Aly was shocked when Brett suddenly kissed her. She wanted to move away but Brett’s body was on hers and she could feel his manliness poking her legs.

Brett was kissing her lightly, teasing every parts of her lips. Aly felt shivers all over her body. “Brett…” she murmured. “Mmmm…” Brett responded. “Please…stop…” Aly tried to speak clearly eventhough she’s feeling the fire starting to ignite on her body. Brett raised his head hearing the pleading voice of Aly. “Why?” Brett said still above her. “The kids might come in.” Aly said not looking on Brett’s eyes. Brett smiled seeing the redness on Aly’s face. He decided to lay down again beside Aly. Aly sighed.

“I’m sorry, I really can’t resist you especially when you smile.” Brett said while looking on the ceiling. Aly was quiet. “Thank you for taking care of me.” Brett continued. “Your always welcome.” Aly said. “Are you ok now?” Aly asked. “Yes, my nurse was very good in dealing with the sick.” Brett said. Aly blushed.

“Dad?” Aria said while knocking at his door. “Come in, sweetheart.” Brett said. Aria came in with Caden. “Are you feeling alright, Dad?” Aria asked. “Yes, sweetheart. Your Auntie Aly was a very good nurse.” Brett said then winked at Aly. “Told you, Mommy can cure Uncle Brett.” Caden said proudly. “Thank you, Auntie Aly. I will call you everytime daddy will get sick. Will you take care of me too when I get sick?” Aria said hugging Aly. “Yes, of course, my sweet.” Aly said hugging back Aria.

“Yes, my sweet?” Aly said. “Auntie, is dad really ok?” Harper asked. “Yes, his fever went down. I will give him again his medicine later so his fever will not come back.” Aly said. “Auntie?” Harper said. “Yes?” Aly asked. “Can you stay with daddy until we get back?” Harper said that made Aly choked. “Please, Auntie, I will not be at ease if you’ll leave daddy and Aria on their own. Caden can stay on my room. You can stay on the spare room that we have. Please, Auntie…!” Harper said pleading. Aly kept quiet while Brett was puzzled.

“Auntie?” Harper said again. “Ok, we’ll stay here until you get back. So, enjoy your retreat, ok?” Aly said. Brett, hearing Aly’s words smiled ear to ear.

“Mommy, we’re staying here?” Caden asked. “Yes, Big sister Harper pleaded. “Yehey!” Aria said happily. “We can play the whole day, tomorrow, and the next day.” Aria said smiling at Caden. Caden felt happy too.

“Nanny Laura, please prepare the spare room. Aly will occupy it for the next two nights.” Brett said happily that Nanny Laura had noticed. “You’re too happy, Sir. Don’t show it too much.” Nanny Laura said that made Brett frowned. “Am I too obvious?” Brett asked. “Yes, Sir! It shows on your actions and I might think that you only made up your sickness.” Nanny Laura said that made Brett became serious. “You want your full salary now, Nanny Laura?” Brett said that made Nanny Laura startled. “You want coffee, Sir? Do you need anything? Tell me if you want something, I will get even if it’s far away.” Nanny Laura said that made Brett laughed.

Brett and Aly ate breakfast together. Aria and Caden started to play. “Brett?” Aly said. “Yes?” Brett asked. “Ahm, I think you’re ok now. After eating, you can take your medicine right away. Maybe, we could go home later.” Aly said. “But you told Harper that you’ll stay here until Sunday.” Brett said. “You can tell her that we really stay with you here.” Aly said hoping that Brett will be willing to go on with her plan. “I’ll lie to Harper?” Brett asked. “It’s what you call white lie.” Aly said. Brett smiled. “Then you tell her that you don’t want to stay here.” Brett said. “But she will not agree with it that’s why you’re the one I’m talking to.” Aly said with a little frustration in her voice. “You said yes then all of a sudden you changed your mind?” Brett said furrowing his brow. “It’s because I wanted her to be at ease and enjoy.” Aly said loosing her hope. “Then call her.” Brett said that made Aly pout her lips.

“Auntie, are you two quarrelling?” Aria said hearing the discussion of the two adults. “You’re Auntie Aly wants to go home and not stay here with us.” Brett said that made Aly looked at him with narrowed eyes. “But, why, Auntie? Don’t you want stay with me?” Aria said looking pitiful. “No, my sweet. It’s just that your daddy looks fine now. He will only take his medicine and he’ll be strong as an elephant later.” Aly said. Brett cough and hold his forehead. “I’ll go to my room. I feel dizzy.” Brett said faking an act. “Look, Auntie, daddy is still sick.” Aria said running towards his father. Aly rolled her eyes. “You’re a good actor, Brett.” She murmured.

“Auntie, please stay.” Aria said with her teary eyes. Aly, everytime she’ll see tears on Aria’s eyes, it will melt her heart. Aly sighed. “Ok, I’ll stay.” Aly said. “Thank you, Auntie.” Aria said hugging and kissing Aly.

Brett was rejoicing inside but still putting an act. “Come, I’ll bring you to your room.” Aly said while looking at Brett with raised brow. Brett put his arms on Aly’s shoulders while Aly’s hands on Brett’s waist supporting him. Brett was really happy. He’s smiling while they’re walking towards his room. Aria was looking at them so Aly only whispered. “You’re a good actor. You’ll win an award putting an act effortlessly.” Aly said. Brett laughed.

“Ouch!” Brett said. Aly pinched his side. “What’s the matter, Daddy?” Aria said. “Nothing, sweetheart. My nurse here was scolding me.” Brett said smiling. “You continue playing. My nurse will be treating me in a while.” Brett said grinning. Aly will pinch him again but he was able to avoid it. Aly gave him an angry squint that made Brett laughed.
