Pretending to write something, Asher didn’t pay any attention

“E: she’s a good one, the way she moves emulates one with excessive combat and espionage training”

Elise whispered into Asher’s ears

“As: I know, so what have you been able gather?”

Asher glanced

“E: it was like pulling teeth out of a kid without them knowing it but I’ve ascertain their plan and I’ve also run my findings through all possible situations”

“As: wow, that’s fast…impressive, even I can’t do it that quick”

Asher praises her

“E: thanks, feel free to keep praising me, haha…but in in all seriousness, they’re going to try to invade Avalon this weekend”

Elise started explaining

“E: their plan from the start is to weaken the magical framework of Avalon, otherwise known as the dragon veins (which are like underground streams of water, only it’s filled with magicol), that’s why they targeted the seismic control centre, they’ve probably made use of all that chaos to overuse the portal system which connects Avalon and the real world”

“E: since now they’ve succeeded they’re going to attack on the weekends when we are most vulnerable, the invading force I’ve estimated to be in the hundreds”

“As: and let me guess, you plan to use that same vulnerability to defeat them?”

“E: yep, although I’ll need your help to prepare, we can try out our “new toy” too if you’d like”

(As: Elise is dubiously good at strategic work and manipulation, fitting for the daughter of the famed Cornelia Von Crestia, she’s probably better than me at it but her ability to make countermeasures is quite lacking which is where I come in)

“As: how’s pretty boy?”

“E: Regis? I’ve disclosed everything to him before I did you so he should be ready when the time comes, and the others are of no consequences but I’ve told them anyway”

“As: good, good he will be integral if we are to survive, although I rarely talk to the guy his leadership skill is very critical in this time of crisis and I frankly just don’t have something like that”

Asher explained

“E: I’ll tell you every possibility that could happen later, but for now we have to play the waiting game”

(As: perfect, this would have been impossible if I had done it alone, the principal really did think of everything when it came to putting us together, for as much as they annoy me friends are such a convenient thing to have)

“As: oh yeah, one more thing has Sieg done what you told him to?”

“E: yes, other than Arias there are two other spies present in Avalon, Sieg’s already identified one but the other’s identity is still unknown”

“As: who’s the other?”

“E: the other woman who was one of the “victim” in the attack on the seismic centre, mom’s already taken care of her”

“As: oh yeah, I did heard she was transported out of Avalon due to “medical” reasons”

“As: other than that I think we’re done”

“E: sure see you later”

Elise stood up and left, leaving Asher alone
