Next morning, Grandfather and Meera was having a small talk in the garden.

One of the spies walks up to them. “What is it?” “Tess Zhan.” “Oh?” Meera was surprised. She looks at Grandfather. He pats her hand to be ease. “Let her in.”

Tess then sees Meera and Grandfather. “Ms Zhan. What business do you have with us?” She bit her lip and decides to speak up. “I have the evidence of my father killing uncle Sebastian.” Meera wasn’t expect her to speak from the truth.

“What do you really want?” “I want to marry Haru.” Meera was speechless. Grandfather spoke up, “I already found a bride for Haru.” “W-what? Who is she? I think I’m a better than her.” Grandfather laughs. “Better? A woman like you who has full of evilness? Dream on.” “I wont hurt him. I will do anything for him. I”

“If Haru was here, he would say the same thing. He won’t marry you nor love you.” Grandfather stands up. “Enough. No matter what you’re not suit for Haru.” “I have the evidence. Don’t you want to see it?” Tess takes a video camera out of her bag. Meera takes from her and checks it out.

Her eyes widened. (Father pushed down from the building. That’s why people thinks father has commit suicide.) Her hands trembles. Grandfather notices and walks towards Meera, takes the video camera from her.

Grandfather looks at Tess. “There is no way I’m accepting you to be Haru’s bride. The woman that I choose for Haru has more high-minded than you ever be.” He walks away. Tess fella down on the ground. “He has a bride already?”

Meera also stands up and follows Grandfather. Tess grabs her leg and hold onto her. “Iris! Please help me. I want to marry Haru.” “Just because he’s the only grandson of the Lu?” She looks down on Tess.

“Please I beg you.” “It’s funny how our role has switch. Few years ago, I was the one who beg you and even hold onto you.” “I was wrong I didn’t know you’re Haru’s sister.” (Sister..? I’m not even his sister…) Meera looks away. “Kick her out.” “Yes my lady.” “Iris! I beg you.” “I don’t lend a hand to an enemy.” Meera left.

Tess raging. “You’re going to regret it, Iris.” Tess left the Lu resistance.

Zhan residence – party

Tess got bored but her face lits up when she sees Haru. Tess walks up to him. “Haru.” She smiles. Haru wasn’t interested. “You are?” She got disappointed. “I am Tess.” “Ah I remember now.” She smiles. He leans in. “You’re the one who hire those men to hurt Iris.” She jolts as she hears how man he is. “I-I can explain.” Haru moves back. “I don’t have time to chat with you.”

Everyone makes a commotion. Haru turns around and he smiles as he sees Meera. Haru walks to her. She takes his arm. They walks pass Tess. Tess clenches her hands tightly. “Iris!”

Haru and Meera greets the other guests. Then Chairman Ashton comes by and greets them. “Nice to see you again, Iris.” “It’s nice to see you again, Chairman.” They stands together as Jafar makes a toast. He begins to make a speech.

“It’s sad that my dear brother couldn’t look after the Zhan. But I’m still here with my father, I am willing to take over the Zhan.” Soon a video has played behind him. His microphone isn’t working.

“Please, Sebastian. I beg you not to tell father.” “Father has the right to know about your evil intentions. Taking over the Zhan jus to make illegal connections. Do you know it will affect the Zhan?!”

Sebastian was about to leave. Jafar stands in front of him. “As your brother, you’re going against me?!” “Brother, we’re taught from what’s right and what’s wrong. Making illegal trades and connects will break the Zhan. Zhan will lose its face. I won’t let you do that.” “Fine.” Jafar then push him off the building. “You make me do this, brother. If you’re gone then Father will never know. Soon your wife and your daughter follow you.”

Jafar startles. He gave a small laugh. “This isn’t” Jafar met his father’s gaze. Jafar comes down the stage and walks up to his father. “F-father. This isn’t” He slaps across Jafar’s face. “You killed Sebastian? Illegal connections and trades?!” Jafar grits his teeth.

“You dare lie to me. Thankfully your daughter show this to us before making a decision.” Jafar turns to Tess. Tess shakes her head. “Father I” “you’re turning against me?” Tess looks at iris. “It was her doing. I didn’t do it. Father I didn’t. She took the video from me and threatened me. Father” haru steps in and slaps her.

“H-haru.” “You dare put the blame on Iris?!” She grabs him. “It’s true. She took the video.” Haru takes her hands off him and push her. “Any witnessed that see iris take it from you?!” “…no..” haru looks at Chairman. “How are you going to deal this matter, chairman?” He sighs.

Jafar then makes a run for it. But as soon as he opens the door, he takes a step back. In front of him are police officers. “Jafar Zhan. You’re under arrest for murdering Sebastian.” “No. I’ve been set up.” They grabs him and take him to the station. “No. No!”

Tess then slowly takes a knife out and heads to Meera’s direction. “You die!” Meera got stabbed. “Meera!!” Haru grabs Tess and shove her in the floor. Tess let an evil laugh after stabbing Meera.

“Come and take her away!” The bodyguards and takes Tess away. “Meera!” Haru grabs her into his arms. “Hang in there.” Haru carries her out and heads to the hospital.
