Descendants Fate; Faye Nobody Heiress - Chapter 4

Faye and Leigh are startled when they see Czerene in front of them holding her bow and still her arrow strap at her back. Her steps are heavy towards them. They knew what had happened.

They knew when Czerene is just like this. The exactly knew, and they feel the same way towards her cause being always no.2 and defeated is a miserable feeling.

They both tapped Czerene at her back and carried her into a group hug to comfort her. They even both whisper to her, “it’s okay; you will get a shot next time,” smiling at their friend.

As they hear chuckles of laughter on the other side of the track, Lexus, Raven, and now their other friend who just got from his archery tournament join them; it was Ken the no.1 placer in the archery club at their University; of course beating their friend Czerene.

Ken sound likes he’s bragging how easily he wins the no.1 spot while their friend here is really feeling extremely down.

Leigh knows that hearing them laughing can’t help Czerene’s mood to boost up, so they decide to leave until they heard voices and giggles of females swooned over those guys.

A bunch of females is now rounding the three males once again. The three males are nice to try to smile and entertain every girl who really wanted their attention. They don’t have to talk that much.

A simple smile from each one of them can make all those girls giggle, and they quiet enjoying how the girls are easily affected by them, but they don’t want to be overjoyed either as soon as they feel it takes much of their time, they decided to leave.

Lexus orders one of his club members to take Capricorn to the cabin and tap Raven shoulder and point his blue Maserati. Raven got it and jump into the driving seat as Lexus and Ken jump at the back ride.

He starts his engine and about to start driving when he noticed a familiar car parked in front of him, “a purple Lamborghini”- he silently mutters to himself, “so she’s here”- his thoughts continue as Ken disturbed him from thinking. ”

“Raven! Let’s Go!” I’m tired,”- he let out a sighed.

“Okay!” -he quickly said, and when he about to turn the wheel, Faye appeared, and it stops him from driving.

Lexus and Ken startled too as Raven suddenly stop, they could almost be thrown out of the car if they don’t get a grip.

Ken is seriously angry and looks immediately to Raven to give his friend a death glare, but he found him looking in front of them make him and Lexus turn in that direction.

“Such a beautiful sight to behold” Lexus sigh and puts his hand in his face and stare intentionally.

Raven let Faye drive first before them. Lexus and Ken are okay with it anyway; they give them so much a hard time, and giving them a little break lightens their heart a little bit.

Of course, they are not bad people. They don’t want to offend beautiful women.

It is just they wanted their attention, and they enjoy the rivalry; can’t blame them.

Maybe it’s their fate besides no other girls has the guts to challenge them, talk back to them and even give a death glare to them.

It’s just their beloved 2nd placer ladies that are the reasons why they are so awed by their courage, beauty, body, and brains.

They don’t know if the three beautiful ladies notice it, but they have an interest in them, but they are trying their best not to get distracted and hide it in the best way possible that they can.

Faye, Leigh, and Czerene live together in one house as they pursue their College,

Out of the three Czerene is the early bird; her daily routine is to wake up at 5:30 am. She always

manages to wake up before the sunrise. She loves the sunrise, and so does the sunset.

Czerene left a sticky note message on the fridge. “Gone to practice, eat your breakfast!” 🙂

Then she off to her favorite spot in the whole school; the place that she personally has chosen; her own practice place, well some of the students would not go to this part of their school anymore because some find it scary.

It was a forest, a mountain forest, still part of their school massive garden. It was called the exclusive University for nothing.

The school services and facilities and quality of education prove it all.

You can’t enter this school if you’re not smart, rich, and famous in the business world. It was the school’s “training ground’ for the future CEO of their company.

Their parents paid a lot and didn’t care if they paid a lot. They are expecting a well-furnished leader as a reward in return for spending much money.

Czerene, Faye, and Leigh are far different from the other rich daughters/sons of an elite business known families who care about fancy life.

They are not rebels; they are appreciative and thankful for their blessings. They are willing to prove they are capable of their family’s well-known surname.

Czerene is walking uphill the mountain forest; she never uses a car to reach her destination. She walks for exercise and for therapy too. She doesn’t have to walk all the way uphill.

As soon as she reaches her destination, she started to place a mat in the place where she stands.

She started to stretch, and then she starts her routine “a morning yoga’ after almost one hour of her yoga session, she starts to breathe in and out. She opens her eyes as she notices the sun is rise up already, greeting her.

