“ Whatever. Just promise me, since I know, you,Country I’s people, honour your promises and words even at the cost of your life.

So, just promise me. That’s it.

Otherwise, we can stay like this, here , till the meeting ends. After all, I don’t mind cuddling you , like a mannequin, for the entire day..” he said , with a little smile on his face.
