Divine Emperor of Death - Chapter 3918: Big Sister Tyranny?
*Bzzz!~*
Davis’s avatar underwent a transformation.
It went through a similar process as the main body, its cultivation base surging to the Immortal Emperor Stage. Many noticed this change, and they hurriedly made their way to his chamber, hoping to see if he had come back. However, what they witnessed was also joyous, allowing them to know that he was at least within range.
They were excited, unable to contain themselves. The fact that he was back so soon also meant that he was successful in saving his friends. Otherwise, it was possible that he would’ve gone on a journey to hone himself.
A few hours later, Evelynn shuddered.
Her connection with Davis was restored. Nadia and Eldia also rejoiced.
However, Evelynn didn’t pry further, becoming relaxed. As long as he was safe, everything else was mostly irrelevant to her. By this time, news that the Supreme One took away the little sister of the Divine Emperor of Death was abuzz. However, what’s more, shocking was that he took her away in the pretense that relayed he had accepted her as his personal disciple.
It sent shockwaves across the realms, astonishing countless people.
The ignorant ones could care less, but those who were pious about worshiping such powerful cultivators as legends had their sockets pop out from their eyes. The upper echelon had gone facing the wall. They were in true shock, unable to believe the Supreme One had finally accepted a disciple after a long time.
They wondered what had happened since the identity of Heaven’s Warrior was special since she was the little sister of the Divine Emperor of Death. Her fate would be decided by the Heavenly Guardian Consortium, and they knew it would mostly be a pat on the hand due to her physique. However, only the ones in the loop knew that the little sister refused to reveal the location of the anarchic brother.
It was completely preposterous and would be met with a significant punishment.
However, the Supreme One swooped in and accepted her as his personal disciple and even publicly announced it before leaving for the Upper Realms. This left everyone not knowing what to say in regard to the hunt for the Divine Emperor of Death.
Could it be the Supreme One was baiting the Divine Emperor of Death to come out?
Such questions were plenty.
However, Evelynn knew that shouldn’t be the case as Davis was back. He would never abandon his sweet little sister, so it could be said he gave her away, so Clara becoming the Celestial Transcendent’s disciple would make sense.
Otherwise, she felt he would still be out there, trying to get her back, no matter the cost.
She could mostly understand why he would attack her at that execution stage, playing the villain. The others also reached the same consensus without having to consult Davis’s avatar, which had gone offline.
What’s left is for them to wait.
Then again, Evelynn couldn’t patiently wait, becoming more and more fidgety as time passed by. She was unable to stand in a single place for a while as she kept moving back and forth near the entrance to the mini realm.
“Big sis, you look like a spider waiting to ambush and eat the prey, but the expected prey isn’t appearing…” Shirley giggled.
“Aha~ That couldn’t be any far from the truth. She’s planning to pin him down and never make him leave again with that voluptuous web of hers, sticky and pleasurable.” Isabella grinned.
“You two~” Evelynn blushed, “You can’t bully me like this when you two also can’t endure and came here.”
“But because you’re here— many aren’t able to come to the forefront. As big sisters, we should be making way for them and nurturing them to be better wives, but we can’t even contain ourselves, can we?”
Isabella strode forward and touched Evelynn’s shoulders. The latter couldn’t help but pout.
“Who told that dummy to leave us so worried? If I don’t see him soon, then my heart will never stop beating nervously.” Evelynn patted her bosoms as though cheering herself up.
“Even so, this time, we’ll do it differently. We can’t always be the first ones to welcome him back, big sis.” Shirley also appeared by her side.
“Is that so…?” Evelynn uttered hesitantly before she thought about it for a few moments.
Eventually, she nodded.
“You’re right, Shirley. If we three take all his time, then there’s no point in having allowed the others to become his wives. As the big sister who should look after them, I should be more responsible and ensure that their needs and wants are met.”
Evelynn uttered wholeheartedly, causing Shirley and Isabella to look at each other and nod.
“From here on out— you two can only be with him after you gain permission from me.”
“Huh?” Shirley and Isabella’s expression fell as they heard Evelynn’s solemn voice.
Wait… their advice worked against them?
“I will start regulating the others as well. Those who spent too much time with him, whether in cultivation or dual cultivation, will be replaced with one who hasn’t spent time with him. I can see through his eyes, so I know all he does and can appropriately allocate time to everyone. Thank you, Shirley. Thank you, Isabella. You two have finally made me see-”
“Wait…! You can’t restrict us.”
“We’re also big sisters.”
Shirley and Isabella looked like they were going to cry as they complained.
“Yes, as big sisters who want to look after their little sisters, you should adhere to my rule. That way— the harem will be harmonious and everyone can naturally grow closer without having to be careful of each other because all they would have to be is beware of me, a common villainous big sister.”
Evelynn’s gaze flickered. Her sharp gaze left Shirley and Isabella breathless, not knowing if she was kidding or making them realize the foolishness of their words. After all, if they were responsible for allocating time to other sisters, then they were also responsible for taking time from other sisters.
It could be said they dug their own grave.
“Okay, you win.” Shirley gave up.
“Forget what I said. I want to spend time with my Emperor more than ever now.” Isabella shuddered.
“What? You two weren’t serious? You can’t walk away after putting such a thought inside me.”
Evelynn’s brows narrowed.
Shirley and Isabella were about to kneel and beg for mercy as they really couldn’t tell if she was serious or not. The last thing they needed here was offending their big sister, who was growing scarier with hexes and curses, but even that wasn’t the problem as they loved her very much and wanted her not to be disappointed with them.
They valued her opinion just like she valued theirs right now, appearing serious.
“The only one who can put anything inside you is me.”
*Paah!~*
“Ah~”
Evelynn jumped as she leaped forward and turned to look back with a pained yet joyful expression as she blushed. She could see Davis, his expression delighted with the sound of slapping her salacious ass. Once again, she couldn’t tell how he concealed himself from her, but that didn’t matter, so she turned around and leaped at him.
“Darling!~”
“My Emperor!”
Shirley and Isabella also grinned as they pounced at him.
“I’m back! Hahaha!!!”
Davis’s laughter was boisterous as he hugged them all into his chest, appearing extremely confident and joyous. Evelynn completely embedded herself into his hold, taking a deep breath of his scent as she forgot herself in him and calmed herself. Shirley and Isabella were also doing similar things, but they were at his side and looking at his face.
His demeanor was different than the time he left, as though he had gone through a bloodbath, inspiring awe and far more security as though nothing could collapse him.
