As Luci was waiting for the appetizers to be prepared, another man walked into the bar.
The man was wearing a pair of sunglasses.
Luci, who was tapping his fingers on the counter looked up as the man sat a few seats down from him.
“H-here you are sir…!” The bartender said, handing him the appetizers.
“Terribly sorry about that whole scene, that girl just doesn’t know when to quit.” He chuckled nervously.
“Thanks a lot pal!” Luci said with a wave as he left.
He then narrowed his eyes.
“Now to find that girl…” He muttered.
He sniffed the air, his eyes widening.
for visiting.
That way. He thought to himself.
Ah… I guess I can take my time gettin’ places finally, huh? He thought, smiling.
As he turned a street corner, he sniffed the air once more.
“She’s-”
“Oi.” A voice called from behind.
Luci’s eyes widened.
The hell… I didn’t hear or smell anybody else…?
Luci quickly spun around.
“Ah, yo what’s u-” He looked the man up and down.
“Y-you’re the guy from the bar…”
His eyes narrowed.
“Better yet you’re a-”
The man quickly threw a punch.
Luci quickly jumped up, dodging the punch.
“Che, I missed.” The man grumbled.
“Yo, royal pain in the ass, let’s make this easy on both of us, ‘kay?” The man growled.
The mans eyes then widened.
“Shit.” He muttered.
“W-where’d he go…?”
Just as he said that, Luci smashed the man hard on the head with a nearby rusting chair.
He panted, staring at the man unconscious on the road.
“Guess I can’t take my sweet time after all…” He whispered to himself, running off.
