In the furthest north west building of the academy a new room was currently being occupied by members of the new club

Currently the club has seven members including Sakuya who just joined and divided into two ranks

Core members (members who contributed most in the formation of the group):

Elise (nominal co-leader)

Asher (begrudgingly co-leader)

The club works in a democratic system all members have the right to vote and if enough members vote for a certain action to be taken by the club that action will be enacted

The voting system works like this:

Core members: each individual vote is worth 2 points

Others: each individual vote is worth 1 point

The decision of the club cannot be overturned unless 4 scenarios play out:

A danger that is directly affecting the club is approaching

A Members have personal, reasonable problems to go against that decision

If a flaw is detected in this voting system

If you are caught going against the decision of the club, you will banished from the club

This system was created by Asher, albeit after some serious nagging from everyone else, they also told him to become co-leader because it was technically his idea

The roles of each core member seem to be like this:

Regis (leader): the guy who leads and is in charge of the clubs operations, he was nominated after his great administrative skills

Elise (advisor/strategist): she supports the leader in making decisions, her great mental aptitude and foresight got her nominated for this position

Asher (magister/scientist): he’s in charge of accounting, development of weapons, magic and countermeasures to any threat that might arises, his insane level of intellect got him this position
