Distorted World: Rise Of The Black One - Volume 2 Chapter 57 16
A sink hole with a diameter of 14.3 diameters (as calculated by Asher) formed in the starting zone
(As: this universal analogy is pretty overpowered it’s giving me comprehensive information on everything around me from the terrain to animals, plants, weather and the ground I’m standing on is like If the world was a maze this skill is google maps. The downsides are that it only shows me information that I can understand so things that I can’t comprehend will not be included and it can’t do calculations for me so I had to work out the best spot to initiate Elise’s plan by myself)
Asher said looking at the information universal analogy is showing him about the damage that their barrier has caused, how it looks from above and what ramifications might happen
(As: all in all the consequences aren’t that grave, now we just need to collect the loot)
The coalition spent the rest of the day collecting their loot
The killed 1024 orcs 123 white grelwolfs 431 goblins and 15 ogres
There were more but the damage done to their corpses were to great to collect anything valuable
The amount of loot they collected was tremendous to the point where they had to make multiple runs back to the city
Of course if new students suddenly showed up with this ridiculously profitable parts they would be suspected but Elise thought of this so she sold the parts they weren’t gonna use through multiple anonymous alias and associates, she also made sure that the money earned couldn’t be traced back to them
In the end they gave some of the parts to the school as contributions and split the money they made from selling the rest after they used it to buy decorations for the club room
“Si: I gotta hand it to you Elise, through all the years I’ve known you, you still manage to surprise me from time to time”
Sieg said while carrying a new set of chairs they bought for the club room
“E: well what can I say I like to be different”
Elise said mopping the floor
The coalition is currently renovating their room using the money they got from their recent trip
“E: but I have to say choosing monster hunting was a wise choice Asher”
“As: sure, it was the the most optimal to do, since we just got into the academy publishing a magic research won’t have much value and doing volunteered work is too inefficient so that only leaves monster hunting”
Asher said while levitating multiple drawers and tables with magic while simultaneously sweeping the floor
“E: by the way, how did you find that spot in the first place?”
Elise asked with a glint of interest in her eyes
“As: why do you want to know?”
Asher said acting completely natural
“E: I’m curious”
“As:… I heard about it from an undisclosed source”
Asher answered
Seeing Asher’s nonchalant reaction Elise decided to drop the subject but not giving up on whatever she’s pursuing
“E: well that’s convenient”
She said turning away
(As: phew…that was close, better not tell anyone about universal analogy. At least not until I’m comfortable trusting them)
Asher thought continuing his work
