(As: so…what has been going on with my life?)

Asher thought having an inner discussion with himself

(As: I’ve succeeded in joining the academy and I’m learning a lot about magic just like I wanted)

(As: I’ve been getting along with the club (relatively speaking) and life here doesn’t get boring for long)

(As: but there is one thing about this new yet oh so nostalgic life that irritates me…)

“Look! It’s Elise the witch”

A boy said pointing at the pair of Elise and Asher

“She’s so enchanting…”

Another boy said

“I wonder if she’ll go out with me”

“That scheming bastard sure is lucky…”

“I’m gonna kill him”

The boys said eyeing Asher intensely

(As: this girl right here!)

Asher thought about the girl who’s obliviously walking behind him, happily humming a song

(As: in my past experience with school life, I try to avoid human interactions as much as possible, this is partly because of my anti-social-ness but generally it is due to my inability to handle crowds)

(As: the common assumption among any organization or group is that once an individual gains more power than their peers they become (more or less) a threat to the stability of that group’s functions)

Asher began explaining his philosophy

(As: like it or not that individual will inevitably be met with contempt of some kind, this is due to a social phenomenon called “the power sponge”)

(As: if someone is more intelligent or has more strength than others, they will be perceived by the crowd as taking the power away from them, whether that individual has the group’s best interest at mind or not)

(As: this is why the world hates smart people)

(As: and slowly jealousy will begin to take root in the group causing the system to expunge that exceptional individual to regain control)

(As: Elise here is what I would call the power scale of this school society)

(As: meaning that people in this academy view how much control they have over her as a type of “ruler” to determine their social and political standing)

(As: and it’s not hard to understand why, Elise is breathtakingly gorgeous both inside and out, she’s smart and insanely popular with both guys and girls,not to mention her being the principal’s daughter)

(As: historically, many women have filled this position, example being empress Wu Zetian,Lu zhi, wei, dowager Cixi and Jiang Quing(All have been said to be the most evil woman in China’s history) or others like queen Mary the First, Isabella of Castile (Britain), Imelda Marcos (the Philippines))

(As: many of these woman have gain incredible power through the fact that the men of those communities viewed them as the “scale” to their hierarchy and power)

(As: we usually think of women as weak and frail due to their inherent physical weakness compared to men but that is a fatal mistake in society)

(As: history has proven time and time again that women have continually manipulated dictators and countries like puppets on a string and they only get better at it through time)

(As: men usually think with their lower heads which is why they’ll never expect it when a women shows them their darker side because in the men’s mind a woman can never be evil)

(As: if you look at the biography of most evil female dictators in history, you can begin to see a pattern: women usually come in to power through familial ties (I.e: their husband, father etc.))

(As: this is what I mean when I say that women are the power scale of our society, men cherished woman due to their timid nature and easy to control attitude, and prolonged exposure to this toxic delusion called “love” will corrupt the man and make him the women’s slave)

(As: the only solution to beating this overwhelming grip women have on us is to exempt ourselves from their “system”)

(As: when playing chess a player can only have the possibility of being beaten when there’s an opponent that could actually fight them)

(As: by becoming part of society you essentially become the chess pieces of that player and can only do as they say but if you’re an outcast (like me), you’ll become that opponent that the player is playing against)

(As: currently, these students think that I am part of their society and therefore are viewing me as a threat due to the uncanny amount of attention that I’m getting from Elise, so I have become their “power sponge” and like fisherman without water they’re putting a target on my back)

(As: they’re three solutions to this: 1. I could use Elise as my cover until I graduated or until she gets bored of me, but that’s still pretty shaky for a plan, 2. I can cut myself from this social dilemma entirely but that could have the risk of antagonizing Elise which will be detrimental to my future, 3…well, let’s hope I won’t have to resort to “that” again)

“E: hey Asher, after school do you want to go out with me again?”

Elise asked

Hearing this from afar the boys began to grumble

“As: what for?”

“E: I need materials to research the regulus magic formula”

“As:…”

Asher hesitates, looking at the eyes of pure jealousy around him

“As: yeah okay, It’s not like I have anything to do anyway (I literally have a million things I would rather do)”

Asher said one thing but thought about another thing

“E: cool thanks for your help”

Elise smiled

(As: this is why I really don’t trust women)

(As: she decided my actions for me before I even had the chance to deny, albeit indirectly)

(As: this is what I’m talking about, if I would have said no just now it would have been the equivalent of a death sentence)

(As: this is why I particularly avoid women and generally avoid socializing, the more you get involve with this things, the less control you have over your own life)

(As: and I’m not being s.e.xist either, it’s just that I honestly distrust women)

(As: the more pure they look the less wholesome they are)

At that moment universal analogy warned in his head

(U.A: you have gained 3 new titles)

(As: what is it!)

(U.A: “the prince of plots and schemes”, “social Darwinist” and “the prime renegade”)

(As: …social Darwinist?, hmm… maybe I am just s.e.xist)

Asher said seriously considering the possibility that his philosophy might be hypocritical

(U.A: you have gained another 3 titles)

(As: again?)

(U.A: “logic engine”, “reformative content” and “not completely hopeless”)

“As:…really?”

Asher asked annoyed

(As: now this world is just trolling me)