She smiles at the view and then gets a grip of her bow and arrow. She walks in front of her target board. She inhales and exhales; takes her position while getting a grip with her bow and arrow with great concentration, she releases her first arrow.

She let out a soft sigh as she missed the bull’s eye but close enough just an inch away. She loaded her bow again with an arrow and released it.

Her wrist flinched a little when she suddenly hears a sound of clutching leaves around her, making her missed the bull’s eye much inch farther than her first attempt.

She can’t help but sighed in frustration as she hears someone say

“Sorry, I didn’t mean to disturb you”.

She frowns as she forces herself to look at the direction of someone who talks.

Surprise mark in her beautiful face as she sees Ken standing in front of her, bowing his head down, flinching his finger to the bow he holds in both hands, he seems really sorry by the way he bows his head and flinches his fingers in his bow.

Ken is quite surprised; he didn’t even know why he ends up in Czerene own practicing place as he remembers he’s following a rabbit that his master asks him to hunt and shot by his arrow.

The rabbit is so cute; he can’t hunt it, shot it, and kill it by his bow and arrow.

He’s not a heartless archer, but still, he can’t disobey his master; that is why he follows the rabbit and decides to catch it and just play a prank with his master.

He planned, he can make the rabbit sleep and put some tomato sauce to its fur so he can convince his master that he hunts it.

He was so busy following the rabbit and end up in front of Czerene.

“Ah… I’m following a rabbit,” he exclaims when he is about to explain furthermore.

He notices the rabbit hop near the side of Czerene. He quickly points it out

“There! Beside you! “Czerene quickly turns her head and looks down at her side, near her feet is a very cute bunny sniffing and hoping.

Her eyes are full of delight as soon as the rabbit hops a little more.

She can’t help but giggle in its cuteness and fluffiness.

She even rubs its fluffy fur on her cheeks while her eyes close.

Ken is stunned by her sudden reaction when she sees the rabbit.

Ken can’ t help but be dazzled by the scene in front of him; he then suddenly get his cell phone and take a picture of Serene and the rabbit she’s cuddling.

She snapped from that moment when Ken took her a picture.

She snaps out of it and suddenly says in a frown face

“Did you photograph me without my consent “that… that is….”

She is trying to think of words for what is the exact word for that, but her mind is blocked.

She can’t remember the words, she was so distracted by Ken’s smiling face as he is looking at the picture of her and the rabbit that he captures on his cp, and he may not seem bothered by what she is trying to say.

“I’m sorry… I just can’t help it” and have that expression like he did just nothing.

Czerene is a little taken aback by Ken’s reaction; she suddenly doesn’t know how to react, so she decides just to ignore it.

As their facing each other already; she then suddenly asks

“Is this bunny yours?”

Ken is startled at her question, but he decides to tell her the truth.

He felt nothing is wrong with a little conspiracy with Czerene, for he felt safe even if he tells the truth to her.

“My master asks me to hunt that rabbit and kill it with my arrow” – Ken explain

“What?” – She exclaims, her eyes widened in surprise

“You’re going to kill this cute rabbit” Czerene looks at the rabbit with pitiful eyes and pout her lips.

Ken is stunned by the girl’s cute reaction. He can’t help it but release chuckles before speaking.

“No, I’m not that bad. How am I supposed to kill that cute rabbit?

Czerene let out a sigh and look at the cute rabbit in his arms before looking at Ken

“Then what are you going to do?” she asked out of curiosity.

“Well, I’m glad you ask,” Ken happily exclaims as he pulls out a tomato sauce out of his bag pack.

Czerene suddenly gets it, but she thinks it is risky and far too dangerous to deceive their master.

It worries her, and it is shown on her face.

“Don’t worry, it will work, and I will take her a bath later after this?” he said in a soothing voice

He wants to ease the worry on the girl’s face. He then looks at the already sleeping rabbit on her ŀȧp.

Czerene snapped out of her thoughts when she sees the rabbit already sleeping at her ŀȧp; finally, she got the courage to ask Ken

“You really want to prank our master?”- She exclaims

But Ken quickly hushes her by putting his finger on her lips to prevent her from speaking much more, and he then looks around them.

He is worried that others can find out about his plans.

Czerene wide-eyed as she is surprised by his sudden action, so Ken decided to put down his hand, bow his head and scratch his nape

“I’m sorry,” he said awkwardly.

Czerene shocked expression change to soft, and she nods as soon as he hears Ken apologize.

“It’s okay,” she said almost in a whisper and then she suddenly suggest

“I’ll help you,” smiling widely.
