Don’t Fall In Love With Me Mr. Ceo - Chapter 81
With the current technological advances with smartphones, even a novice like William could take photos that were above average compared to a couple of years ago. A clear picture of the two bunnies could be seen as Mia continued to swipe the photos in the gallery.
She did not notice that she was beside William as they walked side by side. She was staring intently at the screen while having a huge smile on her face. There were lots of photos that William took since the beginning, Mia was pre-occupied with the animals that she did not notice when William took photos of her. As she thought of this, she began to wonder how long he has been observing her without her notice.
Once she had this thought, she paused the finger which was swiping the pictures and thought for a while.
On the other hand, William who realized Mia’s dilemma was the pictures felt gratified at his preparations. It took a while to prepare everything, but seeing Mia’s happiness was more than enough. Although it may seem irrelevant to most people, he thought differently. Most people might think of overdoing things while not thinking of the person.
If he prepared something over the top, will she enjoy their trip?
Probably not.
The trip was designed for Mia’s enjoyment. He wanted her to feel comfortable and yet still have fun.
Overall, William did a good job as he wanted to pat himself for his efforts. He felt he made the right decision following his gut feeling, not letting magazines or information he could easily get from the internet to sway his idea.
It did not take long before they reached William’s car.
Mia was quiet the whole way back as she sent the entire file at her own phone. To be honest, she did not know how to carry on a conversation after everything that happened. In the end, the day was fun, but she was not able to come up with an answer to the most important question in her life.
Answering William’s feeling.
To be honest, she felt her heart beating rapidly while thinking about their whole day. Her feelings that started with their friendship has started to blossom into something else.
Love?
She was not sure if it was something as deep as love.
Other people might consider it that way. However, she was different. She grew up with her loving parents who were deeply in love with each other. They had their ups and downs, but in the end, they are still together.
People are not perfect beings, therefore, there are times when they will face struggles, they will fight, they will have misunderstandings, but after everything that happened, they were still together. For her that was true love, sharing everything and anything with the person she loves as they grow old together.
That was why she did not want to rush her feelings.
Is she old fashion or stubborn?
People may think that way. However, she did not feel that it was bad to wait. She waited her whole life for a person to arrive, so why would she hurry with her answer now. Once her heart was ready everything will fall into place, she thought to herself.
Her mother always used to tell her, “people change and sometimes, feelings too. However, the people who are able to treat you the same way, and accept you for who you are from beginning to end are rare. If you meet and find someone like that, make sure to cherish that person.”
She knew this was true, she has met people who changed as they find something they do not like on a person, sometimes they would even nitpick the simplest of reasons. They treat you well in the beginning, but once things turn sour, it’s easy to damage relationships. There are two people needed to mend a broken relationship. However, most of the time it does not get repaired to what it was used to, it might be pride for both parties for not forgiving the other, it might be the trust that was destroyed, but unless there was total and true forgiveness, you can never go back to what it was before.
She started to digress as she was thinking too much and started to focus on her own feelings.
She was starting to organize her feelings.
But another thing suddenly came to mind. If it was only William, would she be able to find an answer easily?
The figure of the doctor appeared in her mind. The man with a gentle smile and a brotherly aura, like the elder brother from the neighborhood that young girls would have a crush on. She was wondering, comparing the two in her head.
Everything.
All their time together, she starts to build them up one by one.
Like a lego that stacks and put together one by one, piece by piece it grows, it builds up, and it starts to form its own shape.
However, she did not know what those shapes will become in the end.
