Don’t Go Breaking My Heart - Volume 1 Chapter 50 Our Greatest Joy
Justin’s vow…
“To my dear wife. I know of my imperfections. I know of my faults. I know of my flaws. Despite all these, you chose to love me.
You chose to entrust your life to me. You chose me to be the man next to you in this lifetime and other lifetimes to come.
Likewise, I chose you to me my sun, the center of my world. I chose you to be my strength and tower; strength to protect you and tower for me to lean on.
Starting from 7 years ago, I had made you my religion. For the rest of our days, I’ll worship the grounds you walk on.
I promise to give you nothing but love and happiness. I promise to make our child bask in the glory of a wonderful family. I promise to never hurt you. Now and in the future, I promise to make you the center of my life.
Claudia Winter James, I love you.”

Claudia’s vow…
“To my dear husband, my king, my general, and my better half. I’m imperfect in every way. I’m not the prettiest girl in the world, neither am I the smartest.
We disagree sometimes, and I end up giving you the cold shoulder for 3minutes. We’ve hurt each other along the way, but we still stand, facing each other, before this altar.
I don’t know what life has in store for our family of three, but I am sure about this. You are no superman, but you are a hero in my heart. You are no Hercules, but you’re the strongest man in my life. You’re no Jake Gyllenhaal, but you’re the most gorgeous creature I’ve ever seen.
I promise to love you all our lives. I promise to be a devoted wife and a graceful mother. As long as we both will live, our home will always be a home, and my love for you will remain unchanged.
Justin Christopher Bolton, I love you dearly.”

“She’s gorgeous… just like her father,” Justin said.
“Are you praising yourself right now?” She asked.
“I mean, I did do all the work,” Justin responded as he took baby Emerald into his embrace.
Emerald Christine Bolton, born at the beginning of March with hazel eyes and brown locks, looked uncannily like her father.
“You tricked me,” she stuck her tongue out at her husband.
“I’m glad I did. You gave me the best present ever, babe. The best present ever,” he replied softly.
Now, he had 2 little women to protect and provide for.
As a soldier, he protected his country.
As a son, he protected his family.
As a husband and father, he had the responsibility of protecting his home.
“Remember what you told me after finding out about the baby?” She asked while poking her daughter’s soft cheeks.
He looked at his wife with reddened eyes, “you are my greatest joy.”
Claudia nodded. “Now, I am your greater joy. Our daughter is our greatest joy from now on.”
She lowered her head towards him, and the couple shared their happiness through a kiss.
